6:00 pm
single school. so it turns out that principle is making a lot of money for a small group of people. that's it for us tonight. tune in every night at eight to the show that's the sworn enemy of lying, smugness and groupthink. that's it for us from washingto washington. jeanine pirro, the great judge, sitting in for the sean hannity from new york. >> i like how you name to the enemies of sworn pomposity. have you ever named anyone named cassidy? >> sean: no. >> welcome to the special edition of hannity. president trump pulling the plug for now on a potential nuclear summit with north korean dictator kim jong un. and tonight, north korea is responding by saying, it still willing to sit down with the u.s. at any time. in a statement earlier today,
6:01 pm
president trump announced that he is shoving shutting down tht because of quote tremendous anger and open hostility coming from the north koreans." the commander in chief didn't mince words earlier today. take a look. >> president trump: many things can happen, and a great opportunity lies ahead potentially. i believe that this is a tremendous setback for north korea, and indeed, a setback for the world. i have spoken to general mattis, and the joint chiefs of staff, and our military, which is by far the most powerful anywhere in the world, and has been greatly enhanced recently, as you well know. it is ready if necessary. likewise, i have spoken to south korea, and japan, and they are not only ready should foolish or reckless acts be taken by north korea, but they
6:02 pm
are willing to shoulder much of the cost of any financial burden, any of the costs associated by the united states and operations, if such an unfortunate situation is forced upon us. if and when kim jong un engages in constructive dialogue and actions, i am waiting. in the meantime, our very strong sanctions, by far, the strongest sanctions ever imposed, and maximum pressure campaign will continue. lots of things can happen, including the fact that perhaps, and we would wait. it's possible that the existing summit could take place or at least on it at some later date.
6:03 pm
nobody should be anxious, we have to get it right. >> janet: secretary of state mike pompeo is reiterating the president's peace through strength approach to this new development in the nuclear showdown with kim jong un. take a look. >> we always knew, too, that there could be a son at the didn't work for was ultimately unsuccessful. so it's a great deal of work to think about what happens when you are at a moment when you don't have the opportunity right in front of us. >> can you share with us any insight as to what the administration is looking at next? >> in some ways, it situation normal, the pressure campaign continues. >> janet: the pentagon says it's ready to counter any north korean aggression. take a look. >> if the secretary spoke to the president today, and we are still continuing the maximum pressure campaign. that hasn't changed for us. so in terms of, we are ready to
6:04 pm
fight tonight, that has always been the case. >> we are at a level of good readiness, we are in a boxer stance. we are ready to respond. if any provocative actions occur from dprk we will partner with our allies in the region and be ready. >> janet: at the white house tonight's fox news chief national correspondent ed henry. >> reporter: earlier today president trump's critics were having a field day suggested maybe celebrated a possible summit too early, but a short time ago, the president seemed to be vindicated as north korean dictator kim jong un set out some officials to basically backed down and to say, they want to revive face-to-face talks and believe they can bridge some of the tension they have with the trump administration. that's a dramatic reversal that the president gave after weeks of being gentle to the man that he once dubbed "little rocket man" went back to the tough talk saying he would not stand for
6:05 pm
the saber rattling that we have seen by north korean officials in the past days. the minister blew up over an interview with that our own martha mcallen did over vice president pence. vice president warned against libya and how things will end badly for kim if he does not make a deal. the deputy foreign minister reacted and called pencil quote a political dummy." so in a letter to kim that the president dictated himself, the commander in chief cited the recent quote anger and open hostility" for that reason of scrapping the summit. you talk about nuclear capabilities but ours are so massive and powerful that i pray to god they never have to be used. democrats like nancy pelosi reacted to the letter to kim by mocking the president's tone, which they called soft. but she may eat those words now that north korea appears to be backing down. >> i think it's a good thing for kim jong un. when he got this letter from the president saying, okay,
6:06 pm
never mind, you must be having a legal fit. in this very chummy letter, he, kim jong un, is the big winner. >> president trump: if and when kim jong un chooses to engage in constructive dialogue and actions, i am waiting. >> reporter: you see the president putting the carrot out there by saying we could potentially revive the summit either on june 12th or some later date, but the pentagon you know it at the top is keeping the stick out there saying, if kim jong un does not come to the table for peace talks, they are ready for military action. judge? >> janet: thanks, ed. also tonight, north korea is claiming to have destroyed its nuclear test site by setting off explosions in front of foreign journalists. joining us now with reaction to this is a retired cia senior intelligence officer and fox news contributor daniel hoffman. good evening daniel. >> good evening, judge. >> they say that they have blown
6:07 pm
up this nuclear site, do you think that's the case? >> we know there were observers there but also chinese seismologists assessed of the site was no longer able to be used without great risk of environmental damage in china. i would just make a comment on the previous segment, on ed henry's comments. what we have been witnessing from north korea is a bit of diplomatic brinkmanship. they've been standing in anticipation of a summit, and we saw the president respond strongly and forcefully with a reminder that our military is able and ready to strike if needed. we are working with our allies and we will continue maximum pressure. but at the same time if north korea is ready to talk, we are here to listen. >> janet: what's interesting about what happened was he almost couldn't keep up with what was going on today. in the beginning, with north korea's longtime nuclear negotiator saying, our acts are
6:08 pm
unlawful and outrageous based upon an interview that vice president pence did with mark and martha maccallum, the next thing you know, the president sent out a letter saying, we are going to pull out of this. the next thing you know you have pompeo reading trump's letter saying, i look forward -- from kim, saying i look forward to meeting with you. but the president is also staying at the same time, our nuclear capabilities are bigger than yours and i pray to god we never have to use them. now we have north korea saying, we are ready to sit down. is this negotiations, is this how they do it? or is it a poker game? >> it's a whirlwind for sure. those were just excuses for policies or tactics that north korea was going to use regardless. i think we are conducting private negotiations, and you may recall that secretary pompeo visited north korea and had very
6:09 pm
good discussions in private. we've also been having these overt negotiations, they have already begun. the problem is we have decades of failed policy, and the north koreans have this muscle memory of being used to receiving economic benefits just for showing up at the table. the president has made it clear that that is not what we are interested in doing any more. >> janet: i think there is no question that there have been three generations of north koreans that said, we have this plan where we will denuclearize and what happens is the president is in the past have been satisfied with that. my final question to you, daniel, there is a report that we had people waiting three days to establish where the meeting would actually take place, and the north koreans didn't meet with us to make those final plans. >> right, i think that falls back on their tactics. i think they are trying to determine how serious we were
6:10 pm
about the summit and what they could gain from us. if they felt like more than anything, if we could give kim jong un some international standing at no price to pay, then maybe that's what we were trying to achieve. what we instead got was a reiteration of our policy of strength and a clear, clear delineation of what would be required of north korea in order for the summit to take place. >> judge: all right, thank you, daniel. president trump's tough talk today with north korea should not come as a surprise, it's an approach that he has taken four months. remember this? >> president trump: we are settling, and we will do something now. one way or the other, we have to do something. we cannot let that situation festered, we cannot let it happen. the little rocket man, is a sick puppy. north korea is a country ruled as a cult. at the center of this military cult is a deranged belief in the
6:11 pm
leader's destiny to rule as parent protector over a conquered korean peninsula, and an enslaved korean people. this man will not get away with what he is doing, believe me. and if he utters one threat in the form of an overt threat -- which by the way, he has been uttering for years and his family has been uttering for years. or, if he does anything with respect to guam or anyplace else that is an american territory or an american ally, he will truly regret it. and he will regret it fast. >> judge: joining us now with reaction are a florida republican congressional candidate lieutenant colonel michael walt's, coauthor of the reaper, and u.s. army veteran and brett villa cove h. all right, gentlemen, i'm sure you have kept up with that as i have. it's almost like a game of chess
6:12 pm
and do something dumb like this is something that is the way negotiations have taken place in the past. general, i will talk with you first. there is some destruction of nuclear sites and they promised to destroy more. have we given up anything in exchange for that? >> we have given up nothing, we have gotten everything that we could have wanted before this summit happened. what we are seeing is, the art of the deal in action here, judge. live before our own eyes, for those who didn't read the book, they get to know watch the movi movie. president trump understands that he is in the commander in chief of the most powerful country in the world, and he mentions 700 billion twice during his press conference today. that number is the size of our defense budget.
6:13 pm
and this was strategic messaging to north korea. he understands a leverage of what he has here, and that 7 billion number in our defense budget is 25 or 30 times the size of the gross domestic product of north korea. so if you are on the north koreans died and you hear that number, that's an overwhelming figure. then, he just magically weaves together the diplomatic information, military and economic elements of national power. and really that's the maximum pressure campaign that he referenced in his speech today. >> judge: all right, brett. i will go to you. the role of china in all of this, the president seems to have indicated that after a second meeting with the president of china, that kim jong un seems to have changed his tone. he signaled that, i believe it was yesterday. >> i've been playing puppet master this whole entire time.
6:14 pm
from day one this has been just as much a negotiation with china as it is with north korea. do you think that china wants to see thousands of u.s. soldiers off of their border? they've been playing us all along and we have to be very careful what we do here. but will be have seen with all these talks is, we have been witnessing today master class in negotiation that has been playing out on the world stage. the fact of the matter is, these deals are all about leverage. we are the strongest country in the entire world. we don't need to listen to a country, or bow down to a country that has the economic gdp that is less than the size of honduras. so it's important when it comes to all these talks that trumpets careful about being too accommodating to kim jong un because it risks this recognition for him, of what he has believed it would have been all along when it comes to having this nuclear arsenal. this deal has to get done but it
6:15 pm
needs to be done right, or not at all. and in the end we are taking back control. >> judge: michael, i wanted to ask you. this morning the president pulls out of the summit. the last thing tonight is, north korea is saying, we are ready to sit down at every time. what does that mean for people in the military? that is your background, that's who you are. what's going on at the pentagon right now? >> president trump has shown strength from day one as commander-in-chief, and i think he has been absolutely right on north korea and sensei one, despite all his critics. this is not president obama who will take the offer off the table, president trump knows and has always known that diplomacy needs credible use and needs a credible threat of military force. not only do we have that but the north koreans have seen president trump train and equip
6:16 pm
and fund our military. so he has come into this with three key conditions, and that military exercise is with our military allies and japanese allies will continue. denuclearization means exactly that, that it is full verifiable denuclearization and that key here is the sanctions will continue. so what do i hope to see next from my commander in chief? another round of sanctions, the 7th fleet sitting off the coast of north korea. and for everyone calling him a warmonger, they are absolutely wrong. this president knows its credible use and that the veterans a really long. will does it actually mean peac peace? >> judge: what about general kato, there hasn't been a firing area in lungs. that's exactly right. left that was rejoicing this morning, just to digress, they
6:17 pm
defended hamas, they defended ms-13 and they have defended now kim jong un in north korea, all in the same month. that's pretty amazing if you think about it. but there has been no action from north korea militarily. and as michael just mentioned, we kept doing our military drills, we kept applying our pressure and we are tightening the screws every day. and that is the leverage that president trump has. and he has -- knows he has a and you walk away from the deal if that's what you want to. and it's very textbook what he is doing. so he knows he's got the leverage and he is executing based upon being the leader of the most powerful country in the world. as opposed to apologizing, and
6:18 pm
sending pallets of cash to get detainees back and all of that insanity. >> judge, if i could remind everyone, president reagan walked away from the summit when i tried to move the goalpost and that's exactly how president trump is acting. >> i only have about 16 seconds left. as we continue with this tariff back and forth, china is sending us a signal, also, by saying that we can manipulate kim jong un. correct? >> yes, absolutely. and i think that's the biggest problem, you are negotiating with a superpower. but the fact of the matter is, our military is ready. you hold the cards right now and we left this deal on our terms. right now we are in the best position we can be for these negotiations. in the end, this deal is meant to be for the entire world to come not just america. we can't fail at it and the president won't. >> judge: i think you do all of you.
6:19 pm
coming up on the special edition of hannity, democrats and the liberal media appeared to be rooting for north korea. we will explain and get reaction from congressman yolanda fantas fantasy, and others stay with us.
6:20 pm
6:21 pm
6:22 pm
6:23 pm
>> judge: and welcome back to the special edition of hannity, the trump agenda. president trump has proved he's willing to walk away from the table of north korea is going to play games. they are spending the latest of element to attack the president. take a look. >> there goes that nobel peace prize. >> out there you goal. >> reporter: donald trump's lack of rigor and lack of seriousness destabilizes this world in the great peril of the
6:24 pm
world. this is an unserious man with an unserious approach. >> a letter that a friend of mine sent, it sounds like a 13-year-old stream of consciousness. >> i'm going to break up with you before you break up with me, but by the way, call me. >> of the art of diplomacy is harder than the art of the deal. >> i don't think anyone should be surprised, when you run international affairs like it's a tv show, you don't. things pull apart. >> the president was at his end zone dance and we weren't even at the 50-yard line. >> last week a team in singapore stood up on a date by north korea, then ghosted by north korea, not even responding to u.s. overtures. of course today, the threat of using nuclear weapons. joining us now with reaction are
6:25 pm
jason chaffetz, and ron desantis. i will start with you congressman. are they rooting for north korea? >> it's interesting, he remember obama's hostage deal when they spent dominant consent to the taliban 54 bow bird-dog, they were saying what a great thing that was. we got hostages, and when the conditions aren't right, you have to make a decision. i think the president was right to do that, but this is not over. i think we have a better chance of success under trump that we have in any president in the last 25 years. >> judge: jason, the talk about the fact that the president isn't measured and he's going to get us into a nuclear war. isn't the reality that he is very major to come up because if you just go through the
6:26 pm
timetable today, and i did it, there were like six things that happened. at the end of the day, north korea says, we are ready to go. the president said to pray to god i don't have to blow out of the water. basically. >> democrats are in a meltdown, they don't know what to do. we look at barack obama, john kerry, hillary clinton, all of their efforts and billions of dollars, and they have nothing to show. donald trump comes in and he's very measured, very tempered, and very diplomatic in what he is doing. he is willing to walk away from the little table, because they have had far more success. >> judge: it's interesting when you listen to some of those criticisms, for saying that president trump is destabilizing the world? >> it's quite unbelievable. but here is the bottom line.
6:27 pm
geneva, brussels, the u.n., the european consensus and the international consensus. the tea and croissant crowded are very worried, judge. for the fact is we finally have a president that says, look, we could be on a path in that path and lead us to nuclear construction. well guess what, i'm not taking us down that path anymore. we are not used to having american president who simply do what is in our country's best interest. it's also not in the world's best interest to have a nuclearized iran or nuclearized korean peninsula, and i'm living in a of this. on one hand, and he sent a peaceful letter saying thank you for releasing her hostages. if you can't win for trying. >> i wish john kerry would have walked away from the table on the iran deal. they were desperate for the deal and they gave away the store to
6:28 pm
iran. and he is doing it from a position of strength. and we will see continued pressure and i venture kim jong un will eventually come back to the table. >> jason, according to nancy pelosi, if kim jong un is the winner in this love letter situation, i seem to recall that during the iran deal, the president was sending, as i remember, calling them love letters to the ayatollah that no one knew anything about. isn't it ironic that it's almost that the people in washington -- with all due respect to those sitting here, don't care about the world as much as i care about their own political party. >> nancy pelosi is downright giddy that these things may break down.
6:29 pm
but i have to tell you. this is the difference. donald trump is actually leading. he is a leader. under barack obama they were leading from behind because they just did not know how to use the might of the united states of america to put us in the waiting position. donald trump understands that. we have the strongest hand and he's willing to walk away from the table. we have had more success with donald trump than anything that they had. but it is disgusting to hear and see what the democrats are doing. they don't want us to be successful, it's really sad. >> judge: and finally, there is no peace without strength, but at the same time, these backdoor negotiations are going on and i can expect that there is some still continuing today? >> that's exactly right, judge. there is an elaborate array of negotiations going on with all the major hot spots including north korea. there will be times when it
6:30 pm
looks like it is insight and at times where it looks like it inspired, and further away. the key is, just like the congressman said, we want a good deal. we don't want any deal. we want to feel like at the end of the process, the korean peninsula is denuclearize and i have confidence we will get there under donald trump. >> judge: all right thanks, guys. we will tell you what's coming up on the intelligence briefing at the doj. that and more as the special edition of hannity continues this is emily's third nomination and first win. um...so, just...wow! um, first of all, to my fellow nominees, it is an honor sharing the road with you. and of course, to the progressive snapshot app for giving good drivers the discounts -- no, i have to say it --
6:31 pm
for giving good drivers the discounts they deserve. safe driving!
6:32 pm
6:33 pm
6:34 pm
you won't find relief here. the dcongestion and pressure? go to the pharmacy counter for powerful claritin-d. while the leading allergy spray relieves 6 symptoms... claritin-d relieves 8, including sinus congestion and pressure. claritin-d relieves more. speak to what we are doing is cleaning everything up. it's so important, we now call it spygate. you are calling it spygate. a lot of bad things happened. i want them all to get together and to sit in a room and hopefully they can work it out among themselves.
6:35 pm
but i want is, i want total transparency. you have to have transparency. even they probably want transparency because this issue supersedes the party. it supersedes republicans and democrats. so what i want from abroad, from the fbi, from everybody, we want transparency. and you know, i think in their own way they are obstructionist, but even the democrats i really believe on this issue, it supersedes. i think they want transparency, too. >> judge: welcome back to the special edition of hannity. that was president trump yesterday talking about what he wanted out of the high-level briefings that took place today between the fbi, doj and bipartisan group of lawmakers about the russia probe and bombshell revelation that the fbi may have spied on the truck campaign. in fact with us live from the white house, what happened in these briefings.
6:36 pm
>> despite what they were sayin saying, and there was no evidence that the fbi had actually -- to support the allegations that they had placed a spy inside the trump campaign. the way they phrase that leaves the door wide open to the possibility that there was surveillance of the trump campaign, just not officially people placed inside the campaign. republicans led by that man that you see there, the house and told herman devin nunes saying tonight they can't discuss the classified info that came up in the meetings. but before the meetings i spoke to them by phone and nunez lashed out at justice department officials saying they were quote weak and pathetic for sitting on this information for so long. the president as you know for days now has been hammering james clapper and james comey, and other former intelligence and fbi officials for denying there was any surveillance. clapper charged that the
6:37 pm
president is twisting his words, and he said clapper has now admitted they are spying on the campaign, large dollars paid to the spy far beyond normal, starting to look like one of biggest political scandals in u.s. history. spygate, a terrible thing. the president trying to brand it there and some of his allies on the hill are pushing for the truth. watch. >> there are a series of questions that need to be answered, and from my standpoint, the top priority of this investigation is to reveal to the public exactly what happened so we can restore confidence in both the fbi and the department of justice. >> nothing we heard today has changed our view that there is no evidence to support any allegation that the fbi or any intelligence agency placed a spy in the trump campaign, or otherwise failed to follow appropriate procedures and protocols. >> meanwhile, two powerful house republicans stayed next month they will be bringing in three fbi officials for testimony
6:38 pm
about their handling of the hillary clinton l probe. you can see if you put that together with this long-awaited justice department inspector general report about how the fbi and justice department handled the clinton investigation, the revelations will still be coming. >> judge: thanks, eddie. joining us now with the reaction to the report, the author of the book "the russia hoax." greg, i will start with you. the statements that there are serious questions that need answers. and now, trey gowdy pushing on hearings the investigation of hillary clinton, the ig report coming out. everybody seems to be pointing to the fact that we don't yet know, but that it's not going to be good for the democrats and obama administration. >> there are multiple players in the obama administration, from the white house to the and cia directors, the list goes on and
6:39 pm
on. they were still all doing the same way, pushing a funny dossier to wiretap. now we have learned that they were eventually spying, which takes on a a myriad of different methods in which to insinuate yourself into a particular venue to entrap someone from saying something incriminating. if you are doing something without proper legal justification, it's a violation of the law called abuse of power. >> judge: if you talk about it without proper justification, you have adam schiff saying, there is no evidence of the spy in the trump campaign. it's a is capable -- capable of many interpretations. james comey tweets it as a human source, or a spy in the trump campaign. or otherwise, they failed to use
6:40 pm
protocol. in other words it so clinton-like in terms of interpretation it's disturbing. >> if an undercover informant infiltrates a campaign and insinuates himself to gather evidence secretly, that is fine. now you can call it other things as well but you have to have the proper legal justification to do it, and if i am guessing that they didn't have that. >> judge: proper legal justification and if it's a presidential campaign, the attorney general herself loretta lynch has to approve it. so either james comey went broke on this or loretta lynch approved it. but for the political aspect, what do you think the american people were thinking? how will this play out politically? >> while they hear james clapper talking about how the former director of national
6:41 pm
intelligence has an aversion to spying. judge, it's kind of like the former director of the food and drug administration saying they have an aversion to broccoli. i mean, this wording that washington likes to use makes most americans shake their head. then we find out news that you have the fbi trying to redact information that has nothing to do with national security. chuck grassley, the senator from iowa came out today saying they wanted to redact the fact that andrew mccabe who donald trump fired paid $70,000 for a conference room table that they wanted to keep congress from knowing about. now it's information like that that american saved well, wait a second. maybe we do need to get more republicans put into congress so we can get some spending cuts put under control and get congress to rein in the spending that the justice department is doing. >> judge: when you talk about
6:42 pm
the politics of it, the spin and the turnaround with the liver liberal media, not really caring that there is a spy for human source, for someone who has paid an enormous amounts of money by the fbi. we know who the person is but we are not saying who he is. it's just incongruous. >> while it wasn't just the spying, they were obtaining without a warrant using a devious device in order to obtain phone records and other documents. it just underscores that the people in the highest ranks of the government, the fbi and the doj are devoid of principle. they are unscrupulous individuals and they need a house cleaning. >> judge: i don't think there's any question he to housecleaning, and i will go back to you. first of all, james comey is fired. they really had to push him out. christopher wray didn't want to
6:43 pm
mount, baker is out, counsel for the fbi. page of the star cage lovebirds, she's out. right now, doesn't the signal to the american people that this is a cabal that is so corrupt that we have no choice but to recognize that the obama administration wasn't at -- wan administration focus on making sure that hillary clinton won? >> yes. and you have eric holder who left his job at the attorney general to go run an organization whose chief focus was to elect democrats. and that is what he is doing right now. his goal was to elect more democrats. left the obama administration to run this organization, and to that, you know how the constant drumbeat by democratic congressional candidates that it's time for impeachment. the more americans hear about
6:44 pm
that -- and that's what's happening in these primaries. they are not nominating men and women who are out talking about job creation and how to keep the economy going, and how to bring down more regulations and increase trade opportunities, no. their message is all anti-president trump, and the drumbeat for impeachment will continue, the closer and closer we get to elections as they continue to nominate more and more progressive candidates. >> judge: i have to go. quite quickly, emmett was part of that, see any problems with that? >> not really. curious i will admit but it was a step in the right direction to have that meeting today. but divulging evidence needs to be banned. >> judge: that's the goal. coming up on this special edition of hannity, president trump is firing back at fbi director james comey and
6:45 pm
his disgraced former deputy director. we have more on that next because at a dr. scholl's kiosk he got a recommendation for our custom fit orthotic to relieve his foot, knee, or lower back pain, from being on his feet. dr. scholl's. born to move.
6:46 pm
6:47 pm
6:48 pm
6:49 pm
>> what is your reaction to james comey? >> president trump: i would say how is he going to explain to his grandchildren all the lies, deceit and problems he's caused in this country? i think the things i've done for this country, the firing of james comey is going to go down as a good thing. the fbi is great, i know so many people in the fbi and it's a fantastic institution. but some of the people at the top for rotten apples, james comey was one of them. i have done great service to this country by getting rid of
6:50 pm
him and firing him. >> so you have no problem explaining this to your grandchildren? >> president trump: no. the one that was president trump talking about james comey. joining us now is sebastian gorka, dan bongino, and tammy bruce. the three of you are great guests, we love having you on. but i will start with you, because women before men, you understand that guy is. so why is it taking so long to get the information that we are trying to get? >> they are stonewalling everyone. that's why you don't hand over something when you were supposed to have morally superior framework. let's remember the president is there, it's very comfortable, it's obvious. including one of the earliest ones were he declared that his campaign was being spied on.
6:51 pm
he was mocked, ridiculed and clearly note that now that has been confirmed. so people are underestimating the president, and he said something like that, and you should believe him. and he is correct. essentially the leaking of material that he wrote down with meetings with the president, all of these things indicate a man who had problems. i would also note that joe digenova has noted that there are individuals in the fbi who want to talk about what's going on at the fbi, and they need to be subpoenaed so they have protections against the agency. and congress will pay their legal bill. this is just the beginning of whistle-blowers. >> judge: so sebastian gorka, can the president himself be classifying some of the information we are trying to get and will that short-circuit the whole thing? >> absolutely. he has classification authority, and uniquely his own adjudicating agency as well. what he needs to do is order the
6:52 pm
declassification of every document relating to the cross fire hurricane operation which is political espionage against another party's candidate. and on top of that, the most important thing that he can do right now at the stroke of a pan-company needs to pull the clearances of clapper, comey, brennan and hillary. what are these people doing making comments on national television with clearances and picking up paychecks? >> judge: if these people are not in office anymore and he still had security clearances? is that for everyone? what are these people doing with clearances? is there a requirement for a regulation? >> it's just a regulation. >> judge: so take their security clearance. >> judge, jim told me he is in a world of trouble.

he has yet to explain what i'm calling paragraph one. what do i mean by that? when i was a secret service agent i wrote a case report on a case in paragraph one set how that case started. i received a call about a stolen credit card, whatever it is. no one has given us paragraph one on why they started a intelligence investigation against trump. point number two, there are founding leaks in this case. there was a leak to "the new york times" about the existence of the case before they closed it, and a weak stomach click to "the washington post" about the investigation by mike flynn. that's why i believe they are not the classifying of a thing because they have a serious felony case against the leakers. >> i think the irony of this is they thought this russian complaint would bring down trump and what it has done is unlocked the doors to show us a level of corruption that none of us could have imagined. and again, this is the right man at the right time. if anyone has the discipline to see it through to face these
