we will talk to the people who came to plead their case in washington. we with them while they were here. that airs tomorrow. good night from washington. sean hannity live -- >> sean: what about the pomposity and group think and where did that go? >> tucker: we're against it. >> sean: i can't remember them all. you should test me in the morning. great show. welcome to "hannity." we have more news than we can fit in one hour but we will try. hard. another historic, huge, massive accomplishment, another key promise kept for president trump. the u.s. officially opened an embassy in jerusalem. not surprisingly hamas is responding to the bold move with the terrorism, violence and protests. in other words, a typical monday for hamas. also tonight, major breakthroughs in president trump's plan to denuclearize the entire korean pennsylvania. the administration is now outlining a plan to disarm the north korean dictator. this comes as kim jong un is
6:01 pm
making yet another major concession. is now inviting the western media to watch the destruction of his nuclear test site. we will tell you the details. a stunning report from "the hill's" john solomon. you won't believe this story on a new conflict of interest for the special counsel, robert mueller. guess what? it involves a russian billionaire who is now part of the russia investigation. plus, even more evidence that the special counsel robert mueller's legislation is literally imploding before our eyes. major new developments tonight about the f.b.i. potentially planning a mole inside the trump campaign. i told you this is a busy news night. you can't make this stuff up. this falls in line with everything else we have been exposing on the program. it's part of a pattern we will analyze. tonight, the house intelligence committee chairman devin nunes and trey gowdy saying the d.o.j. is trying to discredit their investigation with anonymous sources and leaking.
6:02 pm
sit tight, breaking up, we have a lot to cover in tonight's breaking news opening monologue. the president continued to pile up one massive win after another. ahead, of course, of the all-important midterm elections in 2018 this year. trump now has undeniable, amazing record of promises kept and accomplishments. by the way, every republican can now run on the things that he has done and this can no longer be ignored. today in israel, the president kept a major campaign promise. ivanka trump, jared kushner, steven mnuchin, other top administration officials unveiled the new embassy in israel's true capital. it's called jerusalem. the president emphasizes the significance of this historic moment in a video message to the audience. take a look. >> president trump: today, jerusalem is the seat of israel's government. it is the home of the israeli legislature and the supreme court and israel's prime
6:03 pm
minister and president. israel is a sovereign nation with the right like every other sovereign nation to determine its own capital. yet for many years we failed to acknowledge the obvious. the plain reality that israel's capital is jerusalem. on december 6, 2017, at my direction, the united states finally and officially recognized jerusalem as the true capital of israel. today we follow through on this recognition and open our embassy in the historic and the sacred land of jerusalem. we are all opening it many, many years ahead of schedule. >> sean: the israeli prime minister a man who i said for many years with incredible moral clarity, benjamin netanyahu, he also attended the monumental event. and president trump, he talked about him keeping his word and his promises. take a look. >> last december, president trump became the first world leader to recognize jerusalem as our capital.
6:04 pm
today, the united states of america is opening the embassy right here in jerusalem. thank you. thank you, president trump, for having the courage to keep your promises. [applause] thank you, president trump, and thank you all for making the alliance between america and israel stronger than ever. >> sean: there is a reason they are so thankful for president trump's bold actions. for decades we have had one u.s. president after another promising over and over and over and over again that they were going to open an embassy in jerusalem. but they never delivered. they broke promises. we see what the president will do, he does. it's good politics, too. keep your word. this is history in the making. even senator chucky schumer couldn't help but praise president trump and said the
6:05 pm
move is long overdue and it was. not one democrat attended the event. god forbid they support the president even a little bit. remember joe manchin tried to stand for a second. while israel is celebrating the historic development, and hamas predictably carrying out bloody protests that lead to the death of over 50 palestinians and 1,000 injured. the hamas-inspired protesters have been setting things on fire, throwing fire bombs and stones at israeli soldiers. three palestinians were killed after trying to plant a bomb. it's evil in our time and nobody wants to see it but it's all too predictable. the media rarely reminds you that the charter calls for the destruction of the state of israel. hamas pays the family of terrorists that get killed trying to inflict pain and suffering on israel.
6:06 pm
americans, too. they have the right to defend itself just like israel has the right for jerusalem to be the capital. israel is not the only place that the trump administration is making serious progress. more developments relating to north korea and kim jong un and what is now the making yet of another concession ahead of his meeting and his summit with president trump next month in singapore. little rocket man is now inviting journalists from all over the world to watch destruction of the test site. even more evidence that trump's peace through strength policy is more than working. we have gone from north korea firing missiles over japan, threatening guam, threatening the continental u.s., hawaii and the rest of the world. now we've got little rocket man walking across the d.m.z., meeting meeting with south korea's president r leasing three american hostages last week and it didn't involve any cash
6:07 pm
or cargo planes full of cash. there is one key factor in this. that is the president. president trump. he forced north korea hand and the policy continues to work. we are learning the new detailed about the issues that will come up at the june meeting. national security adviser john bolton is saying many issues are on the table. let's take a look. >> on the denuclearization side itself, that means all aspects of the nuclear program. clearly the ballistic missile program as with iran, with the intention of a delivery system for the nuclear weapons. that has to go. we need to look at the chemical and the biological programs as well. the president will raise other issue. south korean citizens
6:08 pm
kidnapped. >> sean: trust but verify. secretary of state mike pompeo who has been meeting with kim jong un. he met him twice is also laying out some of the details about a possible plan for the north koreans and the korean peninsula to denuclearize the whole area. it would be amazing if it happened. watch this. >> this is private sector americans coming in. not the u.s. taxpayer. the private americans to build up the energy grid. to work and develop the infrastructure. all the things they need. to eat meat and have healthy lives. those are the things if we get the complete, verifiable, denuclearization of north korea the american people will offer in spades. the eyes are wide open with respect to risks but it's our
6:09 pm
hope chairman kim wants to make a strategic change. if he is prepared to do this, president trump is prepared to assure it's successful transition. >> sean: keywords of secretary of state pompeo are "complete, verifiable, irreversible denuclearization." president trump isn't just going to take him at his word like bill clinton did with his father. if kim jong un wantes the crushing sanctions to be lift and the military off his coast again, if he doesn't want that, he will have to prove he is completely destroyed the nuclear capability. this is ronald reagan's policy of trust but verify means in action. we are following another story from "the hill's" john salmon salmon -- john solomon who is going to join us. the headline is mueller may have a conflict and it leads directly to a russian oligarch. you can't make it up.
6:10 pm
according to solomon in 2009, mueller was involved with a plan in a russian billionaire. by the way, i don't oppose this. i'll be clear and esplain later to literally rescue an f.b.i. agent. robert levinson. he has been missing for 11 years. in exchange for this, the billionaire was willing to spend $20 million of his own money as part of the operation and he was given a special visa. the difficult part is the hypocrisy because this is the same russian billionaire that the special counsel is investigating in the russian probe but they kept his name out of the indictment of paul manafort. they are telling john solomon that the previous relationship with mueller is a massive conflict of interest as it relates to the mueller probe. we did reach out to the special counsel for a statement but they don't like me over there. they didn't comment. japan solomon will -- john
6:11 pm
solomon will join us with the details. yet another setback for mueller. two fridays ago, judge t.v. ellis iii called this investigation out as a witch hunt to get to charges against the president. another judge picking apart the indictment of the russian nationals. tonight we have more incredible investigation that mueller's investigation is imploding. a russian company indicted by the special counsel, remember, mueller didn't think anyone was going to respond to this is calling the charges baseless and in court saying mueller and his hacks haven't even shown that the company intentionally broke the law. and a website tonight is reporting that the attorney for the russian company wants to see mueller's secret grand jury instructions which he would have a right to see. the daily wire is out with a report saying that the court transcripts, guess this, shows that mueller indicted a
6:12 pm
russian company that did not exist at the time. a lawyer for the company said your honor, we are dealing with a situation of the government indicting the proverbial ham sandwich. it didn't exist as a legal entity at the time in the government. at a later time if they could show it did exist we'd probably represent them but for purposes today, we don't represent them. wow! andy mccarthy quoted to say from national review online one thing you never want to do is indict in a case you are not prepared to try. clearly mueller's team was not prepared. they were caught flat footed and the investigation is falling apart in a spectacular fashion and the mainstream media is not telling you any of this. the rest of the deep state is put on notice as they continue to be exposed. you saw the "wall street journal." i was off friday.
6:13 pm
kim strassel is raising concerns about the possibility that the f.b.i. is planting a mole inside the trump campaign. okay. what if it was hillary? it's a stunning new development, especially in light of the f.b.i. then later helping hillary when we know that it is incontrovertible, the evidence is overwhelming she committed felonies and crimes and obstructed justice. this is something that needs to be fully investigated. that means the department of justice needs to get up and send over the subpoena documents. this is a pattern playing out. we have seen severe fisa abuses. the f.b.i. lying to multiple judges about the clinton bought and paid for dossier with russian sources paid for by and worked on by a foreign national. they got warrants to spy on a member of the trump campaign. the rampant, ridiculous 350% up-tick by the obama administration and unmasking
6:14 pm
in the 2016 election year. then the criminal leaking that took place. michaelflip -- michael flynn is only one example. his name was leaked to the news media. it's beyond disturbing and why the deep state if we care about the rule of law, the equal application of the law and the constitution, the people should be held accountable. some members of congress are trying to do that. senator chuck grassley is demanding answers about comey's conflicting testimony over michael flynn's interview over the f.b.i. agents. he told congress he didn't think that michael flynn lied but that is what mueller charged flynn with. then remember, this information, that was something that rod rosenstein and others at the d.o.j., they fought to keep redacted in the name of national security when clearly it had nothing to do with national security. like they have been slowwalking, they are
6:15 pm
stonewalling and the d.o.j. is deploying one tactic after another to prevent congress finding out the truth about how corrupt the russia investigation has been from day one. and the abuse of the fisa laws have been and putting the fix in for hillary clinton. the house intel committee chairman devin nunes, then trey gowdy now say the d.o.j. is trying to discredit the investigation by using anonymous sources to attack a g.o.p. staffer who helped expose surveillance abuses. this is pathetic. if the government uses the power tools of intelligence and turns them on us, we don't have a country anymore. it proves that the d.o.j. is clearly hiding something. rod rosenstein begged paul ryan not to turn over information about fisa abuses. instead of turning over the documents, congress has a constitutional role of oversight. they are just attacking the congressman. finally tonight, revealing report from the washington compost. trump successes are so
6:16 pm
undeniable at this point even the liberal mainstream media is struggling to deny and spin them. now democrats are really scared because the 17-point generic mid-term congressional ballot lead has disappeared. even fake news cnn has a poll within the margin of error. and is one point of the reuter's poll. we secured the release of three american hostages, we didn't pay for it. we captured the top five most wanted isis leaders. we ended the horrific uranium nuclear deal. set a date for a summit with little rocket man in north korea. the african-american unemployment rate is at an all-time low in this country. 14 states have all-time low. hispanic unemployment at all-time low. women in the workplace at all-time low and overall unemployment is at an all-time low since 2000. the cnn poll shows we have
6:17 pm
optimism at this country at an 11-year high. the atlanta federal reserve forecasting the second quarter economic growth at whopping 4.1%. the mid-terms are going to be president trump accomplishments, not this false, all this noise, all this narrative that the democrats and the corrupt media have been pushing. with reaction to all the news tonight, sara carter, investigative reporter, n.r.a. tv contributor, dan bongino, and david schoen. you have done phenol that work -- phenomenal work. sara, you mentioned on the program last thursday. really? we had a spy from the f.b.i. within the trump campaign separate and apart from march 7, 2017 on this program. you and john solomon breaking the story about fisa abuse. >> it appears that there was an intelligence source. somebody connected to the trump campaign that had worked with the c.i.a. and the f.b.i.
6:18 pm
it appears that the f.b.i. approached the source connected to the trump campaign and ask for information on trump campaign. i think this is really important. because one of the things that was brought up today, just recently was the fact that paul ryan and others have been screaming mad about the fact they kept this from congress. they kept this information from oversight. this is the reason why chairman nunes was so adamant on retrieving the information on this intelligence source. but one of the things, sean, this source is considered highly classified. so if this person was offering information to the f.b.i. on previous cases, had worked with the f.b.i. closely, it would be very dangerous to release that name without the authority of the national security apparatus. >> sean: look at the efforts, david, let's talk about that story from the legal point of view, which is your area of expertise. i guess more importantly, awful of the legal issues that i'm raising. fisa abuse, unmasking,
6:19 pm
surveillance and covering up to rig an investigation into hillary. it should seem a lot of people in america should be afraid tonight in terms of legal jeopardy. >> absolutely. and having no confidence in the special counsel investigation. sara carter is on top of the story. if it turns out there was an controversial source in an electro-campaign in the course of the election, it will be bigger than watergate. but you are right. these are all tied together. >> sean: fisa abuse is already bigger than watergate. they lied not to one fisa judges, four to get a judge. rod rosenstein signed off on one of those subsequent renewal applications. they never verified or cob rated it. not only the law. it's the f.b.i. protocol. they never told the judges where the information came from. hillary clinton, phony russian sources. by a foreign agent. sorry, i'm mad.
6:20 pm
>> the common link you tied together is a matter of omission. they have not been straight with the fisa court. they have it not been straight clearly in thehanman -- in the manafort case. this has to come out. there is no reason any longer if you want to go the trial with manafort you are not permitted to keep it confidential any longer. >> sean: the russian bot case is dead. they are not going to give -- they never thought these people will ever respond. mueller will have to drop it in my opinion. david, do you agree with that? >> they exercised speedy trial right so it's put up or shut up at this point. we are hearing remarkable things that the wrong company was indicted. that is the way -- >> sean: you can't make it up. go to dan on the political side. i just talked about the president's accomplishments, israel, north korea, iran. it's having the democrats -- this is a bad position for democrats to be in. that for them to get their little power back, that they crave so desperately to
6:21 pm
impeach the president, that means the economy has to fail, but the economy is thriving. that means foreign policy would have to fail. what a horrible position to be for them. >> yeah, well, sean the democrats never had an agenda to run on. what is your agenda in give us your money, give us your healthcare and give us your kids and broken public schools? all they have is the mueller case right now. the mueller case is collapsing. the case has been deeply conflicted from the start. two of the prosecutors represented people in the clinton orbit. one of them was involved in the e-mail scandal. and also, sean, one of the lawyers representing a source for mueller, you are never going to believe this. in the case, one of the lawyers representing a mueller source was obama's white house counsel. >> sean: you can't make it up. last word, sara. we have to break. >> i agree. right now grassley with the senate judiciary committee is requesting all the
6:22 pm
documentation on flynn. there will be a lot of developments in that and they are asking for actual tech cut record of the information between flynn and russian ambassador. >> sean: you are amazing. the breaking news and the robert is explosive and up next. allergies with sinus congestion and pressure? you won't find relief here. go to the pharmacy counter for powerful claritin-d. while the leading allergy spray relieves 6 symptoms... claritin-d relieves 8, including sinus congestion and pressure. claritin-d relieves more. i'm a fighter. always have been. when i found out i had age-related macular degeneration,

6:27 pm
concerned about that one bit. i don't care. i think any effort to save an american and robert mueller and the f.b.i., i'm all for it. i want to be clear. the issue becomes the hypocrisy of this. this is the same russian oligarch that they are using in the manafort case. and they never pointed it out. that is problem for me. not the little laws that were cited -- there might be a violation of law but i'm glad they tried hard to say this guy. that is my natural gut. >> yeah, sure, the real question is the russian collusion case. did someone ask a favor of russia? did trump collude and try to get a favor? six or seven before collision was a twinkle in the public imagination, the f.b.i. asked a favor of same oligarch who is now a client and witness against paul manafort and there is no disclosure. we don't know it, the court doesn't know it -- >> sean: did the f.b.i. tell
6:28 pm
congress they asked the oligarch -- >> a great question. >> sean: to fund this, by the way? >> yeah. >> sean: they got the russian oligarch to pay $25 million. actually part of me thinks it's genius. but then they use the same guy against manafort and don't mention you know the guy. >> that is right. i talk to the senate intelligence, house intelligence committee chairman from that time. bill nelson and mike rogers who said they were never briefed and they were surprised to learn the operation occurred without congress being informed. >> sean: people are talking about the legality of this. there is a law, the anti-deficiency act to prohibit the government accepting voluntary services. you know what? that is total b.s. this is like the superfluous idiotic bureaucracy. i want the american saved. i'm not faulting mueller for that. i'm applauding him. which surprises some people. but it's the hypocrisy. they didn't mention this is the same oligarch in the manafort case. they kept his name out.
6:29 pm
>> your show and the great reporting that john has done demonstrated that this is but one conflict of interest. the mueller probe is an orgy of conflict of interest. any one of them independently could be brushed aside but viewed in the totality it shows how corrupt and biased this investigation is. also an important point on this oligarch deraspoka. senator cotton asked a question in february if the oligarch was involved in the drafting of the dosier with christopher steele. and christopher wray would not answer that question. it's very important that the very oligarch could have had a role in telling lies about donald trump and we still don't know that. >> sean: you point out hypocrisy and the double standard and that seems to be something they are trying to hide in this case. what other issues surround this that you discover? you cite dozens of people here. or a dozen to 14 people in the article as sources and we have
6:30 pm
never known it before. >> the people that first approached me were robert mueller's old comrades at the f.b.i. that thought it was odd they asked the favor of the oligarch and he was left out. even though there is evidence connected to him. i think if you wake up tomorrow you will know what he did with relationship to the dossier. stay tuned tomorrow morning. you will something important about the oligarch. >> did he have something to do with the dossier? >> we didn't get any answers to the questions. >> sean: people have asked where you have been. you weren't feeling well and we're glad you are back. >> we are claiming for speedy recovery of the fantastic first lady as well. >> sean: amen. absolutely.
6:31 pm
she has been amazing. the media has been vicious to her. i'm sick of it. good to see you in studio. when we come back, the secretary of state. amazing interview that mike pompeo gives us a glimpse in what it is like to meet little rocket man, kim jong un. we will check in with sebastian gorka and geraldo rivera. stay with us. as a control enthusiast,
6:35 pm
so i go national, where i can choose any available upgrade in the aisle - without starting any conversations- -or paying any upcharges. what can i say? control suits me. go national. go like a pro. >> sean: all right. we were just discussing first lady melania trump undergoing a procedure at walter reed hospital today to treat a kidney condition. joining us live from walter reed is fox news correspondent kristen fisher. what is the latest on the first lady? >> the white house says that everything went well. she is recovering and in good spirits. but keep in mind she is expected to stay at the hospital at walter reed for the rest of the week. so, anytime you are in the hospital for a week, that a pretty serious thing. the vice president says this is a procedure that was planned a long time ago.
6:36 pm
but the public and the press only found out about it after it was over. they found out about it through a statement that the white house put out that reads in part, "this morning first lady melania trump underwent an embolisation procedure to treat benign kidney condition. and it was successful." we don't know what the condition is but it is typically used to treat tumor. in this case, benign tumor. they inject the particles in the blood vessel to cut off the blood supply to kill the tumor. that is what happened here. by all accounts it was a success. for the president, sean, he came and visited his wife a few hours ago at walter reed. the reason he didn't come here in the morning when the procedure was happening is because he didn't want to tip off the press. anywhere the president goes, the press will follow. so clearly the white house
6:37 pm
wanted to keep it a secret. the first lady, of course, is a very private person. it's remarkable on a day when president trump is tweeting about leaks this is one thing that did not get out before it was supposed to. of course, everyone here is wishing the first lady a speedy and full recovery tonight. sean? >> sean: thank you. i would argue it's none of their business ahead of time. our thoughts and prayers with the first lady. last year president trump took heat from the left wing mainstream destroyed trump media referring to the north korean dictator kim jong un as little rocket man. remember this? >> president trump: by the way, rocket man should have been handled a long timing a. a. -- a long time ago. he should have been handled a long time ago by clinton. i won't mention the republicans, right? by obama.
6:38 pm
why did this, you know, this is a different, this is a different time. this should have been handled eight years ago, four years ago. honestly, 15 years ago. and 20 years ago. and 25 years ago. this shouldn't be handled now. but i'm going to handle it because we have to handle it. >> sean: remember at the time people in the media criticizedded the president's tough rhetoric but it has clearly worked now the summit is set for next month. in an interview on "face the nation" the new secretary of state mike pompeo was asked to describe what truck him about the north korean dictator -- struck him about the north korean dictator. >> he is very knowledgeable in the sense he knows the files. he is very capable of engaging in complex set of discussions. when i ask him a question about something that is a little off, he answers it. there are no cards. it's chairman kim in this case interacting with me directly. having a robust discussion about what the outlines of a

gaming by the bullying, by the threats. no, mr. trump. america is losing. and if america triggers the third world war that the bible calls "armageddon," the america we know, we shall never, ever know it again. we really need to stop and check, man. you are getting the country into deep trouble. >> sean: called peace and prosperity. deep trouble. farrakhan remarks join a long list of the absurd comments he has made. go down memory lane. >> here the jews don't like farrakhan, so they call me hitler. well, that is a good name. hitler was a very great man. >> there were many israelis

and zionist jews in key roles in the 9/11 attacks. >> because you see white people deserve to die. and they know, so they think it's us coming to do it. >> white folks are going down. and satan is going down. and farrakhan, by god's grace, has pulled the cover off of that satanic. >> sean: some democrats are connected to farrakhan over the years but want to keep it a secret. who could forget this? recently leased, the picture of barack obama with farrakhan. this was in 2005. prior to him becoming president. according to the man that took the picture, congressional black caucus made sure it never saw the light of day in

the 2008 election. now nationally syndicated radio talk show host, larry elder with us. and deneen borelli is with us. he was frank marshall davis, reverend wright, i asked that question a lot in 2007 and 2008. i suspected if he hung out with the other radicals in chicago that there probably was some connection. amazing how they hid it. >> it is amazing. and it took effort to do so. and it worked. but i got to tell you, sean, his comments and what we are hearing from the other politicians, the black liberal establishment. the media outlets, the politicians, pastors and the community activists. they are so desperate right now because they are afraid black americans are going to connect the dots to the failed liberal policies. you have maxine waters kelling

kanye west that supports freedom of speech and independent thought that he needs to tone it down and stay in his place and shut up. they are clearly desperate. i got to tell you, black men, 22% are now supporting president trump. his numbers are going up among blacks. >> sean: kanye west met with candace owen and i quoted your book to her. here you are, a black conservative, this happens so many people, every vicious, vile, hateful thing said about you over the years. we have been friends a long time. >> yeah. >> sean: it's so outrageous to me. and i hope candace can learn because sadly she is going to be attacked. what do you tell somebody that is young, conservative, outspoken? >> that is what the left wants to do. they want to intimidate you. my message to all americans of independent thought but especially black conservatives

because we need that support to know that people are there to support us, to not give up, to hold the line and not be afraid to get that criticism because the left has all the bases covered. if you are white, you are racist. if you are black, you are a sellout. so matter what, they want you to lose. >> sean: larry, i have known you for all these years. you have taken so much heat also. it seems to be one area where there is free rein and no consequences to attack. we see it happening again. >> we do. but getting back to farrakhan, sean. what is striking about him, during the campaign he actually said positive things about trump. he said give him a chance. he criticized obama's performance in chicago. this is a guy who has done a 180 on the attitude toward trump. the other thing that blows my mind, sean, is jews have been so supportive of blacks over the every years. jews -- overthe years. jews helped build naacp and

build schools with booker t. washington. israel airlifted thousands of ethiopian jews in the 1990s. >> sean: you are telling me stuff i don't know. that is why i love to you on the show. i didn't know a it lot of that. >> of the nonwhites went to register blacks to vote in the '60s, 75% of them were jews. jews help to work closely with martin luther king. and when you look at polls about negative attitude toward blacks -- >> sean: why the hatred? why the anti-semitism then? >> jews are the least likely to have negative views toward blacks. beats the hell out of me. i have no idea. given how charismatic farrakhan is and how per situation i -- how persuasive he is and he get blacks out of prison, use that skill to motivate people. stop peddling this nonsense, mr. farrakhan. >> sean: i got to thank you, both. >> i know you are watching the show. grow up. grow up!
