jack: good morning, welcome back democratic candidates in texas pushing to decriminalize illegal crossing. rob: beto orourke running against ted cruz saying asylum seekers attempt to do what any human would do is to request asylum in between ports of entry, we should not criminalize that. here to weigh in director of policy studies at the center for immigration, jessica vaughn. he says that they are requesting asylum in between ports of entry, now, for everybody at home if you go to port of entry you get asylum case and you can plead your case there, is that really what's happening or are these people that just know they don't have case for asylum trying to sneak? >> well, these are people who have hired criminal smuggling organizations to bring them to

with the governor and other statewide representatives they all know that texans want to see more border security not less just like the rest of americans and this shouldn't be politicized in the way. rob: you saw three candidates to push to be decross-claimallized as the country has deteriorated in the recent years, the quality of life there, the cartels much more powerful it would appear, they say -- they say it's dangerous to go to cancún which has always been a safe place, if they do decriminalize this and méxico completely falls apart it would be a mass exodus to the knot, would it not? >> we might see something along the lines of what's happening with venezuela right now where venezuelans are fleeing to every other country they can get to including here. decriminalizing would send a
