1:05 pm
a spouse or family member that is interested in the matter will be removed from the case. >> some say because it may be politically motivated or pay for it might not make it wrong. >> no, it does make it wrong. i think there's absolutely no place for political material to be used as evidence in a court. it's one thing if it was political material that someone took a look at and then went on an investigation and found other evidence. but to present this paper material as evidence in a court, is absolutely wrong. i think democrats and republicans should embrace that. to give it an example going forward, if this is okay, then donald trump candidates in the next campaign. as he is going up for reelection when he can hire a foreign agent to look for dirt on his opponent and get that to the fbi and have that entered into evidence in a fisa court. it is wrong. it doesn't matter if it is hillary clinton or obama administration or donald trump, the current president. it should not happen, ever.>>

dubai would democrats say that the judge was told in the application that it was politically, from a partisan political operation whether or not according to request a state was the clinton campaign or the dnc. >> i think it is very critical information to understand that the presidential candidates campaign who has funded this. and is seeking proving that this is being used as evidence in a action against another presidential campaign. that is upland presidency. i think it is a touch of democracy. it should not have paid for political information used as evidence. that is the basic value. doesn't matter what weight the court gives it, doesn't act as a footnote the information is biased. it the is wrong. >> another issue raises part of page. of course, he had been under

basically everything? >> i do believe this is a testimony should go through a process weathers to become public. because the debate on what they say versus what just reading what they say, i think it is confusing here but the one thing when you get the memo that will ultimately be, it will be important for people to understand and will not be one sentence that will change the fact that hillary clinton funded and dnc funded materials for use as evidence in a court case against the donald trump campaign and that is wrong. >> all right. >> everyone should be able to -- >> some democrats at least counter that but we shall see. and await as they say, -- we will see indeed, how this goes tomorrow. molly? >> the show down over the memo involved in washington and there's another one taking shape as they have a short-term
