eight other justices on the supreme court. the democrats believe enough of these justices, the majority would go against a former supreme court ruling? >> i think a lot of this is propaganda to get people to the polls was roe v wade is not going to be overturned overnight. the last significant case i can recall in which the supreme court overruled itself was brown versus board of education when they overturned plessy versus ferguson which allow the segregation of schools. this is not something that is going to happen overnight if at all. honestly the american public has to stop listening to the media, stop listening to politicians and educate themselves, go back to high school civics and understand that the supreme court has to receive a case in

order to overturn roe v wade. is there a case? if there is, would the supreme court take it? voters have to remember all politics is local meaning state lawmakers are the ones who will decide a woman's reproductive rights if roe v wade is overturned. rob: this is a fear tactic that has been used for years regarding roe v wade, not popular to overturn even though a lot of people are bothered by abortion will the court of the country thinks it should be overturned and sent back to the states. >> democrats are in a weak position when it comes to elections, always talking roe the wade and reproductive rights, rights the democrats are in a weak position, the president of the united states, the current administration is succeeded in everything they are doing, first time in history of the united states for a long time at least we have a leader
