thanks for waking up with us. a bombshell in the uranium one scandal. >> the fbi at the center of the controversial deal breaking his silence with explosive testimony connecting hillary clinton in russia. rob: todd has breaking details. >> reporter: suspicion swirling around uranium one exploding overnight, douglas campbell's testimony obtained by the hill, russian nuclear officials told him moscow hired an american lobbying firm for $3 million hoping to influence then secretary of state hillary clinton and at the center of it all the clinton foundation. campbell testified, quote, expected to give assistance free of charge to the clinton global initiative as part of the effort to create a favorable environment to ensure the obama administration made affirmative decisions on everything from

vote today, the house is going to kill it. we are in for a day of drama. jillian: breaking overnight a police officer shot and killed during a call in dallas, texas. the unidentified cop guns down at an upcoming complex, another victim shot and killed, the suspect surrendering after an hour long standoff. a motive is unknown. heartbroken officers mourning the loss of one of their own is governor greg abbott offered condolences tweeting texas will honor the lost officer with the dignity he deserved, made legacy live on in other service. >> the fbi back to square one in their investigation into the death of a border patrol agent, officials say there is no evidence martinez was attacked near the southern border in texas. according to the autopsy report martinez died of blunt force injuries to the head. we don't know what happened
