>> tucker: so we basically swore off hillary clinton stories just because we felt we should but on the other hand this is a news show. this is the news business. we have an obligation to tell you what happened. what happened is hillary clinton has a long history with harvey weinstein, anthony weiner and bill clinton so it's remarkable to hear the claim that she is a champion of women. she did anyway. here is what she said. >> yes. yes, it has. yes. i believe that. i believe that it was a wave that was building and building and building.
5:57 pm
>> tucker: "the wave" being the famous #metoo movement. marc stein joins us for the second time in show, a bonus appearance to assess the statement. what do you think of this? >> i'm sure rose mcgowan and annabell and darryl hannah and the other women assaulted by harvey winestein are thrilled to know that hillary's defeat somehow accelerated it. the first thing she did after the election defeat was to have dinner with harvey weinstein who was making a documentary about her campaign. so that is like bill clinton claiming to be the first black president while he is having with simon legrea on the plantation they coown. >> tucker: she had dinner
5:58 pm
with harvey weinstein after she lost? is that true? >> people don't believe it but she is the first woman in 40 years he didn't ask up to her hotel room to give him a back rub. but this is the state to which she reduced herself now. everyone, everything in the news is somehow something to do with her defeat. i would like to see a mass convergence of them. the last time we talked about this she blamed it on the macedonian farmers. and i think it eight to be her contribution to the #metoo movement. these guys, they get frisky, they are face down and take off the smocks and britches and they have nothing but the gadulka they are strumming on. that way, that way hillary and the #metoo movement converge.
5:59 pm
but to be serious for a moment, tucker, the clintons' main contribution to the #metoo movement is the women. it's juanita and kathleen and paula and all the other women that hillary was putting down on the bbc, you will recall, a few weeks ago. she hasn't changed her view on that. if i was rose mcgowan, i'd be furious at her attempting to -- you know, i believe john conyers now says he the reason he took his trousers off he realized he was wearing the lower half of hillary clinton's pantsuit by accident. but other than that, i don't see the connection with the #metoo movement. >> tucker: i can't give up the story. too good. stop us before we talk about it again. >> it's the only thing that kills zombie raccoons, the hillary clinton book tour
6:00 pm
appearance. >> tucker: killed them dead. mark steyn, as always, we're grate 68. join us for the show that is the sworn enemy of lying. but stay tuned from new york city, the great sean hannity. >> sean: welcome to "hannity." president trump refusing to back down in the efforts to secure america's borders. the president again is demanding the wall be built and he is revealing the details tonight about his plan to send the national guard to the southern border. the president is also blasting unlawful sanctuary cities. and, of course, the state of california. and the mayor of oakland california who shielded criminal illegal immigrants. we are confirming that rod rosenstein received devin nunes' letter from the house intel committee to demand that rosenstein stop stonewalling
