what he was supposed to do, he went in, laid out his list of accomplishments from year one and laid out. out and the tax forms in place we have seen 3 million american workers receive bonuses from 300 companies and just laying out the success of that, democrats sat stonefaced. i was cracking up at nancy pelosi's face, not one of them voted for the tax reform that is already impacted millions and millions of american workers putting real money, i loved the lines in the speech, the era of economic surrender is over, there has never been a greater time to live the american dream. he kept using the phrase together we can and i love the fact he used it again. it was a unifying speech and the overall theme was it is one of

americanism, americans regardless of race, party, and a better place, a better future and i love the fact that every person sitting in the box he was referencing was highlighting their story, the policy he put in place and positive impact of that agenda. the parents of the girl slain by the ms 13 gang members and the north korean gentlemen holding up his crutches, those were two powerful moments. donald trump as always when it comes time with his joint address, saudi arabia pulling last night, he hit a homerun. >> i have seen good and bad in both political parties but right now what the president is doing and has led the republicans to do is focus on issues the do matter and that will rally people to vote and affect

everybody. the problem with democrats is they are wrapped up in identity politics, bernie sanders's biggest complaint was he didn't talk about climate change, that is an issue i will give them that. that affects people as it does the tax-cut. >> democrats are complaining about climate change and donald trump is talking about real jobs and real money and wage increase and bright future and the economy taking off, voted for obama once or twice voted for donald trump in 2016 because he was addressing the need and impact in daily lives, not the climate change and what was interesting about kennedy's response was talking about fear and all these things, donald trump was talking about hope and a brighter future and not inside the chamber but responses to his

>> my children are adopted. i see this so many times when i was a prosecutor, unfortunately people who are addicted and mothers who are addicted have babies that are addicted but to adopt that child is just one of the most wonderful things we saw last night. rob: what resonates with you from last night? >> he spoke from the heart and spoke to all americans and outlined where the future is headed. the job creation, the infrastructure, when and a half trillion dollars to rebuild our bridges but more importantly the way he spoke off-the-cuff as far as i was concerned into the homes of the millions of people that were watching him. he is a man of passion and i
