10:01 pm
how our own m judge janine pirro was literally shouted down face-to-face by some of the trump-hating ladies of "the view." she'll give us the behind-the-scenes story. we have the latest absurd shark-jumping psychotic rhetoric from the left, their neverending obsession with russia. the president, the administration facing many complex issues all around the world. today the f.b.i. director, right, he warned that china, not russia, was the single most significant threat to the united states. tonight, we'll do something the mainstream media won't do, we'll show you how the president is actually counteringg china witha policy of peace through his strength. we also have tonight a shocking story out of the state of californiave. the sanctuary city of san francisco is now allowing illegal immigrants to vote in elections! i didn't make that up. we have an important new report on deep state actor peter strzok from john solomon. all of that, plus the president
10:02 pm
said he'll be putin's worst enemy if their relationship doesn't work out and that obama was a patsy for putin. buckle up, it's time for tonight's breaking news multi-pronged opening monologue. the democrat's election playbook is in full swing. according to the left, if you support donald trump or have conservative opinions, you're no longer a decent human being. instead,d, you're a 16phobic, islamphobic, racist, sexist, mass sonnist you want dirty hair, you want dirty would the water. you definitely want to take grandma and throw her right over the cliff. by the way, you want children to die. we're the smelly wal-mart shoppers, the irredeemable deplorables. we're the people that cling to our god, our guns, our bibles and religion. this is especially true during the age of trump. now, we've seen the president's allies kicked out of restaurants , shouted down on the street, harassed in front of
10:03 pm
their own homes, front yards and the most vicious attack even against womenen and even against the president's children and grandchildren. so it's no surprise that our own judge janine pirro wasn't warmly welcomed during her guest appearance on "the view" on abc. by the way, disney, are you proud of this? take a look. >> here's my question for you, because you talk about -- >> i am not, judge -- >> did you just point at me? >> yes! >> listen, i don't have trump derangement. there's been a lot of people in office that i didn't agree with, but i have neverng ever seen anything like this. i've never seen anyone whip up such hate. i've never seen anybody be so dismissive. how long has the deep state been there? who is running it? >> i want to answer yourur question, because you gave -- >> i asked you a question -- >> in your opening statement, which how horrible it is that donald trump is talking about all of these people.
10:04 pm
>> no, that's what you said! you said -- you said -- >> you said people that shouldn't be here murder the children. >> i spoke with judge pirro after that appearance it got much worse back stage. she'll join us tonight in just a moment with a lot more. and, of course, for the entire week, the left's anti-trump echo chamber has been on super-super-duper high alert. the president's meeting with vladimir putin has been compared to the holocaust, pearl harbor, the rhetoric has been absolutely psychotic! from page of the new yorker, look at this featuring a cartoon showing a dead president trump face down at the bottom of an escalator. great, his kids and grandkids have to see that! time magazine featuring this ominous looking putin-trump hybrid. by the way otv, over just -- on
10:05 pm
tv, over just the past 24 hours alone -- not the earlier 48 hours -- the anti-trump hysteria is even worse. they're all in a state of panic. the economy is doing wellre. we're safer than we've been. and they know they're going to lose the next election. they're scared. take a look. >> did the president share classified information with putin? did the president take other steps beyond those that he took so publicly to undermine the security of the united states? >> this president is very happy making himself a client of vladimir putin. who knows what they talked about behind closed doors? >> he's aiding and abetting the enemy. >> i can't believe this is something i'm saying about the president of the united states, but it made me wonder iff people are suspicious that he revealed sensitive, classified intelligence including human source information to the president of the russian federation. >> what putin does is exactly what trump does or what trump does is what putin does is which is they lie for a living. >> i'm about as shaky as i have felt since the night he won!
10:06 pm
back then, my biggest fear was we had elected an asset of the russian government whoho will sl out america at every opportunity just to save his own hyde. -- hide. my biggest fear right now, i'm right. sean sean -- >> hannity: now, the president increased sanctions russia and increased funding at nato and slapped severe financial restrictions on some of vladimir putin's closest allies. he authorized a counterattack as putin was backing soldiers inside of syria killing hundreds of russians and, remember, russia's -- remember the hostile tichenor crimea in ukraine? all of this election meddling you're hearing so much about, it all happened on obama's watch! he was the president. like giving putin 20% of america's uranium. that wasgi on obama's watch.
10:07 pm
so the foundational material for nuclear weapons was given to putin and russia, the bad actor, the hostile regime, while obama was president. no one in the media mentioned this all week. now, you think you'll hear about this if you turn on conspiracy tv msnbc? fakey news cnn? i tend to doubt it today, president trump once again reiterated his commitment to countering putin. hete issued a very stern warnin. this is what we call peace through strength. judge for yourself. take a look. >> look at the sanctions i put on. look at the diplomats i threw out. look at all the things that i've done and no one else did what i've done. obama didn't do it obama was a patsy for russia. he was a total patsy. look at the statement he made when he thought the mics were turned off, ok? the stupid statement he made! nobody makes a big deal about that. getting along with president putin, getting along with russia is a positive, not a negative.
10:08 pm
now with that being said, if that doesn't work out, i'll be the worst enemy he's ever had! >> hannity: if it doesn't work out, he'll be the worst enemy he's ever had, but for the sake of our world, our kids, let's hope it works out. while the media is obsessing about russia, russia, russia, i'd like to remind our so-called journalists it's a big world out there. there's a lot of complex issues in this world. maybe just maybe russia isn't even our biggest international foe. let's listen to what the f.b.i. director christopher ray said yesterday. >> china from a counterintelligence perspective in many ways represent the broadest, most challenging, most significant threat we face as a country and i say that because for them, it is a whole of state effort. it is economic espionage as well as traditional espionage. it is nontraditional collectors as well as traditional intelligence operatives.
10:09 pm
it's human sources as well as cyber means. it's -- we have economic espionage investigations in every -- all 50 states that trace back to china. >> hannity: that's right! china, not russia. all right, someone may want to tell the left in this country that there's more to life than vladimir putin. so why isn't the media obsessing about the china threat? where's the hysteria over chinese hacking and aggressive military actions in the pacific? currency manipulation? theft of intellectual property. the left is spinning out of control on russia, russia. right hereus on "hannity" we report the full story. president trump is full aware that the political threat that's posed by all the bad actors including china and has long called them out in a public way. take a look. >> we're the bank. we are the bank that everyone wants to steal from and plunder. can't be that bay anymore we
10:10 pm
lost $500 billion last year with china. we're growing to end the theft of american intellectual property, crack down onn china's trade abuses and confront countries that cheat. i also had a very candidate -- candid conversation with the president about the need to reduce our staggering trade deficit for china and for our trading relationship to be conducted on a truly fair and equitable basis. we can no longer tolerate unfair trading practices that steal american jobs, wealth and intellectual property. >> hannity: the president's words are backed up with toughd action, tripling tariffs and upgrading missile defense systems toil china's neighbors d reaffirming america's commitments to taiwan and turning the screws on north korea. we'll have more on the president and theha president's g.o political peace.
10:11 pm
first, you know the sanctuary city of san francisco? they're now spitting in the face of every singlee law-abiding american tonight. city officials are now permitting illegal immigrants, otherff noncitizens to registero vote in november's election! that's right! you can literally -- you can't make this up. they're allowing this! barring any future legal action, illegal immigrants will now be among those in san francisco who get to vote in certain local elections! now this is just one more obvious sign that the left in this country, they don't care about the rule of law, our substitution -- constitution, about the rights of the many. theyco don't believe in borders. they have no agenda to improve america. instead, they want to regain power at all costs. well, for 2018, it's simple. they want their crumbs back. they want to rescind the tax cuts them want to impeach trump. they're trying to tell everybody not to say it publicly. they want to observe obama leg
10:12 pm
seekers keep your doctor plan and pay less them want obamacare to stay. they want to block the president's supreme court choices and the confirmation of justice kavanaugh and, that's right, you can see that they want open borders also. they're not proposing one thing that will solve any problem for any american citizen. it's without a doubt the most important mid-term election in our lifetime. the future of this country is at stake! they want to undo the 2016 election. finally tonight, we do have a breaking news story from john solomon. he's highlighting an underreported text from the corrupt f.b.i. investigator his girlfriend lisa page. the text reads, an investigation leading to impeachment? you and i both know the odds are nothing. and strzok goes on and he says, "there's no big there there." the timing of this text is incredibly telling. it's just two days after robert mueller was appointed to conduct this witch-hunt on trump/russia collusion. according to solomon, while peter strzok refused to answer
10:13 pm
what this text was referring to, lisa page behind closed doors did in fact confirm that the text referred to quality of the russia case that he was leading. so there's no big there there and there never was and here we are 428 days later, millions of dollars later. this neverending divide and fishing expedition rolls on shon us the evidence, mr. mueller. you know and your pit bull andrew wiesemann. why'd you ever appoint a guy that had that much corruption in his background? beaten 9-0 in the supreme court, sending innocent people to jail in a year. tens of thousands of americans lost their jobs. he's your number one guy? really? you can't find a single republican to pout your team? not one? just a married band of hillary supporters and democratic donors. here with more on the hill is john solomon. john, big story.
10:14 pm
>> sean, i think what is important here, the evidence in this case has been produced heed soically to congress. you get a paper blazered and a single witness and a few documents they forgot to give and you a new witness.u, what's happened over the last couple of weeks is congress went back and reassembled the evidence and looked back. questions they're trying to answer is there actions that were taken that could clearly be influenced to political bias or a political influence this discussion you just highlighted has become very porn. they have now confirmed, they put all the text messages and e-mails in that period of mid-may and they see a discussion going on between peter strzok and lisa page in which they're debating. should we accepted the fbi and punch our ticket to the assistant director or go to get president trump impeached at the special counsel level? they getet into a discussion and at some point, they actually say, maybe we should stop this discussion. but they keep going any ways. there's no there. we don't need to go over there because there's no there there. there's not going to be a big crime found there. that's essential, because it's
10:15 pm
one of five sort of things that they did that defy the normal investigative work that they do. >> hannity: yeah, well and on top of that they -- they were writing an exoneration of hillary before they investigated, but let's go back to this. so lisa page, andf this didn't get so much news because the media only focuses on one story atag a time, and it's a story ty have focused on for two years with no evidence and my question is, so lisa page is contradicting what peter strzok said under oath. that wouldde mean he lied under oath if she's telling us that what it seems it reads what they meant which he denies. >> the most important thing is peter strzok testified and didn't believe his political bias affected his actions. she'ss not contradicting that. she was giving a factual statement. yeah, we were talking about russia there. yeah, we were talking about special counsel. you know for n sure, that's what they were talking about. the most important thing going on let's take a look at the five things we now know they did that defy their training.
10:16 pm
they accepted circular intelligence. they knew everything was coming 48 hillary-funded dossier. they made it look like it was coming from multiple sources. two weeks before the election, they had to hurry the f-up pressure. trying to force through a warrant on the trump campaign before the election is over. the day after the election, they get -- make an all-call we need all derogatory reports on the trump campaign. let's start collecting them. the day after he's elected! you get to this point in may where they're about to turn the case and over allowing the justice department to appoint the special prosecutor, encouraging it. they kind of know it's flimsy evidence. all of the things suggest they're not going by their normal training and normal behavior as counterintelligence agents. that's why the question,, of political bias is going tost be get answered soon. >> to sum up it, theyet used thr power. they tried to signal a way the presidential election by favoring one candidate over another candidate t and letting one candidate that should have been indicted go and then turning their everything they had -- their screws on the other. john solomon, great reporting on the hill.
10:17 pm
joining me now is the host of michelle malcolm investigates on crtv. michelle malcolm, nra contributor danrv. let's go over, shall we, michelle -- i love truth and history -- i know you do -- iranian 1 happened under president obama's watch, right? that's 20% of american uranium, foundational material for nuclear weapons. the interference of the meddling of the 2016 election happened under obama. crimea happened under obama. ukraine happened under obama. and the syrian red line was crossed also under obama. um, how come the media didn't care about any of this? >> because they suffer from selective sovereignty syndrome. they only care about foreign meddling and foreign conflicts when there's a president with an "r" by his name and especially when that "r" comes in the word trump, t-r-u-m-p.
10:18 pm
go back to the clinton years and chinagate and the dangerous national security implications of all of the campaign contributions that were coming in from shady characters all the way back then. who was it that was sounding the alarm about all of those scandals? well, it wasn't the new york slimes and it wasn't the washington compost, they were too busy printing all of the condemnations from people blowing the which is olit, and referring to them as 16phobic and racist which is what you talked about in your a monologu. this is the classic left wing playbook of attacking the messenger. it's a huge cloud, smoke and mirrors, to distract from the fact these people are absolutely treasonnist hypocrites! they could scream treason as loud as they want to but the facts and the historyas speak fr itself. >> hannity: the other thing is the president was stronger on russia the whole time, and i was glad the president went out today andsi said, no, it was
10:19 pm
actually obama that was the patsy for putin and i don't think -- i don't think there's anybody in the world that doubts that if putin wants to get aggressive withbt donald trump s president, it's not going to be the same as when obama was presidentes. he's not going to -- he's not going to take putin's crap. the idea that people think otherwise, it just shows that there's nothing trump can do. he could cure cancer, dan, at this point, and they still hate him. >> sean, he's already been tougher on the russians. you know, sean, i'm really -- i know you're tired of this, too, i'm kind of like tired of being tired of it, but the -- michelle just pointed out so many abominations under the clinton/obama regime. i mean, sean, what about the $500,000 payment from the russian bank to the clinton foundationam? the russian bank that by the way was associated with the kremlin! i mean, what about the bill clinton trip to kazakhstan? they forget all of this stuff
10:20 pm
that actually happenedp and then what trumpwh actually did they ignore, talking about the north stream 2 pipeline, fighting for american natural gas interests over the russian interests. you think putin likes that? you know, again, under the trump administration, wiping out the russian mercs in syria! sean. this stuff actually happened. the media pays no attention because they're pathetic. they're not evenat the media. they're strictly a propaganda armed for the democratic party. let's stop pretending they're reasonable people. >> hannity: michelle, go ahead. >> yeah, i just want to add something because it's so galling and unconscionable for the media outlets now to fashion themselves the champions of our intelligence agencies. they want to you forget that during the bush administration, it was two "new york times" journalist who has tipped off -- journalist who has tipped off muslim charities, global relief foundation and holyland foundation, designated terrorist finance organizations to raids that were about to happen.
10:21 pm
the u.s. attorney at the time, patrick fitzgerald, condemned those leagues and those -- leaks and those publications of dangerous information because it directly impacted andfo affected those agents that were executing the raids. these are the same people, the new york slimes, that blabbed about releasing and revealing the identities of cia interrogators including the one who interrogated ksm, again, endangering these intelligence agents and ignoring the entreaties of top officials who were telling them not to do this in the name of national security they didn't care them. they don't care now! >> hannity: last word, dan! >> yeah and last night, sean, the "new york times" again doubled down on what michigan just said. what did they do? they leaked that a source close to putin that's been feeding them information. nice jacques job, "new york times" -- nice job, "new york
10:22 pm

book. i was happy to respond to their request. there was one segment which i thought was rather civil. they clearly are of a particular bent. but it was in the second segment that you just played where i literally was thrown off the set. whoopi goldberg basically said i'm done and pulled the plug off and walked away. ithe didn't end there, sean. and i think the sad part about all this is that, you know, i said in the first segment we need to start talking to each other. we need to start having a conversation. people hate each other. the irony is i said that two minutes before she started. and i just felt that today was a microcosm of what is happening in america as the left suffers from this trump derangement syndrome, shuts the right down, doesn't allow you to talk.
10:29 pm
she asked me a question and yells at me and yells about donald trump and yells about -- when & when i tried to answer -- and when i tried to answer, she continued to yell. it didn't end there, sean. what happens was, i realized the segment was over. i got up and i just started -- i left the stage, going downstairs. and i saw her and i had to walk by her and i said, whoopi, i fought for victims my whole life, something like that and she started cursing at me. >>ik hannity: tell everybody what she said without saying it? >> she said f-you, f-you, and i said, whoopi, did i just say f-you? i mean, she was right here and then she said, "get the f out of this building!" and she yelled at me again. get the f out of this building! and i felt like i was less than dirt. i couldn't believe that i went there to have a conversation. i got thrown off the set, thrown out of the building o, and as i

walked away, she is yelling at me, get the f out of this building! sean, it's sad what these people have turned into. it's sad. what is happening? >> hannity: what is happening isin they can't handle that they lost. they can't seem to handle that the world has changed. the worst part for those on the left is the president's success is causing them to go even more insane because, remember, there was supposed to be this big blue tidal wave with the economy setting record numbers. i can't wait until the end of next week. i think we got second quarter gdp. estimates are it's going to be pretty good.im maybe as even as high as 4% which barack obama never had in eight years in his presidency, 13 more americans on food stamps, 8 million more on poverty. there's no doubt it's a dividedd country.s i've known whoopi for years. i've watched the show. frankly, it's become

this week, the briefing politics, the press and the president former white house press secretary sean spicer. you know, look, you live this every day for awhile, and i told you at the time i don't know why you do that job. i think sarah sanders, i said the same thing to her. i saw her briefly in helsinki. in one particular case, all the meddling and interference happeneded under obama. uranium 1 happened under obama. crimea and ukraine happened under obama. the syrian red light happened under obama. i'm looking that the and thinking they lost all sense of any objectivity. what do you think it is? >> i think clearly they have a problem. they thought hillary clinton was going to win the election. they were wrong. now they refuse to give president trump the credit he deserves in each of the areas whether it's economic policy or foreign policy or what have you. noic matter how good the presidt does, no matter how ereshapes --
10:52 pm
he reshapes the judiciary or deregulates the regulatory state, it's never good enough. there's always a problem. i talk about this extensively in the book. how we faced it headwind on every single issue. it was throughout the campaign. it started on day one it was literally the press trying to delegitimize the president to find a way to go into that oval office and say whether something wrong, they -- they falsely accuse the president of taking the bust out of the oval office of martin luther king. throughout my entire book, o pat of the reason i wanted to write this book, sean, was to make people understand the head winds we faced every day in terms of this administration and this president. >> hannity: you know, you've had very interesting life and background in your family. actually, you grew up in rhode island. that surprised me, right? >> i think i did, yeah. >> hannity: i was in the next town over for five years which is interesting. and the thing is -- and you

served your country and then you go into battle with this group of people that just want to destroy you every single day. what do you take out of it? what have youou learned? ii know what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. i can give you every cliche, but you still live it. >> well, i think number one, you're right. it makes us stronger it makes us better. and better conservatives in my case. i think thatak i have to -- you have to refine your argument. you have to be stronger and smarter and constantly thinking, because you're right, they come at you with everything that they have. and the more successful that you may be -- may have -- the more success you may have, the stronger they're going to come at you. you've seen that time and time again. no matter what we've done on the conservative side, they're going to come after us in general. and this president, i think everyy one of the studies whethr it's harvard, pew, the medical research center, no matter what, the preponderance of coverage is highly negative. the press should seek the truth but 90% of the time doesn't make sense. >> hannity: but even at the

expense -- it's like the democrats don't want this president to succeed, because if he does -- as he's doing -- that is a real clear present cager to their main goal which is to get -- danger to their main goal which is to get power back. every success makes them desperate. >> and you hear bill mayer, people love to go on his show and treat him like he's a normal journalist he talked about he wanted the economy to tank because that's the only way do defeat him. think about what that means for every dead -- every day americans? >> hannity: the book is fantastic. i'm reading it now. loving every minute of it. it's in book stores everywhere. amazon.com. "the briefing" thank you, sean spicer, for being with us. when we come back, why are you not buying the staged phony outrage on the russias hysteria. that's next.
