6:00 pm
world. [♪] judge jeanine: hello and welcome to "justice" i'm jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us. and thank you for once again make "justice" number one last weekend. we have a packed show for you tonight, counsel dwroor the president, kellyanne conway, congressman darrell issa, governor mike huckabee, and turning points u.s.a.'s candace owens with the most of outrageous comments of the week. how was your week? mine as you might have heard was quite eventful. and a message for whoopi goldberg on what happened in "the view" this week coming up
6:01 pm
later in the show. every week i do an opening statement on whatever it is that has me fired up. this week take a look. >> the dgp under obama was barely one, we are going up to 4. >> i think it's important, 89 the% of the republican party, he has huge popularity. if democrats don't get their you know what together -- >> here is my question for you. >> did you just point at me? i don't have trump derangement. let me tell you what i have. i'm tired of people starting a conversation with mexicans are liars and rapists. i'm tired of people starting a conversation about this country. i'm 62 years old. there have been a lot of people in office i didn't agree with. but i have never ever seen
6:02 pm
anybody like this. i have never seen anybody whip up such hate and be so dismissive. and clearly you don't watch the show, so you don't know i don't suffer from that. way suffer from is the inability to figure out how to fix this. but one of the things you talk about a lot and i'm curious by the is the deep state. how long has the deep state been there and who is running it. >> i want to scans your question. your opening statement how horrible it is that donald trump is talk about all these people. >> that's what you said. you said -- you've said they end up murdering the children american certain seasons. >> what's horrible is when the president of the united states whips up people to beat the hell out of people. think about it. judge jeanine: after that it was
6:03 pm
cursed at and i and my team were thrown out of the building. should i be angry? i suppose i should. but in the end this isn't about me. and nobody needs to feel sorry for me, i'm a big girl and i would go back on "the view" again. but more on this issue, specifically to whoopi who i have known for years. there is a bigger issue of that play here. "the view" is a microcosm of what's going on in the country. the level of hatred toward the 45th president of the united states is beyond anything we have seen in american history. he was once an icon sought after for movies and television. by politicians on both sides of the aisle, sports figures and even the media. then he ran for president. now donald trump is the target
6:04 pm
of vitriol so palpable it's simply frightening and reason has become irrelevant. we can't have conversations anymore and the ripple its national in scope. family, friend, acquaintances can't even talk to each other. they remove each other from facebook and change dinner and family gathering plans for the holidays depending on their politics. it's almost impossible to have a rational discushion that doesn't turn into a food fight. for some it's now even fashionable to threaten the president of the united states. >> he talks how he wants to punch people in the face. well, i would like to punch him in the face. >> they asked would i like to debate this gentleman. i said no if i were in high school i would take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him. >> when is the last time an actor assassinated a president.
6:05 pm
>> yes, i have thought an awful lot about blowing up the white house. jesse: that's not all. when a member of congress can say this about people who work for and support the president we have a real problem in america. >> you have members of your cabinet that have been thrown out of restaurants. you have protests at their house. if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station. you get out and you create a crowd. and you tell them they are not welcome anymore anywhere. judge jeanine: not welcome anymore anywhere. the anger of the left in america is out of control.
6:06 pm
when white house press secretary sarah sanders needs secret service protection because she speaks for the president of the united states, something is wrong. when we get screamed at even before we give an opinion, something is wrong. when it's acceptable to shout people down, when it's acceptable to not hear what people think, that's the first step to where we don't think. thinking you are right and not allowing debate is fascism. whether it comes from a democrat or republican. or the right or the left, it's wrong. it seems in america today that the take-down of a president is more important than the success of our nation. i lived through 8 years of barack obama. a lot of you heard my open. i am very clear in my objection to his policies, but i never
6:07 pm

6:08 pm
are doing is standing up for america. what you are doing is tearing down america. and when you do, you are tearing down something more important than even the president of the united states. you are tearing down the values of the united states itself. everyone has the right to speak. but when you can't enlist on what someone has to say because you despise the man who is president, you undermine not the president of the united states, you undermine the united states. and that's my open. and that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook, twitter and instagram, hashtag judge jeanine. my personal message to whoopi goldberg about what really went

on on "the view" this week and you don't want to miss it. i do want to thank whoopee and "the view" to make my book number one on amazon and barnes and noble. so go out and get a copy if you haven't already. here with reaction to my opening statement and all the developing news today, counselor to the president, kellyanne conway joins me now. kellyanne, your thoughts with what's going on with conversation in america today? >> that was one of your finest openings and that's saying a great deal. i watched the clips of "the view" after the fact. i have to credit you. this is what a guest should be. prepared, poise, persuasive and pleasant. and he were all of the above. you came armed with the facts. and the audience was listening to you.
6:10 pm
a few times when a sprinkling in the audience wanted to clap they stopped because they realized that's not what the whole group wanted to do. i thought acquitted yourself very well. you got some help from may began mccain and some of the panelists. but for someone who has appeared on "the view." it's probably a good time to remind everyone who the real audience is. it's not anchors or the press, the audience are the people. and this president got elected because he connected directly with the people. yes the cameras were rolling and social media was covering it, but it was his message and the delivery directly to the people unfiltered that was persuasive and compelling. the other thing you did yesterday. nobody could argue with your metrics. no one could say you are wrong.
6:11 pm
the lowest unemployment you rate for african-americans and hispanics and almost 70 years for women. you are wrong that the new jobs and manufacturing and hiring. this is a president who believes that diplomacy and conversation is better than hostility and conflict and he'll continue to speak in a bilateral fashion other leaders around the world. nobody can argue with the metrics so they have to shout you down. judge jeanine: will you go back on "the view"? >> i have been invited to go back on "the view"? i would not foreclose that. i'm in washington, d.c. my day job is here. so i don't find myself in new york very often anymore.
6:12 pm
but i'm not afraid. i'm afraid of people i love getting sick and dying. i'm not afraid of conversation and co -- conflict. i don't know what's got so many people so miserable. but when you engage with them it's clear immediately they have been working on being miserable for decade, years and years and years. it didn't just happen the last 18 months. i pray for them, i choose not to be like them. if you are a happen yea warrior and push for an agenda that you believe in, small business ownership, the growth that we have, the unleashing of prosperity and opportunity for people in this nation, it's amazing. nobody can considering with those metrics. but they don't. they make it personal. what i like most of about your opening. people don't want to even hear
6:13 pm
the first words. that's why when i tell people, particularly young people, they are the best ambassadors to bring people into their own point of view. people will say i am like and you are like me. we have connective tissue together. i encourage everybody to not be shy about their opinion and to go forth. >> when we -- >> by the way, you made a big mistake on "the view." you mentioned president obama's name. they don't like that. you cannot mention president obama's name unless you are all googly eyed. you can't mention president obama's name unless you are genuflecting and here you were talk about president trump's

6:15 pm
president tweeted that the rigged witch hunt headed by 13 angry democrats and now four more have been added. one who worked directly for the obama white house, seems intent on damaging republican party's chances in the election. >> the president has an agenda and he's working it. they are wanting to retry the 206 election, and they are going back to 2006, raiding his own attorney's headquarters and leak together "new york times" what their spin on that information is at a time in which as you know the president's own legal time is waiving attorney-client privilege to make sure the word
6:16 pm
gets out the president has nothing to hide. judge jeanine: the president waived the privilege because the information has already been leaked out. how does that happen? >> well, it's clear that's people in the so-called department of justice are continuing to do exactly what they shouldn't do. they are going in, taking a vast amount of information, most of it constitutionally protected. and then spitting it out into the press. we saw it in the front page of the "new york times." it was despicable. i believe in the first amendment. the "new york times" has to start believing in the other amendments about people's privacy. but the president had nothing to hide. even though this was a private conversation with his attorney, they waived the privilege. they want it out there because he wants to see this

investigation behind him so the good work he's doing isn't constantly in the shadow of things that go back decades. judge jeanine: the mueller investigation was teed up by a fake dossier. by the fbi number two guy peter strzok. will he win president? no, we won't let him, and we'll get an insurance policy. the understand policy was the russia collusion. now we are talking about porn stars and other such conversations. why are we doing it? are we so intent on bringing the man down that nobody cares? i really believe it won't matter. they will think of something else. >> it won't matter. we are dealing constantly in allegations that are not crimes. there is nothing that has been alleged in this taping that
6:18 pm
would be a crime by the president. to be honest these 2006 supposed lee i sons, there is no crime there. the amazing thing to me is they cannot -- you dealt with this in that previous segment. they cannot attack the success of the president and his policies. they can't even attack the agenda of what he's trying to accomplish including meeting with the russians and taking on issues like north korea that have been left more decade unsolved. they can't attack that, so they attack him personally. judge jeanine: it will be an interesting few months. thank you for being with us tonight. my personal message to whoopi goldberg about what went down on "the true" is still ahead. dan bongino and chris hahn ready for battle on the panel.
