0-tolerance policy was enforced in march and white-collar criminal prosecutions are down 41%, the lowest in 20 years, due to those prosecutions of illegals, the attorney general suggested the justice department is planning to appeal the judge's ruling, back to you. rob: the family of a missing college student state they will bring her home. mollie tibbetts's father thinks she is still alive. >> totally speculation on my part, but i think she is with someone she knows who is over their head, the more hopeful we are that she is alive somewhere and going through something that she can survive.
