conceding just yet. jillian: results are in for other state primaries. looking at the results is political analyst ron meyer. thank you for joining us. let's start in ohio, the special election too close to call at this point. >> reporter: they will pull this off, they will do a recap the 2000 votes is significant in a race like this but it shouldn't be this close, this is a district the president won 50%. it wasn't as republican a district as pa 18 but it shows democrats are more energized than republicans right now. if republicans in the 4% growth, they do a better job turning out in a couple months in november. rob: too close for comfort.

bill schuette got the endorsement of the president in michigan. >> reporter: he did. this is a tie primary between the sitting ag and sitting lg and the attorney general pulled out a victory because of the president's endorsement. the new york times and others are quick to point that out, he got the advantage because of the president's support. michigan is a c trump won a huge upset in 2016. the republican governor, most prognosticators lean democratic. jillian: the gubernatorial race for the democrat primary, gretchen is the winner there. >> your typical hillary clinton establishment democrat, nothing new as far as the wing of the democratic party, she will run the flag up the paul and see if there is a blue wave and then she can win but there's nothing particularly special about her campaign. rob: that was something for them.
