iowa college student molly tibbetts, police looking at a reported sighting in missouri. >> officers responding to a truck stop 200 miles from where the 20-year-old went missing east of des moines, she was not found but police are reviewing video footage. she was last seen two weeks ago at her boyfriend's house, she spoke exclusively to fox news. >> i love you, i left for dubuque, iowa, 100 miles away and i was staying there until it was supposed to be friday and then thursday, after i found out she was missing i drove home. contacted my family, her family, her friends. you don't lock your doors. >> police ruled him out as a suspect. reward for information about tibbetts is at $30,000 and we will have more on that throughout the morning. 500 mi. totally charred in the california wildfires, that is bigger than the entire city of

heard of it before. how can you say that when you are not implementing this? they are screaming about russian collusion, we have not been able to prove that we can prove people able to register this way, not a word. it is getting ridiculous, isn't it? >> you say some people say this isn't really a problem but explain why this can be detrimental, why it needs to be fixed? >> we all have a difference of opinion on issues in this country, very important issues and we are not going to verify who is able to vote and put people in and make those critical decisions, but you need to show id to get allergy medication at walgreens, you got to be consistent and take databases that do work and do some basic, is 101 type thing. >> you say the president's approach to voter laws and voter id is correct. why do you say that? >> we need to implement laws on the books, just common sense.

months, and parental benefits. what do you see as the most important aspect of this? >> great for women. women don't have to drop out of the labor force and on public assistance, 17% of new parents do. it is a win for workers, a way of ensuring you can take time off that you need to welcome a new baby to your family. it is great that private companies are stepping up particularly coming out of the tax cuts, companies like cvs and walmart offering benefits but not every worker has those. this is a targeted plan. and paid parental leave, they use their own savings and ensure they have time off. todd: what would you say to critics who say we don't need this? >> i understand his concern about expanding the size of government, this does not expand the size and scope of heaven, it ensures no new taxes which is great for taxpayers. this is way of ensuring women can stay in the workforce, stay

attached to the labor force which is great, it ensures it doesn't crowd out the current benefit for companies already provide to their workers but away of targeting those parents and families who need it most and bills from the left that want a new entitlement, new taxes, greater government involvement in paid leave. todd: do you see this happening? >> i hope so. this is a conservative bill, a solution for families and workers. so far the left is only come to this conversation but everyone recognizes keeping women in the workforce and ensuring parents and families have access to the resources they need is important. this will make it way. jillian: who wins? >> workers win, women when, taxpayers win. jillian: thank you for your time. 46 after the hour, say it ain't
