3:17 am
prize. explain why. >> i do, pete. i think actually it's a slum dunk to be honest with you. think about it like this for a second. we gave, you know, president obama the nobel prize for essentially doing nothing, for being president obama and not being george w. bush. if that's the case, you have to give the nobel prize to donald trump. considering the fact how far we've the come with the north korea crisis. go back to january when we wer talking about, you know, a bloody nose option with north korea. we were actually staring down the precipice of a nuclear war. millions of people would have died if that happened. considering how far we've come and we're on the brink of something historicall his histo. >> critics should say what if it all falls apart, what if it goes sideways, what if the nuclear ambitions ramp up, what if? >> we're still in a good position. the president's maximum pressure campaign is the old cold war play book of containment.

3:46 am
case and a lot of these people never show up to their cases. what they would do in the past is they would catch the father and the father would be returned. they caught on to that. what happens now is the nom shows up one day with the child, gets released, we never find them. the next day the father crosses with his child and we never find them either. they've learned to game the system and that is one of the big issues. >> so you're saying the message is going out to meez migrants, bring a kid, you'll get in and not get prosecuted? >> that's what they've been doing in the past, that they've continued to do. obviously we've heard that there are attorneys that are gone to mexico and spoken to the people in the caravan. they've explained to them, told them what to do, what thot t no. president trump said it best. we've got to fix the corrupt laws. he's doing a fantastic job bringing it to light, explaining what needs to be done but there are people in the middle that need to figure it out. we've been hearing about this
3:47 am
caravan for quite some time. we knew they were coming. >> that's right. >> so we shouldn't be surprised that they're gaming the catch and release system. people talk about what works and what doesn't. what has been done or could still be done in the immediate term to change their incentive and to change the system so they don't game it? >> the reality is, i mean, they're coming through mexico. mexico has allowed them to come through their country knowing that their entire intentions are to come illegally into the united states to game the system. i think mexico needs to take some of the responsibility too. the way i see it, mexico and their government has been aiding and abetting these individuals to enter our country. >> so mexico gave them a asylumn mexico. these folks are seeking asylum, they have a country to have asylum if they want to. they want to come to the u.s. what-mile-per-hour can the border sprole or i.c.e. do at
3:48 am
the moment? >> they're choosing to come get asylum in the united states. but in the meantime they've received asylum in mexico. shouldn't mexico be able to take them in. and if we apprehend them, shouldn't we be able to send them back to mexico? shouldn't somebody else take responsibility if they've allowed them through their country but instead we're having to take them in, having to go through the asylum cases. it takes forever to get to a judge and in the end we don't know where these people are going to end up. and we don't know their intentions flp's really nintent. there's no way to see their true criminal record in their country of origin. >> we don't know what we're getting. >> they're going to apparently caravan to a specific spot on the border this afternoon. we'll find out what happens. and we wish for the best for the border patrol for a safe

menus. and dr. gottlieb feels it's a way to fight the obesity epidemic and a new way to have a new business model where you get thehealthy choices rather than choices that are bad for you. let's take a look. >> to have information on menu labels the average consumer will reduce their caloric intake every day by having better information. if you believe the data which shows that people become obese by eating 64-calories a day, you can reduce this by making information available, you're a long way towards achieving the target of reducing caloric intake enough. >> you believe it will be lead to pro-business? >> restaurants are going to reformulate their foods to make them more held healthy. some consumers are going to opt
