this is your story about the fight and what now appears to be contempt of congress followed by an impeachment at least being filed against rod rosenstein. are they going to do it? threats aren't going to work anymore. >> threats aren't going to work anymore. they need to take this seriously. they have said over and over again, sean, both meadows, jordan and others that they are going to take this to the floor and file impeachment papers. rod rosenstein is willing to go forward with this fight. he is going to try to fight them to the end. so they have got to be serious about this. >> sean: he wants them to sue. congress should not sue because it is sort of like, you know, fast and furious, it will get lost in the court system. rosenstein knows it. so they should do what they do to you and dr. gorka and me. that is hold them in contempt. maybe put them in a jail cell for ten days. to make him, let's see. oh, they will put the screws to him like manafort who is now in

solitary like he is a mob killer so maybe he'll sing so they can either impeach or prosecute trump. maybe we should use the same tactic against rosenstein mueller is using against the other people. >> that he would use against any american that was withholding information from the f.b.i. but i don't know if that is going to happen. they need to have enough members of congress really backing this and really pushing this forward. this is why the subpoenas are so important. why it's so important to get those f.b.i., those people in the bureau and the people in the d.o.j. who want to talk to come out and tell the american people the truth about what went on. >> sean: my sources tell me there were at least four criminal referrals here. probably more. the person in the most trouble tonight that doesn't know it is james comey. dr. gorka? >> well, it's very, very interesting. rod rosenstein is very, very close friends with comey, with mueller, with all these individuals. this is a man who called congressional oversight over the department of justice extortion.

this individual is a swamp dweller and the survival of himself. and the cronies staffed in the d.o.j. the individual is a rogue agent inside the d.o.j. and congress should start to exercise the fully mandated oversight powers. >> sean: apparently rosenstein has a violent temper. >> the fact that rosenstein thinks that he and his temper tantrums. he has a violent temper. people have seen it told me. threatens congress that we are going to use the power of the doming and we'll subpoena your e-mails and we'll go after you. if that is not abuse of power, i don't know what is. why is he still there? >> you are right. he doesn't just threaten members of congress. these are people who can handle it and punch back and fight back. he threatens the investigators. the people who are behind the scenes and the people who are doing the investigations.

the ones that he does not want to have access to these documents. he has done it to a number of them. some of them have been publicly named in stories. >> sean: are they going to subpoena your e-mails? are they going to bang on my door? rod rosenstein doesn't like what we say, he doesn't like that congress is doing the constitutional duty so now he is going to threaten them? what next? are we going to be a country anymore or constitutional republic anymore? dr. gorka? >> rod rosenstein has facilitated the subversion and the sabotaging of rule of law in the united states. >> sean: he is a bully. >> if he doesn't stop -- yes. he is a bully. >> sean: he is trying to bully congress from doing their job. >> worse than that, worse than being a bully -- there are lots of bullies out there. we now know thanks to the i.g. report and thanks to the work of sara and you, that the department of justice is a political entity that obama turned it into a political police force and the f.b.i.
