ended what has been a 14-month investigation in this phase of the russian probe. is starting to release details of what it has uncovered. in this particular case on collusion. we still have fisa abuse, uranium one, unmasking scandal and the clinton bought and paid for dossier. this is not included tonight. the take-away from the house intel committee zero evidence -- let me repeat. none. no evidence showing collusion between the trump campaign and russia. i hope robert mueller and his merry band of the democratic partisans and donors and witch hunters are all watching tonight. their investigation should be shut down immediately. the deputy attorney general rod rosenstein needs to be investigated. we will explain that. he is rushing to mueller's defense saying that the special counsel is "not an unguided missile." rosenstein is trying to cover himself because the new information proves that mueller is in and has been in a giant witch hunt. also tonight the media, the

"donald trump with his dictatorial attitude now wants to be president for life." fake news. >> sean: fake news, lying news, propaganda news, misinformation news. it's all true. the media apoplectic after being called out for the extreme bias. they started to trash president trump. there is a reason why you the american people do not trust the fake news media. you should not. they have an agenda. it's clear. it's obvious. it's transparent. and the president is not going to let them get away with it longer. in 2007 i said journalism is

"you have to take comfort where you can find it in donald trump's america." really? an obama comfort doll. we have to get one to chris matthews asap. he can get thrills up his leg. first joining us to react to the top story. the house intel member chris stewart and fox news contributor jason chaffetz. congressman, stewart, i look

at the revelations and it is spectacular stunning. 14 months. no evidence of collusion. no evidence of collusion, coordination, conspiracy between the trump campaign and the russians. none. zero. zip. >> it has been a long time. 15 months. we inteviewed like 73 witnesses and looked at 310,000 documents. you know, this can't surprise anyone. it can't. how long have you been saying that? how long have i and others been saying it? dianne feinstein said this. james clapper said this. i challenge mr. schiff who seems to think that there is a secret evidence that he can't reveal. two things on that. does anyone in the world believe if there was evidence of collusion that it would not have been leaked under the circumstances that we have seen? of course it would. you would already know about it. the second thing, this is an important point, sean, we have been accusing people of
6:20 pm
conspiracy and treason. at the end of the day, these people are innocent. aren't these others who oppose what the republicans said on this. aren't they willing to come toward and say you know maybe we got it wrong? it's not fair to keep a cloud over them when there isn't evidence. >> well said. >> sean: i will read again. no evidence of collusion, coordination, conspiracy between the trump campaign and the russians. then it goes on "how anti-trump research made its way from russian sources to the clinton campaign" -- that is the dossier -- "and problematic contact between the senior intelligence community officials and the media." in other words they lied and leaked and provided misinformation to the american media that ran with all of it. >> well, adam schiff has proved he is a political hack at the highest level. he is an embarrassment to the united states congress and an embarrassment to the intelligence committee. it's shameful what he has done. the second part is the only
6:21 pm
thing that, you know, we actually have evidence of is that hillary clinton tried to rig the election against bernie sanders. then she goes out and spends millions and millions of dollars working with the russians to develop a fake dossier that makes its way and is treated as if it's the gospel. it was abused along the way. >> sean: congressman, the irony is, even in the last two weeks, all of a sudden schiff changed his tune. he knows he has been lying for over 14 months. how are we to deal with people who are willing to drag the country through the mud to advance their lie and their narrative? >> there are a couple of points. one at the end of the day, the american people are not stupid and they can look at the evidence or the look of evidence and draw their own conclusion. then when they hear others say no, no, no, trust me, trust me, there is evidence, we just can't share it with you. i think they began to be
6:22 pm
suspicious at a minimum and begin to reflect back on the individuals who do that. once again, sean, look, in your monologue, there was so much to talk about. my heavens we could spend hours on that. but the important point now is this. what did the f.b.i., what did the d.o.j. do? were they acting ethically? were they acting legally? and others along that line. as you said, this investigation has got some other very important points we need to pursue. and i think we owe that to the american people to not just end here but in a practical way and nondramatic way and nonpartisan way to continue with the questioning as well. >> sean: i have to run. we are going to break down this week on the show the anatomy of a 14, 18-month lie. thank you, both. you have been amazing. we have so much more. no evidence. trump-russia collusion. more on the breaking knew information. dangerous situation in austin,

there. dianne feinstein, joe manchin, even maxine waters said smoke, no fire. >> there was never any evidence of collusion. it was always a hoax. the f.b.i. knew this. but nevertheless, they tried to be really clever. they launched a counterintelligence probe that gave them more latitude. they used that as a pretext to investigate donald trump as a criminal and his associates. all of these accusations by the media and democrats with the hair on fire amounted to nothing. carter page giving a speech in moscow. the trump tower meeting with the russian lawyer. bar talk with papadopoulos. >> sean: hearsay. four-way. all of these things are not crimes. collusion in a political campaign is not criminal. it's not a crime to talk to a russian. these are all normal interactions that occur if you

are a u.s. senator, jeff sessions, or you have contacts with the foreign governments in political campaigns. it was never collusion criminal. >> sean: i want to ask in a minute about rod rosenstein. >> sure. >> sean: his message tonight ticks me off. but let me go to sara carter. the other aspect of what we are learning from the house intel committee that the former director of national intelligence james clapper leaked to cnn and feigns outrage about the leaks to trump and the news media when he is the leaker. >> well, it appears that there was some sort of collusion. not with russia but with people in the obama administration and thepedia. part of that -- obama administration and the media. it was discovered in the 14-month investigation. they say there is overwhelming evidence to support the fact that clapper did speak to cnn prior to tapper publishing the story on cnn and actually going on air with it. you know, so, this is what is
6:30 pm
interesting. it was about the briefing that was given by the senior level obama administration officials including clapper. it included john brennan and others like mike rogers and james comey about the dossier. as soon as that became public and cnn, the rest of the media which had ignored the dossier since the summer of 2016 because they were too afraid to publish it because it was salacious, all of a sudden jumped on board and said wow! there must be something here because cnn reported about the briefing conducted between president-elect trump and obama and ran with it. it was a snowball effect and propagated the disinformation that the russians said things in the dossier about president trump. >> sean: unbelievable. let me go to you gregg jarrett. this is rod rosenstein. he in my opinion, his relationships with comey and mccabe and others must now be brought out in the daylight. rosenstein comes out tonight,
6:31 pm
ah, the special counsel is not an unguided missile. i don't believe there is any justification at this point for terminating the special counsel. why? because now they can set perjury traps? now that there is no russia-trump collusion? let's move to the finances of oh, jared kushner. like where was that in the original mandate or investigation? investigative creep is the biggest problem with the special counsels. >> it was. and rosenstein wrote it in his appointment assignment to robert mueller. he also violated the special counsel law when he selected robert mueller. you have to, if you read the law carefully you have to have evidence of a crime. there was never any evidence of a crime. yet, he appointed a special counsel to investigate in search of a crime. that is backwards. >> sean: because of his buddy, james comey, who you think is the most foolish man on earth to be going on a book
6:32 pm
tour. >> absolutely. >> sean: i agree with you. >> if he is asked tough questions and he answers them honestly he could be prosecuted. >> sean: i think we already have enough information on him and n violations of law. you agree? >> i absolutely agree with that. i think he obstructed justice in the hillary clinton case. then the documents and he leaked them to the media. that is a crime. >> sean: unbelievable. this is the biggest abuse of power and the entire media in this country and every one of the lying adam schiff democrats have been lying. now, i want to go back to the report tonight, sara carter, if i may read from this. okay. no evidence of collusion, coordination, conspiracy between the trump campaign and the russians. how anti-trump research, i.e., dossier, made its way from russian sources to the clinton campaign and problematic contact which we were talking about, leaks with the intelligence community and the media.
6:33 pm
okay. the biggest problem that they discovered as far as russia was clinton's dossier, that she paid for and was used as the bulk of evidence for the fisa warrant against the trump campaign in lead up of the election. >> that is absolutely true, sean. that is a crucial point they make in the one-page draft is the fact that the russian, information from russia made its way to the clinton campaign. made its way to the dossier and did exactly what vladimir putin had hoped it would do. when you think of the disinformation campaign, it would wild. it spread across the news media. everybody was propagating what the russians wanted, to sow chaos and discord. in effect it was the clinton campaign unwittingly, possibly, spreading this, these lies and the disinformation. >> sean: wait a minute. i'm not going to allow that. from my perspective, the f.b.i. never verified it. by law if they present to a
6:34 pm
fisa court, they must verify. by their own procedures and protocol, they are supposed to verify it. fusion g.p.s. never verified it. f.b.i. never verified it. >> you are right. they did spread that. that is wittingly inside the united states. i'm saying that the information that they were collecting, no one did the due diligence here. particularly, the f.b.i. i want to go back to a statement you made with gregg about comey. i spoke to the senior f.b.i. officials today and one of the things they stated over and over again is if comey isn't investigated, then there is a problem here because this should be a balance of justice he leaked information. he leaked the classified memos. nobody knows when he took the memos from the f.b.i. he leaked them. they went into the media. so there is another leaker. not just clapper. comey as well. unwitting and witting use of the dossier. >> he said underoath he never leaked anything to media.
6:35 pm
then, of course, we learn later by his own admission he leaked to the media. >> sean: but there is so much more. they were very clear. i talked to my sources and i know sara talked to her sources, be clear here. this doesn't include unmasking or the dossier. this doesn't include the corrupt uranium one deal. this is but the small, this is a small sliver. what i'm trying to understand is how we got to a point in this country where lies can literally run this rampant and be this corrupt at the highest level of the f.b.i., the intel community and our government. and the democrats, they spread these lies. >> because the obama administration for eight years was enabling this and protecting people. i'll give you an example. james clapper, a known liar. he lied to congress. then he got caught. >> sean: what if i lied to congress? >> he should have been charged with perjury but the obama
6:36 pm
administration protected him. and now we learn today through sara that he appears to be the leaker. >> sean: the big question for america tonight. now that we know everything. it's all coming to fruition. will we in this country follow the rule of law or will we have a duel justice system? >> this is why you need a second special counsel. >> sean: i got to break. sorry. get the last word. >> sean, we would have never known about this had president trump not been elected. think about that. >> sean: that is the great irony. thank you, both. you have been amazing. i know we have all taken heat for this. we have all been right from the get-go. there is so much more to come. i told you this would be the year of the boomerang. another major story we're following, hillary clinton just can't give it up. she is apparently still bitter, still making excuses while she lost the election. this time to a foreign audience in india. listen to one of the reasons why she thinks some women voted for donald trump. >> we do not do well with
6:37 pm
white men. the republican party and a an ongoing pressure to vote the way that your husband, your boss, your son, whoever, believes you should. >> sean: i wonder how much she got paid for that speech? she also blasted president trump and called his voters "racist." really? watch. >> it's commonly said that countries deserve the government they get. does america deserve donald trump? what's gone wrong? >> i have to say no, we did
6:38 pm
not deserve that. his campaign "make america great again" was looking backwards. you didn't like black people getting rights. you don't women getting jobs. you don't want to see that indian-american succeeding more than you are. whatever your problem is, i'm going to solve it. >> sean: anger, bitter, sore loser who paid for russian government propaganda and lies and still lost. now the host michelle malkin investigates. fox news, national security strategist sebastian gorka. only in as much, michelle, that i want to talk about hillary, the only thing we are learning tonight is in fact her campaign, how in fact i'll read it directly, how anti-trump research made its way from russia sources to the clinton campaign. in other words, to lie to the american people. >> yes, that is right. the stretchry and the anti-american sentiment that drove hillary clinton and bill

is great again? >> sean: you are right. dr. gorka, this is a massive development tonight. after 14 months, 14 and muller is still on the job. rosenstein saying it doesn't matter. going on. the special counsel is not an unguided missile. yes, it is. it's out of control with the clinton donors, obama donors, no evidence of the trump-russia collusion. the media lied, democrats lied. they said it and people still report it. how can it happen in this country? >> sean, the most important thing to remember is that this is what we knew would happen all along. you knew it because you had that gut sense because of all the amazing work the team is doing. i knew it because back last summer the president told me in the oval office they will never find anything because there is nothing. this is the ultimate boomerang. a boomerang the d.n.c.
6:41 pm
launched, the left launched about donald trump and his administration -- >> sean: wait, obama said it could never happen. he said no serious person would ever believe it. until, of course, hillary lost. >> but let's translate. let's translate what we now know. this is the ultimate information operations campaign. vladimir putin managed to place russian disinformation, lies, about a presidential candidate in to the u.s. system through hillary clinton, through her lawyer, through the d.n.h. into the justice -- through the d.n.c. in the justice system so it landed in front of the fisa court judge. that's the enormity of what we are talking about. >> sean: 40 seconds, michelle malkin. the worst part is they knew from the beginning and the only person that gave us russian lies in themca pain was hillary. >> hillary clinton. that is right. the clinton cash machine that
6:42 pm

states. and for state officials to the constitution of that state. i mean to have an elective mayor in oakland, california, saying they are not going to uphold the law on the united states of america. >> sean: worse, helping people who have broken the law. >> vice president pence: look, the mayor's actions are disgraceful on a couple of levels. she is setting aside her oath of office to uphold the law of the land and the rule of law. secondly, i spoke to the attorney general about this. the majority of informations targeted -- the majority of the individuals targeted by i.c.e. had a criminal record. so for the mayor of oakland to warn them in advance of the actions by i.c.e. personnel put the law enforcement officers at risk. this is utterly unacceptable. we need to fix broken immigration system. we need to fix the system to put american citizens and american workers first. we can do that. the answer is not the civil disobedience that we see in

we are typical americans. tens of millions of americans cherish their faith. so, when i heard that abc had a program where my christian faith was described as a mental illness, i thought it was important for me to speak out. not on my own behalf. we know the criticism comes with the public life. i wanted to defend the faith of millions of americans against that kind of slander. and i did so. i give joy a lot of credit. she picked up the phone. she called me. she was very sincere. and she apologized. one of the things my faith teaches me is grace. forgive as you have been forgiven. >> sean: so does mine but i'm not as good as it as you. >> vice president pence: i said of course, i forgive you. that is part of my faith experience. but i did encourage her and i am still encouraging her to use the form of the -- forum
