bureaucrats that are in favor of more and more immigration. the people who take the jobs in the immigration system are interested in immigration, so by -- by their natural tendency, of course, they want more immigration otherwise they wouldn't be interested in the subject, so you have inherit bias in the entire immigration system toward more and more immigration because the people that aren't interested in immigration don't go to work there. and i think that's -- you have the institutional bias in system. rob: in san bernardino, the shooting, the woman came and didn't ask her any questions. >> the wife of the shooter who participated in the murders was not an american citizen, was vetted supposedly by the united states federal government, by the state department and they never vetted her for her jihadi leanings, they led her into the country and she helps perpetrates the san bernardino
