tomorrow. if you like there were jordan peterson segment tonight, tune in next month, the month of march, series on the state of men in this country. it's not good. we'll tell you why. good night from washington. sean is next. >> sean: great show. a son of breaking news tonight. liberal congressman adam schiff on the counter memo, the fisa abuses, a complete disgrace, complete fabrications, and it actually corroborates everything we have been telling you over a, year on this program. like that, the fbi and the doj, thickly lied about the fisa judge, the origins of the clinton bought and paid for dossier. full of russian government propaganda. they used that to get a warrant to spy on a member of the the p campaign. we will go through this memo point by point. we will separate fact from democratic friction. this is something to destroy trump media will never do.
10:01 pm
also, the house until committee chairman devin nunes and carter page, the former campaign advisor at the center of all this, they will both join us tonight with exclusive reaction. also breaking tonight, growing callswa for broward county sherf scott israel to resign over new information about his department's repeated failures to stop and properly respond to the florida shooting. according to new reports, f a total of four officers did not enter the high school when they had an opportunity to confront the gunman and possibly save lives. we'll describe in complete detail the bureaucratic failure and how every sign was missed that could have prevented, definitely could have prevented this tragedy. t we'll have the very latest on that breaking news and a mini monologue. first, we get started with ever breaking news monologue tonight. a lot of breaking news. we'll go slow, a lot of details surrounding this democratic memo, put together by liberal, trump-hating congressman adam
10:02 pm
schiff. we'll dissect this thing point by point, i give you all the information the media want to tell you about. but before we get into all of those details, here is the biggest take away: everything from a year ago that we have been uncovering and telling you about involving rampant fisa abuses, spying on the trump campaign, has actually not been corroborated by they democrats. now it's all true. the schiff memo supposed to take on the credibility ande challene the memo that congressman nunes put out but in reality, the opposite is happening. here's why. facts are facts, the truth is the truth.h. both republicans and democrats are now confirming that the completely unverified hillary clinton bought and paid for dossier filled with russian lies made up a large part of the fisa application that was used just by and a member of the trump campaign. here's another key point you have to consider. have you noticed the near radio
10:03 pm
silence from fake news and cnn, conspiracy tv msnbc, when it comes to the schiff memo? the liberal media is not talking about it because they know that it proves all of the key findings and facts of the republican mamas. now that you are that important information, let's dive into this memo. here's what the schiff memo corroborates. just like the nunes memo, the grassley graham memo, they g lay out the fbi, the doj did in fact why and mislead advise the judge about the fact that hillary clinton and the dnc that she controlled actually paid for the russian dossier full of lies. now schiff quotes a section of the fisa application and his memo. it reads that the doj disclosed the course steele was approached by and identified u.s. person who's indicated to a source that a u.s. based law firm had hired the identified u.s. person to conduct research regarding
10:04 pm
candidate number one's ties to russia, a trump. the identified u.s. person and source have long-standing businessno relationship. they identified u.s. person hired source number one to conduct the research. the identified u.s. person never advised source number one as to the motivation behind the research into candidate juan's ties to russia. the fbi speculates that the identified u.s. person was likely looking for information that could be used to discredit candidate number onecr campaign. hillary clinton, the clinton campaign, the dnc, here's the t shock. they are never mentioned. in other words, they are outright lying by omission. slowly, in other words, it is an indisputable fact that the fbi, doj lied to the fisa judge in order to get a warrant to spy on trump campaign associate --
10:05 pm
he'll join us later -- carter page. they purposely and maliciously hit all ties to clinton and the dnc because there is no way on this green earth that any fisa judge would ever have approved the application if, in fact, the judge knew that clinton and the dnc paid over $12 million for dossier to influence the election. that last sentence about the fbi speculating about the purpose of the dossier, that's especially important, because that indicates that the fbi and the doj, they knew about the politicall motivations behind te russian paid for dossier and they used it anyway. sounds like a deep state? that key point hassi been prove, and it's undoubtedly true. understand how profound this really is. you have u the fbi, doj, they literally knew hillary clinton, her campaign, and the dnc she's controlling, they paid for a dossier filled with russian lies
10:06 pm
and russian government lies. they covered up the fact before the fisa judge to get the warrant and in the process, what are they really doing? shredding the constitution. our fourth amendment protections. nunes is also exposing himself to be a big, fat liar. and that's more admits that ther had political motivations. but after this nunes memo came out, he put out a statement, and it reads in part, "the majority suggest that the fbi failed to alert the court as to mr. steele's political motivations or the political motivations of those who hired him." but this is inaccurate. so schiff is saying something it is an outright lie. the schiff memo was corroborating the nunes and grassley-graham memos becauser they exposed on the dossier was the essential part of the fisa application. if you look at the
10:07 pm
grassley-graham memo, it finds "the bulk of the fisa application consisted of the unverified clinton bought and paid for dossier." wow. now he tries to downplay the reliance on the dossier by writing in t his memo, that it only made up a narrow part of the fisa application. that, too, was a lie. schiff also writes that a specific session of the fisa application actually references the completely unverified claims in the dossier about carter page and june 20th -- june 2016 in the meetings he had in moscow. paige has denied over and over again, it's never been confirmed. schiff is admitting that the dossier made up the bulk of the application to get the fisa warrant. the democrats current position on the dossier, and they are trying to minimize it, is the complete opposite of what they were saying back in march during a congressional hearing. this is all politics.
10:08 pm
they are all liars and they are all phony and we have been right for a year now. take a look at this now. >> christopher steele, a british -- former british intelligence officer, he was reportedly held in high regard by u.s. intelligence, russian sources tell him that page has also had aag secret meeting -- according to him, page offered brokerage fees, also according to the russian sources, thela campaign was offered documents damaging to hillary clinton. according to steele, it was paul manafort who chose page to choose as a go-between. speak of my focus is to explore how many claims within steele's dossier are looking more and more likely is if they are accurate. theph reputation of the awesome, christopher steele, a former accomplished intelligence officer with a career brought on following russia, is important. this is not someone who does not know how to run a source and not someone without context. >> sean: they know better.
10:09 pm
former federal prosecutor andy mccarthy, and other legal experts, are also pointing to a very key fact. in order to get the fisa i warrant to prove, because carter page, who will turn it in a minute, his american citizen, the fbi in the doj had to prove that they were acting as an agent of a foreign government, and that is clandestine actions to help russia were likely a violation of federal law. as we have been reporting on, the dossier will put the fisa warrant over the top. without the dossier, they wouldn't have been able to get any judge to sign off on the warrant. we've also been telling you that the fisa application, remember it was denied ton. the first probably second time but then it was use to help win approval, as a matter of fact, it was the box, probably why this nuneses memo says that the former deputy fbi director andrew mccabe testified without the dossier, a judge would never have granted the fisa warrant is a real carter page and by the way, they wouldn't have even tried for
10:10 pm
that fisa warrant. speaking of mccabe, after the memo was released, they accused nunes of lying about mccabe's testimony on the dossier. interesting. the schiff memo doesn't offer up any evidence to refute that. now if nunes was wrong, why didn't s schiff on the democrats include a transcript about what mccabe's had to prove the point? my sources tell me that mccabe said that on much more. democratss didn't do it for the obvious reason, because the facts aren't on their side. the schiff memo also makes a big deal about the credibility given the fact that he had worked in the passed with the fbi. schiff is trying to change the subject and hide the fact that steele used current and former russian government sources in the dossier and that none of the information -- this is the important part -- none of it was verified by the fbi. it was never verified by the department of justice, fusion gps, which hired to
10:11 pm
steele. in other words, one getting the fisa warrant, their credibility is not nearly as the important is the credibility of the sources. as we have been telling you, none of the information from russian sources was ever corroborated. none of it. so schiff on the democrats are trying to conceal this most important fact from you, the american people. here is another key truth. the schiff memo confirms about the trigger republican memos, the g.o.p. memos detail how the fisa application my pens that yahoo news article written by ml about carter page. but what he lies about is that steele was the source for yahoo! news, which the fisa judge was not madeg aware of. he is thinking these are two independent corroborating sources. no, one source, same person. the republican memos explained how the yahoo news article was used to independently corroborate the dossier as another source, but steele was
10:12 pm
the only source. another lie to the judge and another key aspect of all of this is the t schiff memo is admitted to be true and that is that the former british spy christopher steele, why was he terminated as an fbi source? all, he was leaking to the medi media. what's schiff and the memo s conveniently leave out is that steele lied to the fbi about talking to the press and bringing thisg information to them, which is why senator grassley and senator graham made a criminal referral against christopher a steele. the schiff memo is full of other massivegh and outright lies, as well. schiff falsely claims that carter page was never spied on while a member of the trump campaign. that's not f true. with a fisa warrant, the federal government has the ability to access all of page's old electronic communications. old emails, old text messages, old phone calls, when he was a part of the trump campaign.
10:13 pm
yes, the fbi spied on the trump campaign, and getting the warrant on page allowed them to doow it. that is why they lied, to get the fisa warrant in the first place. page will join us to explain later on. if the guy was a russian spy, carter page, like the schiff i memo is claiming, why hasn't carter page been charged with a crime? if the evidence against pages so overwhelming, that the fbi didn't need the phony dossier to get a warrant, again, just like schiff and the democrats are claiming, then why was it used? schiff t writes that carter page actually talked to the fbi in march of 2016, so after the fbi got the dossier months later, why wouldn't they talk to page again and find out what he knew? he he cooperated in march. getting a fisa warrant on american citizen is supposed to be the last resort. it should only be necessary when the foreign intelligence that the government is seeking cannot
10:14 pm
bebe obtained from normal and tragic, investigative techniques. from what we now know, the fbi didn't get in contact with page when the bureau apparently got their hands on the phony dossier in the fall of 2016, only months before the election. why wouldn't the fbi do that when page had already been cooperating? none of this makes sense.. again, maybe he isn't supposed to. the truth is finally coming out. here's the bottom line. the fbi top echelon, not rank and file, lied to a fisa judge about clinton and the dnc, they never told the judge that she paid for thesese russian lies in this dossier. that was used to get a warrant to spy on the trump campaign. it is one, if not the biggest political scandal in our history. here with reaction, house intelligence committee chairman devin nunes. congressman, good to see you. thank you foroo being with us. >> great to be back.
10:15 pm
>> sean: i am a bit stunned at the schiff memo. there is a reason why many in the liberal media aren't covering it because it corroborates settlement to mike much of what you said. the steele dossier, as aggressively-grandma ♪ ♪ says, with the of the information, the dossier was the bulk of the warrant. that is now on the record, correct? >> yes, that is the case. it is the bulk of the entire investigation, what thewh democrats have used over and over again.er they always went back to carter page. it wasn't until a couple of weekss ago that they started to distance themselves from the dossier, which was their information that they paid for. >> sean: what is so important to me, so hillary, bought and paid for, or in the dnc, it's used as the basis for a fisa warrant, but here is what is not addressed by adam schiff, and he loves television, he's literally
10:16 pm
auditioning daily to be an msnbc contributor. the most glaring thing to me is that he never mentions in his memo at all clinton are the dnc, just like it was never told to the fisa judge. now -- >> that is our biggest problem from the beginning. this was only about a fisa abuse. phase one of the investigation was to say, fisa abuse continued. the reason we wanted the memo out, over two weeks ago, as soon as it was sent to the white house, we were like, we want it out. the white house came back, the fbi a and doj said, make the changes, and get it back out. what you had is this suppose that cover up, blaming the president, sing the president wasn't getting it out. that was the farthest thing from the truth. they could have gotten it out two weeks ago if they had made the reduction of the fbi and doj wanted and they could have gotten invalid. we wanted it out for the reasons that you are mentioning it tonight. >> sean: the doj and the fbi
