rob: griff jenkins has more in washington. >> reporter: 6 decades later they are coming home. 55 cases containing what the us believes are the remains of soldiers killed during the korean war by a c-17 cargo plane out of warsaw. on the 65th anniversary of the armistice that ended, the president applaud the efforts, american servicemen will be leaving north korea and heading to the united states. this will be a great moment, thank you to kim jong un. the commanding general in south korea calls the mission successful saying we are prepared to honor the fallen, continuing their journey home. the white house saying this represents a significant first step to recommence repatriation of remains from north korea and resume field operations to search for the estimated 5300 americans who have not yet returned home.

talking about soybeans this is your bread and butter. how much of a relief is that? >> it is a huge relief. we are excited to be in the european market. we have soybeans to sell and we are looking for new customers. rob: it got pretty dicey among all different types of agriculture, people were getting worried, republicans coming out against this trade war the president was starting. how nervous did you get? how nervous did your friends get? >> initially we were very nervous. this happened in late march, early april, the market dropped by $.50 a bushel in one day, here it goes, but we take our time, we listen to what the administration is saying, what

they are trying to do, we hang on. farmers, we are price takers, not price makers but we are used to volatility with the weather and the markets. we are not used to things happening quite so fast. rob: it dropped $.50 a bushel for soybeans. how much does a bushel of soybeans cost? >> at the time soybeans were $10 a bushel, 5% head in one day and it was several months ago and now beans are worth $8.50. there has been a financial price to pay with this but looks like things are on the up and we are excited about that. rob: your greatest competitor when you talk about producing soybeans around the world who is your biggest competitor? >> brazil in south america. brazil has farmland that is unbelievable. they are working on infrastructure together soybeans to market and meet with us. rob: you see this and it is one of those things where if you heard the phrase it will get worse before it gets better,

censorship from the left, tweeting twitter shadow banning prominent republicans, not good, we will look into this discriminatory and illegal practice at once. many complaints, gop lawmakers including freedom caucus representative mark meadows, congressman jim jordan and rhonda mcdaniels say their handles were hidden for months when users searched for them. mcdaniels demanding answers by calling out twitter for not responding to a letter she wrote with donald trump's campaign manager over the bias, twitter told foxnews the problem is the result of algorithmic glitch in the search function and now it appears they have corrected the problem. some say it is no surprise the search bar changes are not known to have impacted any democrats. >> i don't think there's any doubt big tech companies lean left. this is part of twitter's plan to encourage healthy conversation on this, twitter gets to decide what is healthy. >> frustrating experience, people want to control the

compare that to last year when 35 were shot and killed the entire year of 2017. the question is what is causing the horrific increase in violence with our law enforcement panel joined me now, former national police officer vincent hill and new jersey sheriffs association, thank you for joining us this morning. let's start with you. what do you put the blame on? >> reporter: our courts are very lax. the death penalty -- a huge issue. a place to get better. it is a tragedy. >> training a police officer to need better training and anything else they could be doing. >> officers have the best training in the world. when i was in the police we had in service every year, the large problem we are dealing with, the

latest shooting in chicago, haven't mentioned the officer was black and had the officer been right mass media would say white officer shoots unarmed black teen. the report is different on how we are dealing with police and bounce back from the previous administration. shannon: agree with that? >> i do agree with it. it is becoming worse because the media in many cases chimed in once these messages are not accurate. we have done a great deal of good in terms of making progress in the last few years, we try to get a truthful message out to communities of interest and to communicate on a regular basis the facts to the community.

we expose the standards to which we are being held. jillian: it seems the line of communication is failing, line of communication between the police and community is failing. how do you improve upon it? >> they get the truth out. community policeing is great, we need the community to reach back out on a 50/50 scale. jillian: do we go back to things that people have high opinions on? >> when you take away policies like that, look at departments that are changing you embolden criminals to attack police officers. those things were controversial.

when you start looking at departments changing policies to appease the community and people not understanding what the continuum is. jillian: i would argue as a society we have gotten softer, the pc culture, gender neutral this and that, do you think because of the society we are getting softer, that means it is change what you are doing and how it is received? >> i think that is definitely true. the aspects of the problems we are seeing is young people spend endless amount of time being exposed to levels of violence we haven't seen before. they spent a lot of time on social media and the gaming situation. it desensitizes society to the needs of other people.

>> what do you want people to know about job and life? >> probably the hardest job in the world, at any time to save a life even if you don't like this. we need that respect and that is how we start this. jillian: thank you for your time. keep having these conversations until it gets better. rob: emergency in california as an explosive wildfire burns out of control, bulldozer operator is dead, three firefighters are hurt fighting the car fire in northern california near reading. hundreds of miles to the south outside los angeles, the cranston fire forcing thousands from their homes. investigators think this was intentionally set by this man who is suspected of sparking at least four other fires.

patriot, make america great again. jillian: law enforcement paddle on, the struggles with police officers, this story coming out of tallahassee is incredible. >> tallahassee police officer tony carlson went viral earlier this week, caught on camera helping homeless man shave his beard because he wanted to get a job. phil wanted to get a job at a mcdonald's and mcdonald's said he would need to shave to apply. we have an update on this touching story, the tallahassee pd and florida senator marco rubio's office teamed up together to get phil the proper paperwork to apply for that job. look at this facebook post from the police department saying update, we are at the florida state capital, phil said he has never been inside, we are

prominent conservatives who found out if people search their name it does not automatically populate in the search engine yet at the same time we are not seeing this by counterpart to the democratic side of things though it does beg the question, there seems to be discriminatory in nature, i disagree that i don't think illegal action should be taken, this is a private company, they are allowed to do this, they are allowed to have bias. do users want to continue using platforms where we see the bias is prominent. rob: it is not a legal issue. they say it is an algorithm problem but we made some nice graphics to show people how this happened. on the left you have matt gates, republican from florida, rhonda mcdaniels runs the rnc and on the right tom perez. what happens when you search the

names? on the left you don't see matt gates, just a random guy named matt gates, and a little -- on the right you have tom perez, people trying to find these people to hear their message, this is a really big deal, stopping the message from getting out of the people, that is how politicians survive. >> twitter is the way we communicate these days. it is a way people want to follow the president. ironic that he talked about this through the use of twitter, the same format he is attacking. if you are follower of these individuals there is nothing you notice. if there is someone new who wants to find out and follow an individual, you have to know what their twitter account is an to type that in to even be able to find them. it is hard for individuals to know whether this is being done because their followers don't notice it, and that is when it seems twitter is trying to censor.
