mayor hair, and they decide to ignore a congressional subpoena on the fisa abuse scandal and the hillary clinton investigation. so who are they? and who do we blame for the repeated trashing of the first lady. who do we blame for the refusal to honor congressional subpoenas. there is only one group to blame, and that group is the republican party. how did we get so lost, how is it that these people are so comfortable, so at ease hang in effigy the bloody head our president, laughing about killing him in the elevator, laughing about blowing up the white house, threatening to beat up the president. he's a wharton graduate who got a 30 out of 30 on an acutity

test when sean penn and johnny depp never got past the 12th grade. they do it because they can. because they have learned there are no consequences, that nothing happens to them when they do. barack obama on the other hand, hillary clinton and nancy pelosi promote resistance and obstruction. police are told to stand down and not arrest. hollywood jumps in trying to brainwash everyone that the president, republicans and anyone who believes in law and order is the enemy while ideological federal judges follow the narrative. as president trump seeks to reflect us on our border because border patrol agents are swamped, they channel in unison that he's a racist, a flash flood watchist.

they dither as to whether they want their border protected. in case of oregon's kate brown, she refused bored protection and refused to assist other states three days after she accepted a large donation from george soros. hey, kate, you weren't even in the picture. take a look at this map. your state isn't on the southern border where the operation is being conducted. democrats are comfortable doing what they do because they learned how to wield power like the fbi and the department of justice when they desired one of their own would not be prosecuted. they proudly declaring themselves to be sanctuary for illegals. covering for their own like allowing a corrupt charitable foundation which in reality is a

pay-for-play international racketeering syndicate. unlike republicans, they learned to circle their wagons. they are in lock step on the russia collusion narrative when we know the on collusion was the cash flow of hundreds of millions that went into bill and hillaries corrupt foundation for our uranium. even though democrats lost the house, the senate and the oval, they are still running the country with the help of establishment republicans. as a result, the trumps are fair game. the president collude with the russians and must be impeached. melania is an idiot. i van caps successful clothing line must be removed from the shelves.

whatever reason democrats pretend to not acknowledge. we have seen a 200% increase from march of this year and march of last year, illegal people crossing into our country. 50,000 last month alone were caught at the border coming in illegally. judge jeanine: when the president came in, he -- it declined 70%. why is it up again? >> it declined because of the trump effect. he got in office and no one wanted to come here because they knew they would be deported and subjected to our laws. instead democrats are obstructed and dithered and haven't fixed the problem. smugglers are telling them come across, they are not going to do anything. the number one function of the federal government is to protect the american people. president trump without question and without apology will do that and has done that since the

moment he took office. judge jeanine: you said we are working with mexico. there was a time when mexico was allowing those 150,000 from el salvador and guatemala and honduras to come in on the trains. >> the president has a good relationship with the president of mexico. mexico's laws for immigration aren't stronger than ours. if they catch you, you are gone within two days. we release you in two days and say there is a court dateou have to come back for. if you are from a central american country they say come back in and of course no one comes back. judge jeanine: the catch and release, the president put an end to this. >> we are working to put an end

to this. these are egregious loopholes in the the laws. they say i want to be free in this country for credible fear. 1700 percent increase in people claiming credible fear so they want asylum and they get it. judge jeanine: let's talk about the role drugs play. the president making this decision, was this decision made because he didn't get we wanted in the omnibus bill for the wall? >> if congress doesn't act, the president will. if we are going have a long-lasting solution that protects this nation, it has to be done via congress. democrats are saying there is no urgency on the border, this is made up. not true. the waves begin in the spring.

they realize congress hasn't done anything. they would rather shut down the government over hundreds of thousands of people here illegally and unlawfully as opposed to the protection of hundreds of millions of american citizens. judge jeanine: when i was at the border i spoke to people who said they are basically doing their own protect because there is no wall there will be is no fence there will be is no technology and all that crap they talk about. they literally have to keep illegals off their property. and they are left to their own devices. if they hurt an illegal they end up getting sued. >> that's one of the reasons the president decided to mobilize national guard. it allows us to put more backs on the border, the ones who can make it arrests and detain people here illegally.

judge jeanine: do we have enough judges? let's say the national guard this detention. where do they go? >> the backlog is massive. that's one of the things we want to do to break that up. that's one of the things the president asked for in this last piece of legislation. judge jeanine: did he get it? >> it's not in there. we have to protect this nation. judge jeanine: there were a lot of judges forced to retire at 70. maybe the president ought to use them. >> he could send you down there. judge jeanine: you could ride your horse in like they did in the old days. joining me now with more reaction on the battle to secure our border former pinal county sheriff paul babeau. he served as a major in the national guard and commanded 2,000 national guardsmen in 2006 when president bush dispatched

6,000 national guard to the border. talk to us on why now. why is there an increase and why is the president saying i have had enough, i want to send the national guard? >> we are seeing now those shouts at the bored are let's probe and test this president. the laws are still hand cuffing our system. the catch and release was still in effect until this week. the president signed an order ending catch and release. sessions who is late to the game is pushing hard and i applaud him to that. he's sending 4,000 national guard. and i caution this whole process and this deployment. there are some who are advising the president, let's send mechanics to figure the border

patrol vehicles. let's send admin support so they can do surveillance. i was the command irv those who did that worknd also far more importantly, armed soldiers. issues 120 rounds of ammunition. they were deployed directly on the bored. you had 3 to 5 soldiers with a military vehicle. we had a bank of lights that lit them up at nighttime so they were in plain view. judge jeanine: the national guard was deputized to make arrests? >> no. i have the law enforcement background and the military. they didn't need to. that show of force, everyone in the world knows america's military is the most of forceful. nobody wants to get caught. when they see that show of force, they say, my god, we are not going through here. any of these high traffic or built-up areas, that's where you

deploy the armed soldiers. judge jeanine: george bush did this, other presidents have done this. when are we going to do it for once and for all. what is it going to take to stop the flow of drugs, human trafficking and all the illegalities coming across the bored? what is it going to take? >> you build the wall. we had a 94% reduction in illegals and drug smuggling. how that worked was streamlining. prosecute everybody who came across the bored and formally deport them. the president jus just ordered t for all nine sectors of the bored. he has to deploy in my recommendation armed soldiers to the bored. if you are going to send america's military, that's hard force. don't send a temp service for

don't you love work on saturday nights, too? >> most of americans work on saturday nights. judge jeanine: the president is fed up. i hear there is 1.2 million documents. you guys have been demanding them for months and months. you had a return on a warrant and they gave you nothing. >> the president is right to be frustrated. but enough with the talk. judge jeanine: what are you going to do? >> here are the next two things you have to do. we have given a short deadline. i have given a deadline of this week. >> the thing for them to do, rod rosenstein can call michael horowitz who has the documents and say just give them to congress. if he doesn't do that. and you are right, he avoid the subpoena, the deadline came and went, all we got was a phone

call. and i think what we have to do, delays growing consensus of holding them contempt of congress. but it's not enough to stop there. we have to have someone willing to do the job. if the deputy attorney general is not willing to do it and not willing to allow to us have our constitutional oversight authority supported, we'll find someone who can. judge jeanine: does that mean you will get rid of rod rosenstein? >> if he does not turn doimplets, there are a growing number of us on capitol hill who believe that someone else needs to do the job. and what happens there is we have got constitutionally we have some things we can do. judge jeanine: as far as i am concerned, and i come from a different area. i come from law enforcement. you don't respond to a subpoena, you get a search warrant and you

get a search warrants. like they did with paul manafort. they don't send a letter. they go in and get him. you guise need to do that. >> we have the department of justice and the fbi that are the ones obstructing this, the very law enforcement agency. judge jeanine: they are obstructing it because it will show what? >> what we have found already are a number of documents that would indicate there was coordination with the white house, coordination. judge jeanine: the obama white house. >> the obama white house, coordination with the state department. it goes well beyond what we know. the reason we know that is we have taken those unredacted documents and gone over and figure out wait said behind the redaction. and these are the things the doj and fbi had been riding in

congress. judge jeanine: when the department of justice, our department of justice, donald trump is the president, they resist handing over hillary clinton's emails because they say she is a private citizen. they know the deep state, the shadow government is running things. >> here is the other thing. the speed of which they started investigating candidate donald trump now president trump was at warp speed. nothing happens fast in this city yet they went ahead unbelievably fast to investigate this president during a campaign. if it was coordinated in any part by the white house, we already know that brennan was briefing -- john brennan of the cia was briefing harry reid during august recess and there was this mysterious letter that came after that. there are too many coincidences. what i'm here to tell you. i'm fed up.

i have had enough. my good friend jim jordan is fed up. we are going to demandwers and we are gng to demand action. judge jeanine: tod is saturday, by next friday if you don't get what you want? >> we'll actually go to those areas that we have within our purview under the constitution to compel them to actually produce the documents. judge jeanine: if they don't, how do you get rid of rosenstein? >> the first area is contempt of congress. judge jeanine: eric holder was held in contempt of congress and nothing happened. >> one of the things we have in our tool box is impeachment. judge jeanine: i like that. did you hear that? impeachment. congressman mark meadows, thank you. the outrageous comments of the week with david bossie. next sara carter is here to talk

sarahthat.air sarah, i know you spent some time on the border. the ag sector is drawing americans over and americans need drugs so they are bringing them over. >> this a supply and demand for narcotics and of course there is cheap agriculture. but the bored has been a problem for decades it's not you just a problem for people crossing the border. it's a national security issue it's been extremely dangerous. there is not enough border patrol agents. their hands were tied behind their backs the last 8 years. i would see troves of people coming into this country. from china, pakistan, from

india, from somalia. how do we -- how do we stop snils what do we need? >> we need an overall policy that not only targets employers, if you are going to hire illegals, you should be penalized. we need a border wall. >> the number of people coming across the bored has steadily declined overt last 10 years. judge jeanine: except for last month. >> it's still a problem by the has gone the better. if you look at the numbers, it's both. but it still needs to be addressed. i think we need more border security, something like a wall, technology surveillance and more border patrol. but what the president did this week are stop gap measures to mask the problem. the national guard are fighters find fight battles. not go and patrol the border.

judge jeanine: why not use them? >> it's been done before. president bush used the national guard. obama used the national guard, he had 1,300 on the bored at one point in time. judge jeanine: all presidents have used national guards. portland * is doing it because of the ridiculous omnibus bill that won't awhrow him to use any money to build the wall. >> there is a failure of leadership when president trump can't get his border security package through congress with a republican controlled house and senate. there was a compromise that he put forward that he could have pushed through if he maintained support for that compromise and got congress members on his side. something for daca, and then he pulled it back.

something for daca and something on border security. >> jeanine has a point here. the president realizes base has been advised by both our intelligence agencies, the dea, law enforcement, how dangerous the bored is and how dangerous the situation this central america and mexico. judge jeanine: but he's saying the president isn't doing the right thing. >> the president needs to do something. he needs to make this a very poignant moment where he says i'm going to put the national guard out there. judge jeanine: you are blaming the president because congress wouldn't give him what he wanted? >> no, because the president wasn't creative and effective enough to push through a compromise. he pulled that back. he didn't support it. base wanted to have $26 billion for border security. i don't know if that's the right

number or not. but congress did not support that number. so he should have backed off that number and reached a compromise, less money. daca, some wall, some security. that's how you deal with it. you don't send the national guard whose job it is to protect america and fight wars down to the border. judge jeanine: i have news for you, david, it is a war. >> it's not a war. this is not a war. judge jeanine: a thousand people die a week from drugs and the drugs are coming over the southern border. >> the amount of drugs and narcotics and other contraband coming into the united states -- judge jeanine: he's blaming the president. what we are trying to figure out, did obama do anything to improve the situation or did he make it worse? >> obama also failed to push

through an immigration package. at the beginning of obama's presidency he had a democratic controlled congress. you can criticize him for not being able to work with members of his party to push through something. but republicans did not support any package at all on immigration. obama also had to use the national guard. judge jeanine: there was a gang of 8. >> the republicans in congress blocked that gang of 8. >> they could not find a resolution to the border. so the most of important thing for president trump to do right now is find a resolution to that border. these drug cartels. what is the resolution. there is going to have to be a resolution to this. judge jeanine: what is the resolution. >> more border security officials, people trained in their jobs to protect the border. judge jeanine: he's sending the

national guard. >> we have to use the money efficiently to build a wall that works also technology and surveillance. >> they won't let him use the money for the wall. judge jeanine: it's in the bill, he can't use any of the money for the wall. >> because he didn't reach a compromise on daca. judge jeanine: he had twice as many dreamers as obama did. >> he didn't get republicans or democrats on the left or right to support him. because he changes his policy on immigration he week. next week it will be something completely different. >> i think there will be something coming out of this. i think he's doing the right thing by checkmating everyone, putting the national guard on the border, and he has time to

judge jeanine: my next guest has a long career and a half ghaight political world and has some interesting advice for president trump regarding bob mueller's investigation. dick morris joins me now. you can read this columns at dickmorris.com. i read your op-ed where you talk about the president -- the fact you don't think the president should meet with mueller. but before we get into that. cnn is putting out that donald trump has gunt unis steps of preparing for a possible interview. but they don't back it up. there is no source saying they are going to do it. what do you know, and what should the president do? >> well, sitting down with mueller is a three-hour game of

gotcha against a professional at that game. mueller's effort will not be to find the truth or learn trump's side the story. it will be to catch him in saying something that might not be completely true that trump may not even realize isn't true. you know how trump embellishes and talks on and he's hoping to trap him. the investigation has run out of gas. he hasn't found any evidence of collusion, and now he's hoping to morph it into an investigation of obstruction of justice and hope to use a comment trump may use in an interview. trump is insane to go into an interview with mueller. judge jeanine: mueller should be investigating a crime. and we all know collusion with russia is not a crime. without there being a specific crime other than now the word is

obstruction of justice. whether to assess whether there should be any charge on obstruction of justice. mueller would have to rely on his pal jim comey and his credible. and must find it bu mueller is pals with jim coy. >> there is nothing more training russ than a prosecutor in search of a crime to prosecute. with these laws relating to making it illegal to lie to the fbi and the literal strict interpretation what one would say makes that a complete setup for trump. what i think he should do, if he feels he has to testify before mueller insist it be with written questions and written answers. then his lawyers can vet it. there is no way it can be interpreted as a lie. there is no way mueller can argue it's got to be verbal or in person. he's talking about the president

of the united states. it may not have three hours when he's doing nothing to sit with mueller and chew the fat. i think if trump insists on putting it in writing he'll come out of this process alive and the mueller investigation falls apart. judge jeanine: when you were with the clintons, were you there as he was preparing to testify during his investigation in the monica lewinsky case? >> i was there but i wasn't there. i was always in touch with him. but i think that he well understood the importance of avoiding a direct encounter with stashr. when he final -- with starr and when he finally did it was because of the semen stains on the dress.
