"the hill"'s john solomon unearthed hundreds of emails, text, and handwritten memos between bruce ohr and the ex-foreign spy and dirty dossier author, christopher steele.

the communications detail various meetings, the exchange of intelligence, and a coordinated effort between someone who was it the fourth highest person at obama's justice department and a former foreign agent working on behalf of the clinton campaign at ad consulting firm called fusion gps. other documents show that bruce ohr was in touch with the founder of fusion gps, glenn simpson. he even knew about the simpson's effort to leak the dirty dossier to the press prior to the election, writing "it was glenn's hail mary attempt." this is major developing news, and we are only scratching the surface. the mainstream media couldn't care less. they were too busy bashing president trump for everything under the sun. take a a look. >> it's the demagogues tool cake that he uses, and he uses it

all of the information we found this week indicate that there is a connection between bruce ohr i'm a nellie ohr his wife, fusion gps, for whom she worked, glenn simpson, and christopher steele. kind of explain that to the audience. >> this is highly significant, judge jeanine, because it shows a very contentious relationship between the way they felt about donald trump, which we know christopher steele hade said it to bruce ohr, these were in the three oh two's, christopher steele emphatically said he did not want president trump to win the electionni and become president of the united states. here is a former foreign spy with the british intelligence agency, actually actively involved in our own election. he is doing this with the fourth highest member of the doj. now we have nellie ohr, his wife. she is working for glenn simpson at fusion gps. she is a russian expert.

she speaks russian fluently. she is passing information along, t and as you see these emails, they review a tight-knit relationship. i was talking to lawmakers today, and if they were emphatic about the fact that they needed to bring people to depose them. they will bring them to the house judiciary committee, the house oversight committee, so they can question them about this relationship and the information that they were passing to theth fbi. >> jeanine: clearly they are going to be doing that. it goodlatte is going to be doing that. but greg gregg jarrett, i will go to you. you we know it is a russian hoax, you wrote the book. even moret significantly, all of these players, this conspiracy e doj, the fbi, the hillary clinton campaign, fusion gps paid for by the dnc. where does that leave all of these players legally? >> you need a calculator to

count all of the regulations and laws that have been violated here. not only did communist confederates that he a new was a fake document, the dossier, that was being pushed by the ohr's a. they used it anyway as an excuse to try to destroy tromp, and damage candidacy, remove him from office after elected. in so doing, they violated fbi regulations and, importantly, they perpetrated a fraud on the fisa court. that is abuse of power, which is a felony. that is also perjury, because f they swore to the veracity of the document when they presented it to the court. and a cover up since then, that is obstruction of justice. there are a variety of crimes. i lay them all out in the book. >> jeanine: you do it well. sarah, i will go back to you. christopher steele, who is the spy, you got information from

russia for hillary and the dnc and fusion gps. the fbi says that he cannot give information, some bruce ohr decides to backee channel the information from christopher steele. event christopher steele tries to get on the mueller team. what it what is it about the mueller team? >> it tells us a lot. they were trying to back channel this information. i would be very concerned about robert mueller. i would want to talkld to him. the problem here, judge jeanine, is there is nobody checking on the people that are actually in charge. a doj that has nobody above it. so unless the inspector general releases the report this year, which i don't expect -- i've actually spoken to people, he is intensely working on russiaon reports. it probably won't come out till next year. >> jeanine: i don't care how intense lee he is. let me ask this, if we have christopher steele, he is trying

to get on the campaign. there is nobody looking at this anyway, so are we engaging in unnecessary efforts? >> no, thiss is how coverups work. the truth is slow to emerge. it takes a long time. we know enough now that it was a cesspool of correction corrupt. mr. steele whoho fabricated this dossier, the russia hoax, the collision narrative, this is a guy -- i dug them out out of a british court were proceeding and put it in the book, he basically said that his document wasn't worth the paper it was written on. and he said it is unverifiable, principally because it was based on anonymous sources in triple and quadruple hearsay. the fbi knew this. they didn't care. they wanted so much to stop donald trump that they were willing to break the law to do it to abuse their power to

subvert the rule of law and undermine democracy. >> jeanine: sara, do we know where christopher steele is now? is he in the country, is he in the u.k., is he an russia? where is this guy? >> he is in the u.k. according to all of the sources i have spoken with, he is in thf u.k. are not making himself ver. public because he is also being sued. this is the reason why senator chuck bradley with the senate judiciary committee is adamantly about getting the deposition he gave in london to the united states. the problem, judge jeanine, is here. we are christopher steele, a foreign spy, involved in our election, collecting information from the russians. once again, if there was any collusion, the collision is on their part with russia. there is no evidence that president trump or his campaign was involved in collusion with russiass. >> jeanine: christopher steele, did he lie or did he testify here at all?

horizon is a subsidiary of alaska airlines. witnesses say they saw the plane being followed by military aircraft near the airport. it is a regional turbo airplane that can seat up to 76 passengers, but authorities say no passengers were on board. information from the pierce county sheriff says it was stolen by a 29-year-old mechanic. no passengers were aboard the plane, and it crashed into catron island in puget sound, about 25 miles from the airport there. the sheriff also saying that this is not a terrorist attack. this was a single suicide male, 29-year-old guy, that no others are involved. they say the man could be heard on audio recordings telling air traffic reporters that he has a lot of people that care about them and he is just a broken gu. setting a vessel to the scene,

now he has unlimited power and authority, ask the question why are republicans in congress continuing with this funding, going after him? >> jeanine: what's interesting is congressman offered an amendment where the mueller investigation would be defunded after six months or whatever a period of time could be agreed on. of course, they wouldn't allow it to go forward. the republicans, and even the senateil talked about a bill tht would prevent the president in the event he tried to fire mueller. you've got rhinos, people -- isn't charlie right? why are we funding this thing when there is not a case in federal court that has anything to do with the charge?
