tv   Watters World  FOX News  June 16, 2018 11:00pm-12:00am PDT

11:00 pm
greg: if you have not ordered my book go to simon & schuster .com, barnes & noble, amazon and it is there. you will love it. we "watters world" starts right now. [♪] jesse: welcome to "watters world." i'm jesse watters. political parties usually root against each other. when one party fails, the other returns t power. but the democrats have invested so much in trump's failure they are rooting for america to fail. here is bill maher. >> i feel like the bottom has to fall out and i am hoping for it. one way you get rid of trump is a recession.
11:01 pm
either root for a recession or lose your democracy. jesse: he wants americans to lose their jobs and their money so trump's approval rating goes down. it's easy for maher to root for a failing economy because he's rich and famous. >> hip hip more ray, unemployment is down. what does that mean to me in my life. jesse: keep talking, nancy, you are hurting the democrats. the media attacked progress on the peninsula. >> a summit is not an accomplishment for this american president it's a major accomplishment for kim jong-un. both men are liars. kim jong-un lies and he said donald trump lies. >> this is not a date. this is not going to work.
11:02 pm
this is not just lunch. it's not going to work. jesse: i thought the democrats were all about dialogue and giving peace a chance. the worst was chelsea handler. putin is giving trump talking points and actions to take to undermine the very country he's from. we have a domestic enemy running our country, pissing on all allies, and shows fealty only to putin. this is not america. this is russia. i hope kim jong-un eats donald trump. we have the left calling the president of the united states a domestic enemy comparing him to a dictator and roots against peace. joy behar at the view putting the cherry on top speaking about our stricter southern border
11:03 pm
policy. >> people should not tolerate this. this is like germany. german--come on, people. jesse: america is now nazi germany. it doesn't get any worse than that. here to react, former arkansas governor and fox news contributor, mike huckabee. my contention is they have gone so far anti-trump they are off the cliff and they are anti-american. do you agree? >> absolutely i agree. when you start hoping that we get into a nuclear war just because it would embarrass donald trump. you have gone beyond being partisan. you are absolutely looney.
11:04 pm
i'm surprised people would say that in public let alone private. when you discuss nazism into the subject it shows you have lost. jesse: they will never pay a price though. you have joy who insulted christians, now compares america to nazis. you have chelsea handler who wants trump to die and calls him a domestic enemy. can you imagine if somebody said that about obama? they never pay a price, though. there is no accountability with this out much line, ridiculous inflammatory anti-american rhetoric. i think because there is no accountability with these people it's pushing them even farther to the left into real dangerous territory. >> there is no accountability, who is going to do it?
11:05 pm
it's not going to happen at the mainstream networks because they are all in. the second reason is because they only listen to the voices in the their own echo chamber. there are three bubbles in this country. the people who say these things live in one of those three bubbles and the only people they talk to are the other swells at the cocktail parties where they pat each other on the back who are so much better than the rest of us, and the net result is they are becoming so marginalized and disrespected by the rank and file working class people of america that they are setting up for donald trump's followers to keep electing other people and making sure nancy pelosi does not come back as speaker of the house.
11:06 pm
jesse: some of the fbi officials who got after and in the i.g. report said trump supporters are retards. but donald trump responded to some of the disgusting commentary about his supporters by the fbi agents. president trump: vicious. i have the greatest supporters in the world. they are the smartest, the hardest work. they pay taxes. they are incredible, they are loyal. i have the bikers, i have the construction workers, i have them all. by the way, i have the fbi. you go into the fbi and take a poll of the real fbi. not the scum on top. not comey and the other people who are total thieves. jesse: he doesn't hold back,
11:07 pm
does he, governor? mike: he never has. when there are people being paid by the taxpayer who have that level of contempt for the people who pay their salaries. these people are talking about their bosses. in any place i have ever worked in my life it's a fireable offense. we need to know who these people are and they need to be given their notice and sent out the door. nobody should be getting money from taxpayers who have that level of contempt from the citizens who pay their salaries. >> i would like to see the ax fall on a bunch of these people. but you can never find the identities much these people. the names are always redacted. they put them in a rubber room or leave with their pensions. it's totally out of control. the president responding to attacks from the mainstream
11:08 pm
media about how he handled little rocketman in singapore. president trump: i don't want to see a nuclear weapon destroy you and your family. i want to have a good relationship with north korea and with many other countries. you haven't had a missile test in seven months. you haven't had a firing or nuclear test in 8 1/2 months. you haven't had missiles flying over japan. we are well on our way to get denuclearization. the agreement says there will be total denuclearization. it's a summit, it's a communique. there is a commitment to peace. and the political will and the spirit is there, i believe. and we'll have to let the deputies hammer out the details. but the process, it looks like the arc is probably better than
11:09 pm
it's ever been when it comes to diplomacy on the peninsula. but the haters can't accept that. where do you see the singapore summit playing out? mike: there is not a diplomat alive who would have done this the way donald trump did it. no one. starting from the insults calling kim jong-un rocketman and saying he's got a bigger button than he does. everything said it would come to war. he has instincts that are different than ours, but 99% of the time they are better than ours and they tend to work. what we saw was an historic moment where you have kim jong-un in principle giving up the nuclear weapons. here is the fundamental difference. donald trump hasn't given up the maximum pressure. the sanctions are still on. the big difference between what donald trump is doing and
11:10 pm
previous presidents have done. kim jong-un knows one thing. if he tries to do it, he'll find himself on the receiving end of that bigger button donald trump talked about. that's one thing he's got to know. jesse: so far the on thing america has given up. we suspended a military exercise that was planned for the fall. that can get back up there the minute he starts man kig around with little rocketman with these negotiations. we haven't shipped a boatload of cash over there. they haven't brought the sanctions down like they did in iran. they haven't done nip of those things. yet the press is asking like this guy is neville chamberlain. meanwhile, barack obama, bill clinton, george bush, they did literally nothing. let's try this new strategy and see what works.
11:11 pm
let's get into something you and i were talking about before you came on. they called little bob corker, the senator from tennessee. he's going out with a bang. he says people that support donald trump, people running for office that support donald trump are in a cult. listen. >> it's almost, you know, it's becoming a cultish thing, isn't it. and it's not a good place for any party to end up with a cult-like situation as it relates to a president that happens to be of purportedly of the same party. jesse: he looks like a sad, defeated little man. second of all i don't remember a lot of democrats running against barack obama for the last 8
11:12 pm
years. and what's wrong with sharing the same principles and ideals as the president who over60 million americans voted for. donald trump understood and tapped into the sensibility of the american people. and if other politicians are tapping into that same vibe. that doesn't make them a cult follower. that makes them in touch with the folks. >> it's a pretty big cult. 60 million people. the nonsense of that is, you know, donald trump got more votes in the republican primary than any other presidential candidate in history including either of the bushes, ronald reagan, richard nixon, any republican ever. to say that is a cult is to insult the overwhelming majority of republican voters and the overwhelming numbers of people who voted for him and gave him a crushing electoral college
11:13 pm
victory. when bob corker came to nashville where i'm sitting now and he showed up at a donald trump rally, he was booed out of the arena. that's how popular he is. statements like that where corker has become uncorked. it not winning him friends. people are not agreeing with this assessment. i think maybe he has hurt feeling that he wasn't picked to be secretary of state. but aren't we glad he didn't get picked? jesse: can you imagine little bob corker and little rocketman over there. remember the messiah and the worshiping and the fainting and the tears, the guy could walk on water. anything he said or did was brilliant. if anybody is a worshiper of a
11:14 pm
cult, it's a more apt comparison of the left's president. mike: let's not forget it was bob corker who gave us the iran deal. he worked with obama to let this be an executive order. that's another thing that is embarrassing to him. jesse: that's not a good thing for his legacy. before i let you go, i have to play sound of this madman, this correspondent out pat the press briefing with sarah sanders losing his cool in a pretty juvenile way and unprofessional way, harassing and haranguing her about the strict southern border policy. watch this meltdown. >> come on, sarah, you are a parent. don't you have any compassion
11:15 pm
for these people. >> brian, settle down. i know you want to get more tv time, but that's not what this is about. go ahead, jill. >> honestly answer my question it's a serious question. these people have nothing. they come to the board were nothing. around parent. around parent with young children. don't you have any empathy for what they go through? >> jill, go ahead. jesse: i respect his passion. but that was a stunt, that was a performance. and take it from me. i asked loaded questions and created drama in my heyday. can you believe it. so i know what he's doing. but he doesn't belong in that role. i think he was out of line. mike: he was terribly out of the line. she handled it the way she would her three children. she told him, there is a time
11:16 pm
and a place. i wish things were different on the border and different for those children. and they could be if you had democrats with the integrity to work with the president and get it resolved. but they don't want to fix it. they want a problem, they don't want a swliewtion. if they work with this president, they will get one. this stuff about how it's so terrible. it's terrible. but it's also terrible when a government takes a mother and separates'' her from her children to go to prison. what he did was you a grandstanding move. i thought it was ridiculous. jesse: i don't know anything about grandstanding, so it was foreign to me. thanks again. shocking new text messages from the fbi. and later, why are man skis

11:18 pm
11:19 pm
11:20 pm
jesse: thursday the inspector
11:21 pm
general released a report. the focus was how the hillary clinton email scandal was hand. answer, it was handled poorly. hhe severe damaged the credibility of the investigation and the fbi itself. comey used personal email for fbi business. comey changed the law to exonerate hillary. comey concluded the investigation before interviewing hillary or her top aides. clinton emails were hacked. foreign agents penetrated clinton emails. one of them was deemed secret. hillary actual lire emailed with president trump from her unsecure private account while
11:22 pm
in the territory of and foreign adversary and comey covered that up. fbi officials leaked regularly. the place was a faucet. fbi agent peter strzok slow walked them and the fbi sat on them for a month. probably one of the worst revelations from the report was a text message from peter strzok to lisa page which said this. trump is not ever going to become president, right? right? and peter strzok says no. no he won't. we'll stop it. the i.g. said strzok's decisions were impacted by bias and he showed a willingness to take official action to impact trump's electoral prospects. the president weighed in on the report yesterday. >> i think the report yesterday
11:23 pm
totally exonerates she. there was no collusion in was no obstruction. what you will really see is bias against me and millions and tens of millions of my followers that is a disgrace. so then tries strzok text for me is a huge smoking gun when you combine that with the understand policy to protect against a trump presidency. when you combine that with "f" trump and all the disparaging things he said about the president. taken in its entirety, he was running the clinton email operation and the russia collusion investigation. this investigation is completely poisoned in my opinion. what do you think? >> peter strzok interviewed mike flynn, too. he was involved. he was the meat and the sandwich
11:24 pm
in this investigation. one thing that's bothered me. there has been a narrative by the left-wing media, this report was a nothing burger? i'm sorry, your brain is a nothing burger. jesse: it was a triple cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. >> there is so much in here that to come on your show i had to look at it. you brought up a great point. the wheel stop him text sent to his love interest saying don't stop trump. don't worry, we'll stop him. that in and of itself is a mine field for the fbi. what's bad about that in addition is it was hidden from congress. jesse: it should have come out a long time agree. now it's in the i.g. report? five guys men and women at the
11:25 pm
fbi are being refer toward disciplinary action for extreme bias. so this whole thing is tainted. the president weighed in on strong and comey the other day. let's hear it. president trump: all of these people like strzok and so many others, mccabe. they all worked for comey. and comey knew everything going on. mccabe told him everything and mccabe is up for criminal right now. and he's now suing. it's a total mess. they are going against each other. i think comey was the ringleader of this holden of thieves. -- this whole den of thieves. >> i shared trump's comments yesterday, i watched him live. and trump was right to be upset. the report is crystal clear that
11:26 pm
they could not make the determination that peter strzok's willing necessary to investigation russian collusion over the clinton probe that was conclusive there was criminality. they said they could not determine he was free from bias. i have my own notebook in front of me. jesse: he's completely bias. to say there is no political bias, they can't prove it. but they said they korcht prove that the bias impacted the clinton investigation. and i don't see how they can make that conclusion by the way hillary was treated. not under oath. she was treated with kid gloves. everybody was given immunity. i think that part of the i.g. report is not credible. what this does, this is one of many i.g. reports. we are going to have another one on clinton emails.
11:27 pm
then we'll get the i.g. report on how the russian collusion investigation was atlantaed. and that looks like it will be an absolute catastrophe. >> this report sets us up. it says at one point about the russia probe that they can't determine strzok's decision was free from bias. that means the appointee is tees up to look into the russian collusion report, and that has the potential to be just as damning as this one. >> they have reporters that are bribing fbi officials with games, tickets to games and concert tickets and meals. you know what? maybe we'll have to do round two next week. i have got to run. up next, rodman's emotional reaction to north korea.

i'm robert gray. now back to "watters world." >> i believe in north korea. i couldn't even go home. i had to hide out for 40 days. i couldn't even go home. i kept my head up high, brother. i knew there would be a change. i was the only one. singapore. tokyo, china. it's a great day. jesse: dennis rodman very emotional. many said rod had been a long-time friend of trump and little rocketman and played a vital role in making the summit happen. joining us, marie harf and trump's former campaign manager corey lewandowski.
11:34 pm
marie, i think dennis rodman did more for peace on the peninsula than your former boss barack obama. >> he can be nominated for a nobel with donald trump. that interview is so bizarre. there are very few people kim jong-un is comfortable talking to. and the fact that he has a relationship with dennis rodman is bizarrely helpful in getting a peace deal. remember when he dated madonna. jesse: corey, what do you think about rodman? >> i think dennis got a lot of rebounds and maybe one of them hit him in the head. there is only one person who is going to be responsible for the denuclearization of the korean

peninsula. jesse: i agree with that. we'll see what happens as the president likes to say. speaking of presidents. one of the most of controversial hollywood a-listers thinks he can be president. listen to alex baldwin on howard stern. >> if i ran i would win. i would absolutely win. i'm 1,000 percent. >> why don't you run. if i ran for president i would relationship hands down. the funniest most of exciting crazy campaign. jesse: i think donald would be licking his chops if he got to take on alex. >> he makes pocahontas look like a conservative. let's put a hollywood he let liberal on the ticket and put them in middle america where
11:36 pm
beam work for a living and see what the reception will be. i would love to see him campaign in north carolina or south carolina or anywhere with a military presence. jesse: i think we found the one candidate who hates reporters more than donald trump. >> did you hear what i said? you have got to ask me, yes or no. if you are here when my wife and kid come out, you will have a big problem. you are as dumb as you look. you are with fox, right? you are the one who almost hit my wife in the face do you want to apologize? get the [bleep] out of here. jesse: i think he hates reporters more than donald trump. >> i think alec baldwin was
11:37 pm
kidding when he got asked that question on the howard stern show and i don't know one democrat who would vote for him. and i probably know more democrats than you do, jesse. jesse: "the daily show" took on feminism and chivalry. the idea of holding a door for a woman because she is a woman. i have trouble with it. chivalry is really the idea that women are somehow weak and need protection. jesse: they don't want the door held for them. maybe they can pay for dinner, too. >> what about just being nice to other people. opening the door and holding it whether it's a woman or another man, it's common courtesy. i have between 9-year-old boys. i don't know if it's a man or
11:38 pm
woman come out of the restaurant. and have a nice way about you. what is so wrong with holding a door for a woman whether you know her or not to say feel free to go in front of me. >> you are probably the most of civichivalrous man i know. >> we both love women. jesse: we cherish them. >> you can be a feminist and appreciate men opening a door for you. i think you can do both. i don't care who opens what doors, but i want to get paid as much as men. jesse: you have a long way to go to get paid as much as i'm paid. up next, diamond and silk take up a crazy democrat who pepper sprayed himself.
11:39 pm
11:40 pm
11:41 pm
11:42 pm
11:43 pm
jesse: he's putting his foot in his mouth one week after snapping at a reporter for asking if he apologized to monica lewinsky. >> i think the norms have really changed in terms of what you can do to somebody against their will. how much you can crowd their space and make them miserable at work. you don't have to physically assaulted someone to make them uncomfortable at work or at home or walking around. jesse: bill went on to say it's a good thing the norms have changed. but here to respond, diamond and silk. he needs to stop talking about this.
11:44 pm
>> he's embarrassing himself. it sounds like he might be having an out of mind, out of touch experience. maybe he's trying to come clean about what he did in the past and clear his conscience. he'll probably never be prosecuted for anything. he should be in a time out. wherever he is sitting. >> it looks like he's having a come to jesus moment. jesse: watch tonighta broaddrick had this to say. so bill clinton thinks he should get a pass because it was 1978 when he raped me and he knows it's not acceptable in today's society? wow. listen to what the congressman has to say about jeff sessions. >> sessions, he just loves for black people to be in the back of the bus again. he loves for women to be in the
11:45 pm
kitchen. he loves for gay people to be in the closet again and for me not to have a microphone to be able to speak to anybody. jesse: i don't know what he's doing with his hands. but probably one of the most o insensitive and inflammatory and baseless, discussing accusations i have ever heard in my career on fox news. >> he's acting like a gatekeeper of the democratic party using dog whistle slogans. what about the illegal aliens who come in the back of a trailer and they are not doing you go in by the or working in kitchens for slave wages. they can't use black people so they are trying to use illegal aliens as the new slaves of the democratic party. he needs to worry about his
11:46 pm
party, his self and how they only give you enough to keep you quite within but not enough to make a difference. jesse: another guy off the rocker. a guy out in colorado. levi sillerman and he doesn't think they should have guns in school. he wants school shooters defeated by pepper spray. here is his ad. >> trust me, this will stop anyone in their tracks. now i can't say anything. jesse: he wanted the attention and he got it on "watters world." >> for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
11:47 pm
spray should not be a first choice to takedown a gunman nor a water gun or sling shot. if a criminal is coming at you with a gun you need to come back at him with a gun to take him out. jesse: jerry springer. they may be canceling his though. this what we'll be missing. remember this? ladies, say good-bye to jerry springer. up next, this is the internet in 2018. something to a monkey. you have got the munchies, huh? hey, you good? yo. man,. jesse: i feel bad now that we showed that. >> you should. that is classic animal cruelty. i notice the handle of the person who posted that video. he's got 9 million followers. he has been arrested a couple times. i think hs the guy who was streaking during the world series. jesse: he's come a long way from doing that. then the monkey got hungry, and
11:53 pm
he got tired. >> i don't think that was a cigarette. jesse: this is a woman also smoking weed and something bad goes terribly wrong. i think it was hairspray. >> this is very good viral video because it proves why you shouldn't do drugs. the reason people post these things on line is because they want attention. losing your hair and being humiliated on social media isn't worth 16,000 likes. jesse: let's look at a dragon gone wild. >> my dragon has gone wild. don't you attack me. get back in the cage.
11:54 pm
>> obviously the dragon was going to win the fight in that one. this is a bearded dragon. i think it's more of a lizard. jesse: let's show a woman embarrassing herself. >> so no [bleep]. >> the first time i saw this video was on bar stool. you have been featured on bar stool. i believe i have seen you on one of the interviews you have gone. jesse: the party bros. i think they will be back next week. week. up next, last
