set up a remedy in which these children are repatriated back to their home countries as soon as possible, we need to increase the number of immigration judges and trial attorneys to expedite these deportation cases in which people are facing. >> in terms of increasing the number of judges needed, where the money needs to go to make this happen? >> we need to increase the staffing of immigration judges. there are only so many in the united states and we need to increase it and increase asylum officers to review refugee cases coming through ports of entry but our goal is securing the national border in which most of these people are coming across the unsecure border. congress has an obligation to protect this country and it is reprehensible they have advocated the responsibilities county executive branch and told them chuck schumer did, to do what congress was supposed to be doing all along.
