is stepping aside, the president, he is getting ready to fight back and fight back hard against the corrupt special counsel. our investigation into the investigators continues tonight. and the house judiciary committee chairman, bob goodlatte, issued a subpoena foe the d.o.j. to send over documents on the rigged clinton e-mail situation on fisa abuses, andy mccabe's firing, and comey's firing. the house intel committee announced the russia probe is over and the publicly released gop final report, new information in that, finds no evidence of trump-russia collusion. it exposed deep state leaking. fisa abuse, and blasts the former director of national security, james clapper, for giving inconsistent testimony like mccabe about contacts with the media. is that lying you understand oath a stunning investigative report from sara carter, robert mueller and his top propertior, the guy that they say is the pit

bull for mr. mueller, andrew weiseman, tied to one of the biggest scandals in u.s. history. the media ignoring this. an exclusive, you heard about the iranian one informant, speaking on camera right here tonight, for the first time about being enter viewed by the fbi as part of the investigation into the clinton foundation. yeah, there's a real investigation going on, the f media talking about stormy. the hill's john solomon has that report and those details. that and so much more in breaking news opening monologue. we begin with more fake news from cnn, it is spewing from the news of the clinton news network president, mark zucker. he blasted fox news's propaganda machine and statement-run tv. guy the way, fox news like every newspaper in the country have a sports page, news page, gossip page and editorial page.

aller holer. all the nonstop coverage of stormy daniels to the constant speculation about the alleged affair. if you are looking for a 24/7, never ending, looped around, quarter related news, cnn fake news, they have you covered. take a look. >> this could be the last nail in the coffin. > stormy daniels is causing stormy weather. >> the stormy daniels have the president's number? seems that way. >> president trump might've meti his match with stormy daniels. >> how is stormy weathering this? >> we are hearing quite a bit from stormy daniels. >> stormy is in her own words isn't going anywhere. >> stormy has a good lawyer.
10:05 pm
>> strongly daniels is on a tear. >> breaking news, stormy daniels -- >> stormy daniels -- >> stormy daniels -- >> the reason he can't engage with stormy daniels is because she's got his number. >> sean: about an alleged affair. not proven.ov of course, very different from bill clinton and juanita broderick, catherine willie, paula jones. cnn's obsession with 24/7 24/7 coverage doesn't end with stormy daniels. they are giving a former "playboy" playmate karen mcdougall plenty of airtime. again, we talk about potentiall potentially, alleged consensual relationships. we will see how they compare -- oh, assault, exposing oneself, even rape with bill clinton. all in this case to destroy donald trump. take a look. >> when was the next communication? >> we talked right away on the

phone andnd we talked a week ons the phone before his next visit to l.a. the first was june 12th. >>yo would he call you? >> he would call me. i would call him. vice versa. >> sean: cnn's new obsession. we might have a plan you name for their leader, the chief, the ceo. jeff zucker, the porn king of cable news. of course, porn king jeff zucker over at the bleep whole network, they are not alone on their obsession. abc, nbc, also featuring saturation. m the same level of media interest was not present back in the early 1990s when then president bill clinton was accused of having multiple extramarital affairs and even worse, engaging in serious incidents of sexual misconduct. by the way, in the case of gennifer flowers, she was proven right. ii remember james carnival, he worked or was one of the people talking about it, dragging a

doctor the taylor park about paula jones. remember paula jones? she accused bill clinton of literally pulling down his pants and opposing, exposing himself. the first three days of that scandal, nbc divided a whopping 16 seconds of coverage. next, there is the case of kathryn willie. she said bill clinton groped, grabs, fumbled, touched, kissed her against her will inside the oval office. that story breaks. how does your fake news handler? abc ignores it.or nbc, cbs gave it a whopping 34 seconds of coverage. according to the media research center. cnn, meanwhile, dedicated 26 26 seconds of coverage.ou you have the serious allegation of rape. juanita broderick. i interviewed juanita broderick, one of the toughest interviews i ever did for this service first in 1998. media research center tells us that cbs totally ignore the breaking story. nbc aired seven minutes of coverage. not before initially spiking the

pretaped interview with juanita broderick. that proves what i've been saying about journalism since, what, 2007-'08. dead and buried in this country. we'll have more on this later in the show. the lead lawyer for his legal team has resigned and just a few hour ago, fox has confirmed that victorians tensing will be joing the president's legal team. president trump's breaking news tonight saying he would like to do a sit down with the special counsel. let's delve into this. >> >> sean: i'm sure theo president would. my advice to the president, you've got to be very careful.ue i've been wanting everybody about robert mueller and his merry band of democratic donors. we know for a fact that robert mueller is conducting a biased, flawed investigation. he's gone beyond the mandate, original purpose whichpu is abot
10:09 pm
finding trump-russia collusion, but we have not found it in over a year, year and half now. that is not what he is doing. as constitutional law expert and liberal democrat professor alan dershowitz of harvard, he's pointing out the special counsel, they exist to bring up charges, justify their existenc existence. doesn't matter if it's all connected to what this is supposed to be investigating. theyey have to do all of this to justify their existence at an enormous cost not only to the american taxpayers, all of you, but also to the culture and society. this mueller witch hunt has been going on for over a year. so far found nothing regarding trump-russia collusion for the president by the way has every reason to be upset. here is why. mueller's team has more democratic donors in the liberal hollywood fund-raiser. not one of them, mueller's' partisan donators donated to trump. every one not named donald trump would crack under this pressure. completely understandable when
10:10 pm
you appoint a team that donates to obama, the dnc, hillary clinton, they are allnd going after one guy. not one person who donated to trump? of course the president wants to fight back. this special counsel from day one has been abusively biased and many on the team has questionable ethics. they have horrificba background. they are out to destroy him. by the way, saying i'm not guilty? that's how any innocent person acts. rod rosenstein? he stacked the deck against president trump by appointing his buddy robert mueller. he has conflicts himself to james comey admitted he leaked the memos to get the special counsel appointed and it happened.. this is one, big, giant, and sensuous, deep state cabal that is trying to unseat a duly elected president. we will have more on that. breaking on this hour, hr mcmaster has resigned as a national security advisor and he will be replaced by john bolton. this is a huge improvement.. we will have more on that. and tonight, the house judiciary
10:11 pm
-- issued a subpoena demanding documents on this clinton emailg investigation, which never was an investigation. also about severe fisa abuse and on andrew mccade's firing. chairman goodlatte, this is something we've been reporting on. congress has not requested 1.2 million doj/fbi documents related1. to the clinton investigation. chairman goodlatte is trying to determine whether comey lied under oath. he's requesting those documents as well. so far, congress only received of the 1.2 million, 3,000 or that sounds like obstruction. that doesn't sound like the wheels of justice or equal justice under the law. the doj stonewalling, preventing congress from conducting their constitutional job, which is oversight. remember, rod rosenstein sucking up to paul ryan in the final hour, "please, do not let congress have access to the
10:12 pm
truth about fisa abuses." we know the clinton email investigation was a sham. but comey leaves the page, mckay did and probably loretta lynch all part of putting the fix in. speed 24 abuses exposed that the fbi and the ug used unverified -- it's not true. clinton paid for dossier russian like to get a speed 24 judge to get a warrant to spy on carterpy page which then allows them to spy on the entire trump campaign. we know both of these fisa applications, according to the grassley-graham memo was made up of the phony clinton dossier, russian lies and propaganda. as andrew mccade testified, without no dossier, it never would've even been a fisa application. as for , it could put his buddy and serious legal jeopardy. rights in part, the
10:13 pm
investigation is focused on information i chose to share with a reporter through my public o affairs officer and a legal counselor. as deputy director, i was one of only few people who had the authority to do that. it was not a secret. o it took place over several days. others including the director who were aware of the interaction with the reporter. by the way, he's not addressing lying under oath. according to mccade, comey knew he was leaking information to the media, which is in part why mccade got fired and lying under oath also contributed. well, mccade is saying now is very different what james comey said in may 2017. who do you believe? comey or mccade? we will let you decide. >> director comey, have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the trump investigation or the clinton investigation? >> never. >> question 21 relatively
10:14 pm
related. you ever authorize someone else at the fbi to be an anonymous source in news reports aboutru the trump investigationr the clinton investigation? >> no. >> sean: now, you've got to wonder if georgie stephanopoulos over at abc, stephen colbert, rachel met all, do you think they will ask mr. deep state james comey about any of this? we will not hold our breath. but james comey is welcome on the show. what is becoming more apparent by the day is how the deep state is fighting back as they continue to get exposed. they are not liking what is happening. we are exposing it on the show. the perfect example is former obama cia director john brennan. he is now trying to malignpi president trump with a brand-new conspiracy theory. let's take a look. >> i think he's afraid of the president of russia.hi
10:15 pm
>> why? >> one can speculate as to why. the russians might have something on him personally. they may make his life more difficult. clearly, i think it's important for us to improve relations with russia. but the fact he has had this forming attitude toward mr. mr. putin, continues to say to me that he has something to fear. >> sean: right. he's s a known liar, but the mea just parents brendan's talking points. >> former cia director who is worked for presidents on both sides of the aisle is deeply concerned. >> it so clear at this point that vladimir putin and his associates, somebody has something on donald trump. >> the big question we are asking today: why does this president feel the way he does about vladimir putin? >> that might be something that turns the key in the russia probe, figuring out why this president is so deferential to putin and russia. if there is some come from
10:16 pm
kompromat on him.eg >> sean: president trump is about to take the legs out of vladimir putin's economy and he's not whispering... after the election, i'll have my flex ability. let's take a look at this tweet. when the full extent of your you will take your place as a disgrace demagogue in the dustbin of history. you will not destroy america. america will triumph over you.u. okay, john brennan, who voted for a communist for president. a deep state whopper rat who's losing his mind and all his friends are being exposed. here is a little hannity histor history. he admitted voting for a communist party candidate. how did you ever become the cia director? you have to wonder. maybe robert mueller should see if he's ever colluded with the russians. that's not all. "the new york post" is reporting
10:17 pm
that c the u.s. state department is investing john brennan. the same committee is looking to see whether he committed perjury when he testified under oath like his body mccade who he claimed to have no idea who paid for that dossier. the post also reporting that john brennan briefed members of congress including former democratic senator harry reid. if you remember, put out a statement after meeting with brennan days after the election and reference the dossier because brennan told him. so brennan is dirty, political, corrupt as they come, now he's lashing out because we are all finding out who he is. more breaking news to tell you about the of the house intel committee has put in end to this russia investigation 14 months and they had a vote to release to the park at the republican member's final report. the house c and took many relead a summary of the key findings today. here are the highlights. after 14 months, interviews with all these witnesses, the committee found no evidence of
10:18 pm
trump-russia allusion. the liberal media, all you have been lying to the american people. fake news cnn contributor, provided inconsistent testimony about his contacts with the media. i guess comey is going to get hired next, then brennan. who knows. maybe they will hire stormy. by the way, members of the, partisan press are watching, we first reported this last week. it's called "investigative journalism." real news. you guys might want to try it sometimes instead of spending these -- [mimicking wheel spending]f back in may of 2013, let's watch klapper lie. >> does the nsa collect any type of data at all, millions, hundreds of millions of americans. >> no, sir. it does not. not n wittingly. they are cases where they could inadvertently, perhaps, collect.
10:19 pm
but not wittingly. >> sean: oh, clapper lying through his teeth right there! that seems to be the standard operating procedure for all theseou deep state obama actors. evidence of president trump's precampaign business dealing resulting in an the kind of collusion paired .4, they conclude that no evidence that trump associates were involved withss wikileaks my publishing still in democratic emails. this is another liberal media fantasy that's getting shot down. by the way, with all the countries hacking into hillary servers, who knows who gave it to wikileaks. there is one of a dozen choices. here is my production. pretty easy to get this one right. the rest of the liberal media is not going to report this tonigh tonight. because it proves them to be liars and phoning in their quest for journalism in truth. it's gone on way too long. finally tonight, sara carter,
10:20 pm
brand-new news reporting, headline robert mueller, andrew weissmann, the fbi and the mob, sara sarah detailing how bothei mueller, wiseman are directly involved in two of the biggest scandals and fbi history when mueller was acting u.s. attorney in boston in the '80s, he was involved in the fbi's corrupt, highly unethical relationship with the infamous murderer mobster "whitey" bulger. four men ended up being framed for murder, sent to jail. two of them died in jail. then it resulted in $100 million in damages to the two thatve lived. then there is mueller's pitbull, andrew weissmann, the rotten apple that doesn't fall very far from the tree. he's the guy in the 1990s organized crime case, wiseman was reprimanded by a judge for withholding exculpatory evidence. and his powerful friend, well, later were out there to get them out of trouble. we told you about his hard-charging tactics in the enron case. four executives go to jail.
10:21 pm
that case was overturned. 9-0 against him. all of this information is shocking. that is mueller's team. given what we know about mueller and his pitbull. national degrades. fox news can sugar sara carter, david schon, gregg jarrett. let's start with you and your investigative report. >> i think what we see here. this is the point that i hope people understand about these cases in the past. this is what is predicable in the future. the president obviously wants to talk to mueller. he knows he's is in the he knows he's innocent. he wants to tell him what he knows. all you have to do is look at these cases in the past. innocent people ended up either pleading guilty or they were found guilty. they spent their life in prison. and then they hadd to wait until they are and exonerated. there is a very serious moment
10:22 pm
here where the president has to take a step back and think about what he's going to do. because they were cases we thought with the andrew weissmann case in new york and we see it in the case in boston -- -- dell mexican and politically, he can't, sara sarah this is the most corrupt team every day needs investigation. >> what you're looking at right now. is an extra ordinary, visceral hate for people who want to see this president impeached or drag his name through the mud.t i think at this point in time, all that we can do is continue to push the stories, continue to push the truth out so the american people understand what's going on. more importantly so that the president in the administration understand what's going on. there has to be a very serious consideration for what's happened in the past and what could possibly happen. >> sean: a everybody, all our
10:23 pm
media colleagues. he's beyond reproach. that is a total crock. he's not. he's about as critical as stormy to me. >> bob mueller ruined the credibility of his own investigation when he hired clearly a very partisan team to go after and destroy donald trump. the good news is they are now in their defending the president. they will go to robert mueller and say, you want to interview the president? you cannot force a president to testify about things that are not crimes. collusion! it's not a crime anywhere in the criminal codes. obstruction of justice? where is the evidence of that, hoping that flynn is cleared? ii think they have been too timid.ar but it's stopping right now, i guarantee you. >> sean: i would fire him and a second. >> they are the top of form
10:24 pm
prosecutors in washington, d.c. joe was an independent counsel before. he is the right person to counter the thuggish tactics of bob mueller and andrew weissmann. >> sean: what's your take, david schon?ve >> we've spoken before. a special counsel position is unfortunately a positionat that allows for the greatest abuse possible in our system. there is virtually no accountability. he's given a mandate originally and that is by mr. rosenstein. but once he has that mandate, every single person who he, mueller, or his team unilaterally decides is interfering with his so-called investigation or is obstructing it, has told him what he believes to be a lie, commit perjury, he has the authority under that general mandate under 106.04 to prosecute that crime. even if the person never commit any crime at all simply by virtue of appointing this fellos as special counsel, he now has the unilateral authority to
10:25 pm
charge someone with a very serious crime that had nothing to do with the underlying investigation. that's very, very dangerous. that's one of the many reasons it's so important that you are spending this time to point out who exactly mr. mueller is and who his teammates. i will say this, also. the conflicts that sort this team are absolutely astounding. the only reason special counsel is appointed under the statute, of course, if there is reason to believe a crime is committed. but if specifically there is a conflict of interest within the justice -- department of justice, how is it so many members of this team come directly from the department of justice? >> sean: let me go to the other aspect, moving the ball a little bit. we know the brennan and clapper have lied.to you are laughing. they have proven to be liars. one hired by a fake news cnn. in a guest soon will be hired. after that, they will hire stormy daniels.
10:26 pm
this -- they are attacking us and we've broken more news in a week than they do in a year. i'm trying to get to understanding here how these guys, how nobody holds clapper and brennan accountable, because i want to know what they know and when they knew it. >> brennan's comments, sean, is not someone coming from someone crazy and upset because he is being pointed out or his story is unraveling. they are very, very specific and very, very well-planned. he has his own disinformation campaign. the minute he went on the air and started making up these rumors and these accusations that the russians must have something on president trump, he knew exactly what he was doing. he is the former head of the cia. he was trained for this. >> sean: trained to live? train that this information? >> that's absolutely it. people picked it up and they ran with it. people who were opposed to
10:27 pm
president trump. they are creating a national problem. this is a national security issue. i would ask directors brennan, where is the evidence you have? >> sean: may be they made it up to the end. >> unfortunately the five year statute of limitations on clapper of cyst 's life. he should've in charge. jeff sessions didn't takess act action. clapper and brennan are the two instigators of the foamy dossier running all over washington, d.c., in capitol hill, running to thehe media, pushing what they knew was a t fabricated document to damage trump, destroy him. they are supposed to be, clapper and brennan, apolitical and nonpartisan. they were not. >> sean: last word. david? >> we've -- vigilance is
10:28 pm
absolutely essential here. programs like your program and all other measures here to bring accountability to the process are critical. you are seeing a title wave of change if you see accountability from the top. i say this again. my father was an fbi agent. fbi agents have been my hero. there's never been this kind of accountability demand before. that's why people are reacting so viscerally. along with the pure, unadulterated hatred and anger about the election. >> sean: good to see you. joining us now is the host of "the ingraham angle." we see her every week night taking shots at me at 9:59: 59. laura ingraham. congrats. i have not really said this publicly. but i've said it privately. the show has been such a big hit. congratulations to you. >> laura: thank you. >> sean: let's get a broad picture explanation how you see, what you see going on and what should be happening in terms of what the president in terms of his handling of it all?
10:29 pm
>> laura: let's start as ar staff shake-up. you hear the other networks, the usual suspects going "wow, all this tumult, disclosures depare administration." they are trying to create this appearance, sean, of complete chaos in the white house where the president is untethered. it's ridiculous. what he's doing is what he should be doing. namely getting the people in place 13 months into this who are going to support his agenda -- of course they are going to question when that's appropriate. support his of the agenda, advance at them especially going into these midterm waters, which would be very choppy for the republicans. that means someone like a bolt in, though he's probably more of a neoconservative than i am, more interventionist than i am. bolton is someone who is aggressive. >> sean: he'll serve the president and his agenda. >> laura: absolutely. the idea that the president will take orders from john bolton is
10:30 pm
ridiculous. he didn't take orders from gary cohn. >> sean: there was a lot of people who told him not to. >> laura: exactly. i also think, sean, when you a look at what's happening now with the fbi and, you know, christopher wray came out and in the interview with "nightly news." on the one hand, it was very helpful to the president because he said, "we are not political. i'm not being influenced by the president. we are not being told not to pursue particular investigations. that's not where we are." however, as you've been documenting night after night and i've been trying to pick it up at 10:00. what's happened is a corrosive atmosphere at the top that i think has bled down. that has hurt morale at the fbi. that has hurt credibility. and public confidence that -- the upper echelon of these intel agencies and the fbi. they are going to call balls and
10:31 pm
strikes. they are not going to put their finger on the scale one way or another. if they don't like trump, they don't like trump, they like hillary, they don't like hillary, none of that should come into play. >> sean: let me ask you this. we've been at this a long time. one of your great skills is you are a strategist. you think that you've seen a lot. we can give economic statistics of ronald reagan in our sleep. politically speaking -- donald trump is a disruptor, a iconoclast. he's not going to -- die she'ss on man. he's not going to conform into what the media wants to conform them into being. he wouldn't of been elected if he was that person. the question is strategically knowing this is a deep state, knowing that we are now breaking through on fisa abuses and the investigation on hillary and special counsel mueller. what advice would you give him? >> laura: i think it's important for him to keep his eye on the prize. for him, it is the economy, a stable, strong foreign policy.
10:32 pm
but number one, he should stick to his campaign promises. and,s sean, this is where i'm going to continue this tonight on my show. i've been doing this the last couple of nights. this g.o.p. on the pistil that, i guess he's going to sign?ng i'm really worried about that. i'm worried about it because it does not adequately fund -- it is not what he complained on. >> sean: i have insight on you, i agree with you. really? fond of the wall if you want to get reelected for all the republicans. there is money that i understand that has been appropriated or will be appropriated. we will hear about it in the days to come. >> laura: if it was the house of representatives in november, he is not going to get any wall. it's important he got a permanent funding mechanism. my advice, mueller is going to do what mueller is going to do. i think you can give great speeches about how this economy is going to continue to hum, we are going to take on china.
10:33 pm
we will have an incredible moment for china because of the terrace. we had to rebalance trade. on mueller, let him do his job. give great speeches. >> sean: ignore the news media. >> laura: i would ignore the media. talk right to the american people. >> sean: at the end of the day, elections are won based on vision, on prosperity, if you've been in office, and on peace if you keep your promises. >> laura: law and order. >> sean: all the noise doest not matter. >> laura: peoplea want to save society. law and order. stop giving breaks to illegal immigrants. t stick to your promises. you will do just fine. >> sean: great advice. i think we will see you in 27 minutes from right now. >> laura: see you soon. >> sean: when we come back, dan bongino, jason chaffetz, and later on, the in the uranium one informant speaks out on camera. explosive claims on how there is
10:34 pm
a clinton investigation going on into that foundation. first time on camera right here at tonight straight straight ahead. zach! talk to me. it's for the house. i got a job. it's okay. dad took care of us. jushis local miracle ear t at helped andrew hear more of the joy in her voice. just one hearing test is all it took for him to hear more of her laugh... and less of the background noise around him. for helen, just one visit to her local miracle-ear is all it took to learn how she can share more moments with her daughter. just one free hearing test could help you hear more... laughter...
10:35 pm
music... life. call now! for a limited time, you can get $500 off miracle-ear hearing aids!
10:36 pm
the commute is worth it.me, the more you know you and that john deere tractor... you can keep dreaming up projects all the way home. it's a longer drive. but just like a john deere, it's worth it.
10:37 pm
10:38 pm
>> sean: as we continue tonight, we are joined by former secret service agent -- comey in his first draft of exoneration before investigating, congressman, he actually talked about foreign intelligence agencies having access to hillary's server. i'm going to assume that is as many as 5-6,r that's i who would know where wikileaks ever got it or some other source. who would know? >> you've got to assume they all
10:39 pm
had it. congress has a role to play here to try to plug this week and understand, remember, the c investigation by the fbi, this is a close case. congress is trying to get their hands on it, it's a closed case, yet they still will not cough up the document. >> sean: when you see the leak, dan bongino, talk to somebody like vladimir putin. 125 leaks, we know the full conversations with prime ministers and presidents were released. this is never happened before. how dangerous is it, this type of leaking? and how does a damaged national security collect men whose lives are at risk here? >> sean, this is critical. what national, foreign leader, foreign dignitary is going to have any kind of conversation with the white house knowing that the information is going to be leaked by disease and swap rafts on the inside. listen, trump try to play nice guys. i think he tried to hire people
10:40 pm
who were recommended by the swamp creatures of d.c. they probably turned around and screwed him over and leaks to the media. he's now saying, you know what? it's time to do it the trump way. you are all out, you are all can, i'm bringing in my own team. don't let the door hit you onut the butt on the way out. >> sean: we did learn aa lot. we revealed a whole lot last year, congressman. what are we discover, he'll re-fix the primary. we discovered that in fact an investigation concluded before they did an investigation. hillary paid for russian lies. they funneled it through -- they use the dossier, everybody knew she paid for it that was used as a basis for a fisa warrant and threewe subsequent renewal applications. we learned a lot. how much of what i described to you is illegal? >> a lot of it.
10:41 pm
and in addition to that, you have people who came before congress will raise their right-handed light. one of those may have been the fbi director mr. comey. when john ratcliffe asked very specifically when he made the decision about whether or not to prosecute and when that happened, he's give an answer tt is inconsistent with the fact pattern that we now have. i really do believe that the true chairman of bob goodlatte, they should go to mr. mueller and understand who was on his team, why is it that there appears to be all sorts of conflicts of interest, and why are you outside the lines and the bounds of the jurisdiction that you are given as a special prosecutor. how come you're not looking at hillary clinton and the clinton team the d ccc and the dnc. why are they not looking at that? that's also the special prosecutor. >> sean: what do you make! we know clapper lied, don't we? we know brennan has lied, don't we? >> yes, yes!
10:42 pm
but you will have a congress that are a bunch of wimps. they never stand up for themselves. i issued a subpoena a year and a half ago. i'm glad bobb goodlatte is doing itng now. but the moment that subpoena is issued goes past compliance, they should hold them in contempt. nobody seems to have the guts to do that. >> sean: last word? >> sean, the trump was set up. i've m never been more sure anything in my life during my time is a federal agent and as a cop.ue the mueller investigation is entirely a smoke screen meant to cover for what was done to donald trump. i'm absolutely convinced. he's got conflict of interest, sean, that haven't even come out yet that some people know about behind the scenes, mueller, to some of the people. he is conflicted. this is a smoke screen. the trump screen was set up, i'm absolutely sure of it. >> sean: great analysis. for the first time ever, the fbi informant in the uranium onene case speaks out on camera to john solomon. we will share part of that.

>> sean: major and exclusive >> sean: major and exclusivene developments in the uranium one scandal tonight.t. do you remember the fbi informant at the center of the case? he's now speaking out on camera for the very first time in an interview exclusively with the hill and john solomon done in shadow, william campbell explains how he was interviewed in december. this past december by the fbi's little rock field office about the clinton foundation's potential involvement in the scandal. where is the rest of the media? take a look. >> they interviewed me about the clintons for several hours a good part of the day. the information that i provided
10:48 pm
to them about the clintons and about whatat was said and confirmed by russian leadership was seen to be very important to them. >> sean: what's even more startling is kandel also says the information he gave to the fbi about the corrupt uranium one deal and russian strategy, polluting the strategy to control u.s. strategy ended up on president barack obama's desk. wow. take a look. >> i was assured that the white house also had been informed because of the importance on a national security side and it was actually very enthusiastic commendation that i received from the fbi. my work had resulted in the white house's daily brief being handed to then president obama. >> sean: so obama knew what was going on. did nothing. joining us now with his
10:49 pm
exclusive interview, the hale's john solomon. let me starte with this comment about obama knew. putin had operatives in america. they were involved in, money-laundering, kickbacks, racketeering. we know that putin one of these operatives to get a foothold in the uranium industry we import 90% of our uranium. not likely want to give it to russia. he's in there 14 months before we approve the uranium one deal. itit never made sense. >> it doesn't. if you remember a year ago when i first came on, when we started to talk about this. we talked about may be the whole donald trump team was a breadcrumb trail. this may be that different stori that the intelligence community was trying to take our eye off the ball. here is what we know. if you were an american company, you engaged in bribery, kickbacks, he would be what is called the bard, you'd be prevented from doing business with united states government.
10:50 pm
he would be punished. we see announcement about this. if you are a black mayor air pollutants uranium company, you are you are involved in money laundering. to give $5,000 to bill clinton, you give to a laundering firm, you get billions involved in your contracts through the united states government. you get taken off the expert control list, and you get a large swath of america's uranium supply. that is the story that doug campbell puts before the american public. >> sean: robert mueller was the fbi director. he knew in 2009 that putin operate 's operatives were doing this. >> laura: he was the director and we were told by law enforcement sources and mr. campbell that the senior leadership of the fbi including director mueller were directly aware of the of elevation's. we are also told by mr. campbell and several intelligence officials that mr. campbell's information made it all the way into thehe president's daily
10:51 pm
briefing. >> sean: let's go to this issue. we didn't know that the fbi field office in arkansas was conducting an investigation into the clinton foundation. if you follow the money, a lot of people that were involved, all wanted america that imports 90% of its uranium or thereabouts, we have a shortage of it.ds we didn't want it in the hands of a foreign actor, rush of all places, the hostile regime it is and put in the hospital he is as first reported, 145 million overtime kickback. >> bill clinton got a $500,000 contribution. he confirmed in the interview they routed $3 million through an american lobbying company with the intention that the money would go provide free
10:52 pm
services to bill clinton's curative initiative called the clipping global initiative. we found the money, we found the money by the clinton global initiative meeting they are increasingea their giving. there is a path of money that goes from russia into the clintons backyard. and yet, we are talking about a lot of other things today and not this. >> sean: unbelievable. you spent a lot of time with him.nf he's had this information. but for the longest time, the government kept him under wraps because they had all this talk about nondisclosure agreements, in terms of whatever happens. the government doesn't usually do this. they did have a gag order on hi him. >> laura: his attorney went to the justice department and negotiated a deal to let him talk to congress. because he talked to congress and his story came out, we were able to interview him. let me tell you something that's important. i had a large portion of the fbi counterintelligence file that
10:53 pm
shows what doug campbell did. the story and those facts do not match what rod rosen scenes comic rod rosen scenes rob rosenstein. somebody should take a look. we are talking about being tough on russia. sevenn years ago, we gave the boat away on the uranium and we did it knowing that the russians were engaged in criminal activityr on our soil compromising our national security. that's what doug campbell story is all about. >> sean: we know that about russia and we know that hillary paid for a phony dossier with russian sources by a foreign national. it seems like with no russia collusion or evidence i've seen. maybe you have seen some. i haven't. all fingers point back to the left, the democrats over this. >> laura: you hear democrats the last few weeks saying president trump has not been tough enough on russia. we've got to get tougher. they are bad actors. but on their watch with their president, president obama was secretary clinton, we give away
10:54 pm
some of the biggest, most valuable decisions in their uranium industry ever given to russia. from the cold war on, we have these restrictions. barack obama relisted them. george bush suspended something called the nuclear cooperation agreement. barack obama distorted. we allowed russia for the first time to compete for uranium fuel, contract them. they've got billionson upon billions of dollars and we let them have these uranium assets do we did it knowing that they were engaged in criminality. >> sean: great work, john solomon. we will have more from his exclusive interview we will be airing.ou when we come back, one of the most disturbing videos you have seen in your life. i am not making it up. next.

>> sean: this next video. we want to warn you, it's beyond disturbing. a 20-year-old woman arrested after videos on social media showing a 1-year-old baby smoking marijuana, an adult
10:59 pm
holding what appears to be a small cigar filled with l marijuana to the babies lips. inhale the contents of this and exhales. the mother is being charged with two counts of felony child abuse, inflicting serious bodily injury, plus two accounts to contributing to delinquency and possession of marijuana. thankfully that child is under the supervision of child protective services. look, what is wrong with people? it's scary. >> very inspiring, but doesn't matter what religion you are. because i am not a christian. doesn't matter what religion you are. it's very inspiring and very good and keep up the good work. thanks! bye . >> i'd like to let "hannity" know that my husband did not make me vote for trump.

clinton is what made me vote for trump. >> sean: call the hannity hotline. amazon.com, walmart everywhere, let there be light. i think you will enjoy it. let not your heart be troubled, there she is. thank you for joining us by the way. what it was like to be a guest. i used to be on with you a couple of times a week. >> sean: i had the same experience, i was on one day on fox and friends this week. i forgot what it was like to be a guest. >> laura: hard break here. wrap, wrap, wrap. great show, i love sara carter, incredible reporting. you have a good rest of the night. from w., great to be home, this is the ingraham angle. so much news. every night i say. that it's not hype. there are so many big stories. foreign policy, staffing at the white house, what they're doing with your tax dollars on capitol hill. and, yes, the huge shakium at
