into bill clinton. raymond. sixth circuit court of appeals. >> he had a decade on that court and for justice kennedy, we could see people who are following their boss in this job. he has articulately on a host of issues, first amendment, second amendment, how to interpret statutes and that is a key thing knowing someone will interpret a statute as written and bring their policy judgment in. i like that he writes in many ways like neil gorsuch where he tries to break it down for the lay reader. he gets into the legal stuff but wants to make sure this is accessible to the american people. heather: what about the last one with a meeting with him? >> the first article 3 federal judge in history of south asian descent and he met with the

heather: a great story, the july 4th holiday, you are out there doing the job, a paramedic firefighter for 12 years. >> that is correct. i have been with pinellas suncoast fire rescue for 7 years. heather: take me through what happened on this day. >> i was assigned to engine 27 around 4:30 i received a call from a reporter drowning at a location at splash harbor waterpark a few blocks from the station. we had a little sense of urgency. we were escorted back to our patient who was a 3-year-old little girl on the side of the pool. heather: she almost drowned in that pool. did you have to perform cpr? what did you do? >> we had two great bystanders,

lifeguards, john with the splash harbor waterpark and an off-duty paramedic employee, joshua hoover who initially performed resuscitation on this young lady and still tending to her when we arrived. heather: has got to be so scary. you wrote in the ambulance her parents were not able to do that. >> that is correct. liability involved in transporting emergency to the hospital. we don't allow riders due to the critical nature of the patient, myself and other paramedics worked with the sunstar paramedics to the hospital. heather: you went above and beyond and the pictures we are looking at, you start by your side in the hospital as well. why did you do that? >> her condition improved tremendously from being critical
