conclusions about the fbi and the dossier and the fisa court. it has not been released yet. chuck schumer called on president trump to push for the democratic memo to be made public. schumer said i believe it's a matter of fundamental fairness that the market people be allowed to see both sides of the argument and make their own judgment. devon nunez says his committee will vote on the democrats memo once it goes through all the normal review procedures. >> all right. is the showdown over the memo unfolds, another is taking place for short-term spending bill. congress must pass a funding bill by this thursday in order to avoid another government shutdown. the issue of the dreamers remains a potential obstacle. we do have a top democrat

expressing some optimism. >> there will not only be daca deal but we are working every file on telephone calls from person-to-person to try to reach this agreement. fox team coverage continues on capitol hill with more on all of this. >> immigration and at daca deal broke the shut down last month. they do not have a deal yet but they also say they are confident there will not be a shutdown. daca will expire march 5 of congress doesn't come up with an agreement, hundreds of thousands of dreamers could face deportation. they released their own immigration proposal late last month and democrats were happy. mitch mcconnell said the senate would continue working on their own bipartisan plan but lawmakers should use the framework as a guide. he also said he would take up the issue as long as there isn't a government shutdown

onto a side rail what was supposed to remain on the main line. ntsb investigators describe the crash scene as catastrophic. they say if you look at these two locomotives involved in the track, you would not recognize him. they say the amtrak train carrying a crew in 136 passengers from new york to miami was diverted from maine rail to a sidetrack in a railyard where it struck an empty freight train. >> for whatever reason that switch was blind and marked for the train coming down this way to be diverted into the signing. >> 's investigators say they have heard systems on the track were down for maintenance. the two employees killed in the crash were working in the locomotive at the front of the train. the engineer was 54 from savannah georgia. the conductor was 36 and came

in general they have a strong message on the economy. but almost every time they feel like they're getting legislative achievements there's another distraction and controversy. even the house republicans were supportive of the memo coming out, there is a wish that we could just get back to the economy. looks like this will dominate the day again. >> the stock market sold off on friday. let me get to the issue of momentum. were gonna put up poll numbers on the generic ballot for congress. we talked about it earlier, it was really negative for republicans and still is. today it's republicans at 39 and democrats 46. the dems are plus seven. from the first of the year it was in the double digits. so that has tighten some to. this a big wave election i wonder if everybody still talking about it.

i was at the koch brothers political network and speaking with them in with the republican committee meeting. there is recognition that things are improving but there's a lot of concern about how revved up it is. >> was the best strategy talking about republicans to counter that? go down the road to discredit law enforcement or focus on the economy. which the president brought up himself. will that be there strategy if they know the democrats are worked up? >> newt gingrich who saw his own republican wave of election spoke at the rnc in his message was to keep it all about tax reform. certainly that's what you're seeing republican lawmakers try

destruction to montecito, california killed 21 people. a grassroots group of neighbors coming through the wreckage are called the mud angels. helping the community take baby steps toward some semblance of normalcy. will is joining us live. >> the mud angels have made it their mission to find anything of emotional value. personal items like jewelry, trophies, pictures. in january and sweat swept through montecito outside of santa barbara on the heels of a wildfire. within 20 were killed and many lost everything. a short time later aaron was walking on the beach as she saw something that didn't belong. a pair of earrings. >> there is a little muddy silk pouch. i reached out and grabbed it inside this mud so cloth were sparkly blue earrings. you need they belong to someone and they were special. we had no idea how we could figure out who the owner was. her people's belongings spread
