last year at this time, he gave a speech to a joint session, it's not called the state of the union technically in your first year in office. the president told reporters he sees this as a big speech, get the focus for the nation back on his legislative agenda. his advisors are saying there are really five key pillars to this address. drops in the economy, infrastructure, we have been waiting on that for a long time, immigration, obviously dominating the headlines, trade, another big issue, as well as national security and the fight against isis. a special focus on immigration because the clock is ticking on that deal to deal with daca and what is clear from what the president told reporters today, he understand that republicans don't have the votes to go it alone, to beef up border security. he will issue a challenge, we are told, and the state of the union address to democrats to want to stay, i would deal with you onof daca if you and the via lottery program, if you give the

senior political analyst brit hume. let's go to the top story. you have the house intelligence committee, they release the memo, it will not go to the white house. my sources tell me tonight that the president, the white house, will be very deliberative, they will take this very seriously, there is no rush to get it out. they want to know exactly what is in this first. >> that's what the process calls for end of course there is always the possibility, sean, when the president and his advisors look atpr her, and they will probably hear from the department of justice that this information or the implications of this information coming out, the summary would contain, would be damaging to sources and methods of intelligence gathering and therefore should not be made public. i have a hound, however, that they look at it and say, this is not going to hurt anything. it doesn't contain the underlying raw intelligence upon which it's based.

the russian government and the trump campaign. the absence of any visible evidence seems to have cooled that story down on they are on ton obstruction of justice being a possibility. the median washington cannot stand donald trump. they can't stand the sight of him. they would like to see them brought down. no doubt in my mind about that. i think that when we look at it -- in am not prepared to believe that baba mueller's investigation will not, in the end,r' be fair.ve i think it's reasonable to say that he made some mistakes and the people that he hired and the fbi agents that he used it to help conduct the investigation but i'm still not prepared to believe that in the end, this guy will come up with a slender report a flimsy report with accusations that will not hold up under scrutiny. same time, i believe there is every chance that we may find out some serious misconduct in the fbi and the justice department during the
