documents to do the constitutional oversight. why do i not changes that they want changes to protect themselves? >> the reason is simple, sean. rod rosenstein is a careerist and believes in the institution of the doj to the exclusion of fault. they are removed as much embarrassing information about the bureau as possible. unfortunately it will delay the release of the report and perhaps put it out in the singapore summit. this conduct by rosenstein and the people responsible for the delay is reprehensible. but it is of a pattern. what they want to do, they want to hurt the president. he wants to prevent truthful

information release to deny transparency to the american people and protect the career people inside of the department of justice and f.b.i. what happened in the campaign and what happened in the hillary clinton e-mail server is a national disgrace. and rosenstein should be in the forefront of releasing that information and instead he is trying to hide it. >> sean: it is not michael horowitz to decide the release date. if it is released now through next week with the historic summit taking place in singapore and kim jong-un and donald trump are they burying it in the weekend or historic summit. >> there is no question of the intent. the reason it is delayed is also to allow the leaks which you saw the partial leak of

10:18 pm
alterations? >> the f.b.i. director assigned more people to respond more quickly. >> sean: let me talk about what has come out in addition to the insubordination case. if we know the facts in this case. it is indisputable or incontrovertible. hillary violated the information and put it on a private server and lied about it. and as i said now that robert mueller wants everybody's phones and in case they use what's app or whatever. and he wants all of this information and interestingly he want its and i wonder if everybody who had phones deleting the e-mails and the app and acid wash the phone
10:19 pm
and brake it up and take the simcards out. how would that work out for all of the people robert mueller requested from. >> they would be obstructed justice. and subject to prosecution. that was not the way hillary clinton was treated because james comey conducted the immunity and with the permission of the attorney general and sally yates deputy attorney general. you have a double standard and it is visible by the way mueller is conducting the investigation. and the ultimate pressure as opposed to the ultimate no pressure in the hillary clinton investigation. >> sean: what about the larger role? we have only a sampling of strzok text messages and the hatred they have for donald trump and we broke the story
10:20 pm
that said no, this is run out of the obama white house and they want the insurance policy. he's the guy that interviewed hillary two days before they exonerated her. they did it in may and july and interviewed flynn and said he didn't lie to the f.b.i. and flew to london and involved in the investigation and robert mueller appointed this guy. when are the charges against him coming? >> i don't think there is any doubt that the inspector general's report will deal with that. it is it impossible to not to. i expect to deal with it. strzok is a serious person in all of this. he would be someone because of the knowledge he has of comey and other activities who may be immunized. but my guess is, there will be criminal referrals from the investigation involving the way the f.b.i. covered up the clinton investigation and
