kelly right is live with us for how canada and mexico could be major factors if this goes forward or not. >> if they don't renegotiate nafta they could be facing those tariffs but donald trump hadn't mentioned that and canadian minister justin trudeau spoke about these tariff issues, has every country angry about the plan. the president says he is not backing down, it would impose a 10% tariff on aluminum imports and 25% tax on steel blue she believes it is imperative to america's national security. >> people have to understand our country on trade has been ripped off by virtually every country in the world whether it is friend or enemy.

our workers can compete on a level playing field. some organized labor leaders are in favor of tariffs and that could create popularity among republicans eventually. heather: donald trump have refusal to back down has some questioning whether he is threatening to start a trade war in order to stop another being waived with nafta. brit hume says there is more than meets the eye with the president's threat. >> these tariffs are going to happen. the question is whether they themselves cause as much having as some are predicting. the worry is what happens after that was the retaliation meets retaliation again from him despite comments about trade wars being easy to win, usually end with being a loser for everybody involved and my guess is he will pool back and this may all be another example of the president blustering talk

in democratic candidates as well. >> democrats had a concerted effort, back to 2014 it seems every couple years democrats get excited we are going to turn texas blue. wendy davis had a big rally, same kind of thing but they set up an organization that in 2018 did a good job going out recruiting candidates in every race, they coordinated for the first time, absentee ballot, early vodaphone having an impact and that is why they are having the impact they are. the first back and forth between the 2 parties, the democratic party has been nonexistent classical cycles. of the 21st of the 2018 primaries, can't believe we are at this again was what will this spell out in terms of the primaries? >> it shows republicans you can't expect your voters to turn out.
