republicans poisoned the well. the individual mandate -- how the response of that? >> democrats imposed on the american people overly expensive healthcare plans that require them to pay for things they neither went nor need. i have a friend who is a young man, unmarried, no kids paying for pediatric dental care and maternity care and hundreds of dollars for insurance premiums, this is what republicans said had to stop and democrats are upset about that but not the republicans at fault the democrats, not a single republican vote to vote in obamacare. it was all the democratic idea. >> what would you say to congress to work with the president to get something done? >> the biggest challenge the president has in terms of getting a bill through congress is 60 votes in the senate to have an effective senate majority and republicans don't have 60 votes in the senate.

they can't pass a bill that would satisfy the kind of conditions modern senate republicans and conservative senate republicans will vote for unless they break the filibuster and allow different bill to be crafted and pass with 50 republican votes and vice president -- rob: so much heat on getting obamacare from major medical organizations and you took a huge pile of money and stuck in front of all these people they will fight to keep that in their best interest. my question is there were things about obamacare that were good, when you have someone young and healthy that doesn't want to pay for it. >> it is true that all americans should have health insurance that they can't afford and it
