relationships. [laughter] greg: on that note, i want to thank dave rubin, emily watchin. "watters world" starts now. [♪] jesse: welcome to "watters world," i'm jesse watters. the truth always comes out. more memo and text messages out. they shall damning for democrats. text messages from peter strong and lisa page said they had to brief comey because quote potus wants to know everything we are doing. what were they doing at the time? they just let hillary off the hook and recently launched a counter-intelligence campaign and had to convince a judge to
11:01 pm
let them spy on potential candidates. the steele dossier which was paid for by the clinton campaign and dnc relied almost entirely on russian government sources. the rest of the dossier allegedly came from hillary's crony sidney blumenthal who laundered the information through the state department into steele's hands. he peddled the rumor obama was born in kenya during the twaipt buy mary. he's a dirty player. steelr revealed he december spied trump. his credibility was shattered, and was basically on the fbi payroll. when the fbi cut him loss he
11:02 pm
backdoored his slurs in through bruce ohr. number four, the fbi could not verify the dossier's allegations. the allegations were made by shady russians and hillary cronies. the allegations were paid for by hillary and paid for by a trump-hating foreign agent. but we believe james comey hid all this information from a fisa judge when he applied to a judge for a warrant to spy on team trump. number five, after trump's election fbi agents called the results terrifying. saying they needed to quote brush up on watergate. then wrote, we have tour task ahead of us. does this task have anything to
11:03 pm
do with the quote insurance policy they hatched in andrew mccabe's office at the obama justice department with andrew mccabe, the guy just forced into retirement? who better to break this down than sean hannity to i spoke to earlier. welcome back to "watters world." sean: do you do that every time. do you do that when you go home? jesse: they say it's not your world when you are home. lisa page and peter stroibltion saying obama wants to know everything that's going on. they are just about to wiretap carter page. what do you think obama's involvement was. sean: why do we have to
11:04 pm
speculate when barack obama could be brought in and asked the question, what did if you know and when did you know it? they talk about constantly interviewing trump. it has been a year and several months and there is zero evidence of trump collusion. these people hated donald trump. they talked about an insurance policy. the worst part to me, they begin drafting hillary's exoneration into the email scandal. they don't interview hillary until july. she was interests view thed the july 4th weekend, then there was james comey exonerating her. they tried in july to get the first fisa warrant. it was denied. it doesn't happen very often.
11:05 pm
jess require's very high bar. sean require should be. the worst part of all of this. this was mostly russian propaganda information. not only did he get information from hillary's cronies, sid blumenthal and odders. but she paid for russian propaganda to lie to the american people and mislead them before an election. the grassily-graham memo' points out that it became the bulk of the information they used in getting the fisa warrant. jesse: do you remember who sydney was? he was the guy who started obama is a muslim born in kenya rumor and put the picture out of obama in the muslim garb.
11:06 pm
he launders it into the dossier. when comey presents the dossier to the fisa judge, he doesn't stay it was prepared by hillary. sean: the fbi, the doj, everybody night was a clinton bought and paid for dossier. so they tried to manipulate the american people. but the democrats lie every election that conservatives are islamophobic and agai xenophobi. but to not tell the fisa judge and take it and let it go on this long. here is why this is to me the biggest scandal in the history of the country. we have individuals that decided to let hillary off the hook. the evidence is overwhelming
11:07 pm
that she committed crimes. mishandling, destroying classified information. 33,000 emails, bleachbit, ets. she obstructed justice. they wanted her in the race because they thought she could beat donald trump. they never thought all of this information was coming out. there was a broad assumption amongst everybody that trump had no shot. and if you watch, this is about influencing an election, then even worse, they can't accept the will of the american people. then they try to undermine the same person. remember the first fisa warrant, it has to be refeud every 90 days. -- renewed every 90 days and the dossier was the bulk of the information they used. jesse: if you repeatedly defraud the court and mislead the court,
11:08 pm
that's a felony, right? what kind of repercussions are you look at down the line? sean: we probably should have -- though i don't like special counsels. it always starts as one thing like in the case of trump-russia collusion, and it end up moving into so many different areas. we really did have collusion when you think about it. hillary paid for russian government lies if you read the grassley-graham memo. but the bottom line is there were multiple crimes committed by multiple people. i spent a lot of time on my show laying out who the people are, what the crimes are, who should be investigated. the answer is people should go to jail. there were people who went to jail in watergate, a third-rate burglary and the cover-up afterwards. jesse: how long before they get
11:09 pm
them under oath like strzok or page. sean: i have no idea how strzok or page or bruce ohr still have a job. you would think they would have been fired for what they have done here. it was on my show last march. this is how long it's been. people say hannity when do we get over the goal line? we are peeling away a layer of the onion a day. we knew these things were happening, now we put it all together and we see -- i have never been a stir theorist, that's for cnn and msnbc. but the evidence is overwhelming. we are shredding our constitution. deep state actors, not rank and file fbi, intelligence doj
11:10 pm
people. deep state people at the highest levels of influence feel they can influence an election and they took steps to do it. jesse: let's play some tape and get your reaction. >> conservative media flipping themselves into a frenzy with insistence the devin nunes memo would be the one to end it all. >> the 3 1/2 page document is evidence of a vast anti-trump conspiracy at the highest level of the justice department. jesse: they are mocking you. do you want an apology? sean: no, i don't care what they say at all. what matters is for a year all mat mattered to them was truck-russia. i said this in 1978, that's before you were born.
11:11 pm
i said journalism is dead. at the end of the day there is room for politics. there is room for vigorous debate, disagreement in the country. you do it so well, all of you guys on "the five." i'm a big fan of the show. but you have to have some fidelity to truth in your life. jesse: that's gone now. sean: i see sheep that live in an echo chamber. they try to out do each other. jets * will they be able to prop this hoax up? sean: they missed the biggest store joy in their adult lives. and they sadly have advanced a narrative that has no evidence for over a year. if there is evidence, bring it to me, i'll air it. i'll even invite you people on the air.
11:12 pm
but they have done a disservice to the american people. at the end of the day, people crave some truth in their lives. the reason donald trump is so popular, i don't care what they think these poll numbers say. people see this. they understand media is corrupt. the reason we are number one at the fox news channel -- think about this, we lost 3/4 of our prime time audience and we are still by far number one. i think it's because they know the continues between sincerity, lying, and the truth. jesse: we are still number one. against your better judgment you decided to put me on your show tuesday with jessica tarlov. sean: i consider myself the older veteran, the bridge between two generations on fox. you are the younger, obviously.
11:13 pm
there it is. his world. he now will take over for the rest of his show. jesse: joining me now florida congressman matt gaetz. let's advance the story. these two knuckleheads page and strzok still working at the fbi. when are they going to get hauled down in front much congress to testify under oath. >> it's ludicrous to me that you would take these adult earliers and put peter strzok in charge of h.r. that would be like putting me in charge of the capitol nutrition program. the american people are hungry for real action. they are sceptical. we don't want this to be another benghazi when you have another
11:14 pm
benghazi. jesse: years were wasted on that. we know that was a hoax perpetrated by hillary and obama. and they blamed it on a video. but you have the fbi and the justice department aligned against congress and president trump. who wins? >> my expectation is the people of america will win through the appointment of a second special counsel. but that will require jeff sessions to do his job. the evidence we uncovered show oz wrongdoing at the highest levels of those agencies. jesse: does sessions have the authority since he recused himself from russia matters? >> of course he does. there it's high time it happene.
11:15 pm
jesse: james comey we laid out clearly that he hid information from the fisa judge, the funding, the partisanship was hidden in a footnote and not revealed. that's criminal. that's actually a felony. will james comey be faced to -- forced to come back and answer questions under oath? >> absolutely james comey should come back to give answers to the congress why his prior testimony was not truthful. we know his testimony may not have been accurate according to what he was doing. house of representatives has
11:16 pm
seen pa power and we could subpoena james comey. he has gone from the hero of the left deet man of the left to the greatest control on twitter. i suspect it would be better to have him before the congress to answer questions what was going on that allowed cash and a political party to be part of a government-sponsored warrant. jesse: thank you very much. i appreciate it. better, faster" by daft punk is heard throughout.) (sound of typing) (sound of exhaling) (sound of drilling) jimmy (shouting): james!

11:21 pm
11:22 pm
pictures, i would probably be hang up the phone. jesse: dan, this guy has been hitting trump for collusion. meanwhile he's on the phone collude with so called russians. it doesn't get any better than this. >> you had me laughing. it is funny. what is the obsession with naked trump? he's a human being. what is the obsession of seeing him without clothes on? that was a great interaction. but it does speak to how the democrats, you can always tell what they are up to by what they accuse republicans of. we know schiff' excluded to get naked trump pictures and senator warner was trying to get
11:23 pm
information from christopher steele on trump. jesse: he said we don't want a paper trail. yadayada. in the coming weeks, what are you hearing from your sources about new information that may be dropping? >> between peter strzok and lisa page, we have seen and lot of text messages that they sent to each other on their uncure government phones. but what we haven't seen are the i messages. i think that's something the inspector general is looking at. i'm certain he's probably got his hands on those. that could reveal they are sending classified information to one another. >> so the people accusing hillary of mishandling
11:24 pm
classified information were also mishandling classified information? >> yes. jesse: dan, are you hearing something similar? we heard they lost five months much messages, now there are instant messages. what else is in the hopper. dana: sarah has -- >> sarah has great sources. upper-level managers were caught up in this who were being asked to send, according to my source, classified information, stripping out the markings over unclassified devices. if there was an audit request by the senate other house members in charge of oversight. for those communications they would uncover some disturbing things. sarah is right and you are right asking these questions. these were the people
11:25 pm
investigating the'' class find information. >> dan brought up an fornltd point. a lot of the people i have been talking to say when hillary clinton was send would go be small potatoes compared to what would be uncovered if they looked at all these text messages. jesse: you have extreme bias by these two fbi investigators. you have motivation to destroy the trump presidency. they talk about impeachment, watergate and the insurance policy. does that mean the entire probe is correct at its core? i will give you each 20 seconds. >> let's start with this. you have the department of justice. you have the state department. you have the fbi. you have officials within all those departments that appear to
11:26 pm
have a concerted effort to go after president trump on a political basis with christopher steele, with cody sheer. and we see jonathon winter at the state department doing the same thing. you see all of this. this is more than what they had on trump to open the special counsel. i certainly hope and i'm waiting patiently for the inspector general report. it will be explosive and reveal a lot more than what we already know. jesse: dan, i said i would give you 20 seconds. but we have to pay the bills, so the lady gets the last word. thank you very much. up next, overbind strikes again. -- joe biden strikes again.

jesse: donald trump famous for art of the deal, joe biden famous for art of the gaffe. >> confidence and to the u.s. senate as well for their trust and confidence. we have a lot of thanks to give out. >> his mom lived in long island for 10 years or so. god rest her soul -- waiting with your mom is still alive. it's your dad passed. god bless her soul. chuck games here. stand up. god love, what am i talking about. the man who will be the next president of the united states, barack america. jesse: he said this about
11:33 pm
president obama. >> i marvel at some of the things he says and does. that people didn't stand up for him and it was un-american and treasonous. he says it's tongue-in-cheek and democrats can't take a joke. well he's a joke. jesse: biden is sciewlg one else a joke. the democrats are getting crossed on this collusion situation. the economy is doing well. people's paychecks are fatter. and their chances of taking back house aren't so sure. so they are bringing out the big gun joe biden. >> it shows they don't have any leaders. biden, nancy pelosi, all in their mid-70s. they have not started to build a new generation of leaders.
11:34 pm
there were self-inflicted wounds on rob port and others. but the fact of the matter is the economy is very strong right now, and when i talk to the president's senior advisors, they tell me if they can get an immigration deal and build on the momentum from the tax cut and move on to something like infrastructure. he'll have such a dramatically successful two years on the domestic front that they will have something strong to take to the voters in the mid-terms. all of a sudden this week you had media people noticing there is a stock market. when it was riding high, they weren't mentioning it. jesse: when the stock market is doing well, it's the obama economy. when it goes down, itments the trump economy. another heavyweight democrat came out of the woods.
11:35 pm
eric holder had some not nice things to say about president obama. >> i think any one of my kids would make a better president than donald trump. >> are you possibly thinking of running for office? >> i will see, i think i will make a decision by the end of the year about wet thrirls another chapter in my government service. >> president? >> we'll see. jesse: it's believe the dignity of
11:36 pm
i am giving the positive for him. what the reporters didn't ask, were you the to be scwhroan was held in contempt of congress? they forgot to mention that. when joe biden is on the book tour, it was the obama biden administration that spied on trump people as they went out the door. he was no longer there and loretta lynch was the attorney general, but he's not getting pressed on any of this. jesse: you broking a nice story about mark warner in virginia who was communicating with a lobbyist for a russian oligarch. he doesn't want to leave a paper trail. what's the fallout there? >> marco rubio said this is not
11:37 pm
a big deal and rushed to democrats mark warner's defense because he disclosed it in october. but what he's not saying is he was doing this texting in february and march. and it wasn't until he got caught that he disclosed it. think about this. if devin nunes was talking to a lobbyist for a russian oligarch, he would be burned at the stake. jesse: could you imagine? ed henry showing us the other side. up next, the ladies, diamond and silk are back.
11:42 pm
jesse: house minority leader nancy pelosi never at a loss for words. proving this week during an 8-hour speech advocating for dreamers. she broke the record for the longest continuous speech in history all the while in 4-inch stilettos. here top react, video bloggers, diamond and silk. 8 hours for illegal aliens. has she ever student for if americans that long? >> no. we think it's a disgrace she get paid tax paper dollars. everybody needs to vote nancy out. it's time for nancy to go on early retirement. give her a path to retirement and vote her out. she clearly don't care about the
11:43 pm
american people. jesse: do you give her credit for standing up 8 hours in stilettos? >> it was a waste of money and time. jesse: president trump is interested in having a military parade. he wants some soldiers and flyovers to show off our great soldiers and pay them respect. democrats and the media freaking. >> we sometimes have military parades to mark the end of wars. in this case it's just apparently because the president wants to see all the tanks and stuff. >> maybe we should get donald trump a in the uniform and let him march around and pretend to be general patton. >> i think it's a fantastic waste of money to amuse the president. >> trump wants a military parade. you are going:full dictator. [bleep] wasn't enough.
11:44 pm
jesse: i think you two should be the grand marshals of the it in parade. >> i don't understand why it is the women can march on the street with offensive caps on their heads and nothing is said. gay pride parades with half naked people and noilings said. the hypocrisy on the left is so real. if he wants to honor the military, i say bring on the parade. i think it will be very pay the yoict in our country. jesse: that's a great point. the pro women's march and no. the whole country supports standing for the flag and a few crazy democrats will be against it and they will look unpatriotic. a new study says cursing is good
11:45 pm
for you. it helps feign imagine the, release of stress and is associated with honesty. do you guise believe the study? >> yes [bleep] [bleep] i believe the study. i like to cuss when i get upset. when we see the obama administration, the dnc, we see hillary clinton along with the fbi and the doj colludingw together to try to bring down an administration and try to derail donald trump's campaign. yes it makes we want to discuss. somebody needs to vote their [bleep] [bleep] out. this has got to stop today. somebody needs to be arrested. go to jail, baby. why it makes me want to cuss every day all day. jesse: i like that. than were some other things going on there.

11:51 pm
want to throw for the military. are you guys pro military parade foreor anti-military parade? >> um, i do love the blue angels for sure. i would say in terms of parades, having takes in the street is probably not a good look. but i always support the troops for sure. >> to support the troops and for us to give adulation for them i'm totally down. but if it's just to flex, you don't have to rip off your sleeves. >> it's like wearing tight t. we get, dude. jesse: i know you are politically correct people. i will show you some sound of justin trudeau the prime minister of canada make something politically correct remarks to some of our

11:53 pm
jesse: that was kind of corny and everybody agreed with that. the stock market is very volatile and was up and down all week. do you boys have money in the market? do you suggest people take money out of the market in the how do you see the dow jones doing these days. >> i recent lure read "money master" by tony robbins. according to tony the market can get pretty agro from time to time, but he said just stay tonight and you will be good, dude. jesse: don't manic and sell, just hold it and stay true. >> that's what tony says. >> i was trying to follow the gordon gekko level. but i reached a level of

spiritual enlightenment in high school and transition out of the money game. jesse: maybe you should go on tour with diamond and silk. >> that would be epic. jesse: i'll oicht up for you guys, and you just count the dough. any big plans this weekend? what's on the agenda? >> we are raging at a dance -- it's a bar but they have a fire dance floor. we'll go there and shake out the weak and have a nice time. >> tear it up. we love to dance. we'll break and sweat and get groovy. can i see a few moves? all right. i'll leave you have guise with that. i will see you next week. i will see you next week. love you.
