search for missing iowa student molly, a neighbor exclusively telling fox news she saw a suspicious black suv slowly circumstancing the neighborhood where boyfriend lived and molly staying the night she vanished. rob: so far the fbi has not commented on that but they have questioned iowa hawk farmer cheney, lives miles away from where tibbetts was seen. allowed police to search property and home but refuse today take polygraph test. molly disappeared more than two weeks after going for a run in brooklyn, iowa. we will keep you posted. violent and bloody weekend in chicago between friday and sunday, 63 people were shot in that city, nine of those victims have died, one of them is 17-year-old boy just riding his bike. 34 of those 63 were shot between

jillian: to use rob's terms, strangle, do you see them getting strangled down the road? >> the real is worthless, if iran does the right thing and listens to its people they will come to the table, yes, the head of the iranian came and said there's no deal, we are ready for the united states, but what we haven't heard anything from the president, from the supreme leader, they're keeping quiet right now and i think if you look at internal voices within the iranian regime there could be a movement to come to the table and talk. rob: okay, we will see, maybe we will see a revolution there as well. let's move to north korea and we have somewhat a similar situation, a country that doesn't like to behave. what's the update on that as we try to make the deal happen, are we plg played by the north koreans? >> i don't think it's the fact of being played. let's look at the good that happened here. we have 55 remains of our fallen coming home.

higher crime, higher taxes, socialism or maybe impeaching the president that's brought the best economy in lifetime, how can they possibly win? jillian: antjuan i have a feeling you don't necessarily agree with that. >> bless your heart, gina, we know the president has a history of saying things not true so add this egg to the carton of things of simply just saying things not true, that's what donald trump is known for. jillian: what's not true? >> what is nondebatable for gina or any other republican are a number of things, number one, democrats have the enthusiasm gap on the side, 84% versus 24% versus increase in primary, what's nondebatable up and down the ballot in special elections and other elections across the country 42 some odd seats have been flipped and we are winning places that donald trump won in 2016 primary. what is nondebatable is the simple fact that we are

the country, if you come here to another country and go on crime spree and arrested you get kicked out maybe higher standard for people that we bring in here? >> rob, i would say just ask that question to family in colorado, i'm sure they are probably thinking the same thing. this guy for 5-plus years was being arrested, she should had been deported, last immigration policy from the last administration, unfortunately we didn't, this is the result of it. swril -- jillian: let's take a look at the number of police officers killed in line of duty, as of july 2018 there have been 34, look at that compared to 22 in 2017 and 26 in 2016, that's a distinct difference in those numbers so far this year and it is only august at this point,

what do those numbers tell you? >> it tells me that unfortunately, jillian, we haven't seen the last of this, we still have several months in this year to go but we still have the mainstream media not covering stories like this, but let me flip gears here and had this vim's affected by travel ban, oh, my gosh the mainstream media would be in uproar and pointing the finger at president trump but this officer shot and no one is saying a word about it. that's disturbing that we live in this country and that's acceptable. rob: and you say there's not enough media coverage like this, the media is turning blind eye to these types of stories? >> absolutely, they are turning blind eye, had this officer had used deadly force we would hear about it in mainstream media, the officer shot in the head doesn't really make hell of beans to the mainstream media. rob: thank you so much, we appreciate your time. >> thank you.

rob: all right. jillian: mortgage mess, hundreds of people losing their homes all because of a computer glitch. rob: that sounds unbelievable tracee carrasco from sister network fox business to explain how this is even possible, tracee. tracee: this is outrageous but wells fargo admitted that was a clulation error that may have led to as many as 400 homeowners needlessly losing their homes to foreclosure, wells fargo revealed this in a regulatory filing that the mistake in a mortgage modification tool wrongly factored in lawyer's fees into the formula from the government to determine if the home owner would qualify for a federally backed program. so the bank said as a result of this error, about 625 customers were, quote, incorrectly denied a loan modification with about 4 -- 400 losing homes. wells fargo said they are sorry, they set aside $8 million in second quarter to fix this

problem but that only works out to about $20,000 of homeowners, hopefully they will do more. we have seen so many issues with wells fargo lately. jillian: we have a leak up with, what is this one? >> the galaxy note 9 from samsung, that will be unveiled later this week, officially unveiled but we are getting a little hint that this will be samsung's first phone to support 1tera byte of flash memory which is a big deal because that's huge, the note 9 will have 512 giga bytes of built-in memory as well as support for 512 giga bytes of card, so there's really no other samsung device that has this, if you look at iphone, they don't have that much memory as well, this could mean major competition for apple and the iphone. we will see. jillian: interesting. rob: probably the ice of tv.
