65 pages of notes and texts and meetings between him and christopher steele. he said the fbi knew about the seedy relationship with steele. we will break it wide open. no doubt that a conspiracy to commit fraud against fisa court judges took place. the testimony from bruce ohr. twice demoted doj official who helped christopher steele spread anti-trump and russian lies. today bruce ohr was grilled on the hill by members of the house oversight and judiciary committees for 7 hours. the crucial issue at play here is rampant fisa abuse about christopher steele dirty dossier with russian lies that hillary clinton funneled into a law firm
6:04 pm
through fusion gps that hired christopher steele. sarah carter is reporting that the fbi was aware of steele's extreme anti-trump bias. bruce ohr even wrote steele was desperate that donald trump not get elected. he was passionate that donald trump not be president of the united states. sounds like page and strzok. sarah carter also reporting that today's hearing proved that the fbi was using bruce ohr as a back channel for steele's anti-trump intel even after the fbi cut all formal ties with christopher steele over trust issues. he is saying that the fbi knew everything. and congress ratcliffe is telling us that ohr was not mentioned in any of the fbi fisa

applications against the trump campaign. sarah carter and john solomon will be with us tonight. this is another side of the fbi's blatant effort to hide the true nature of clinton's bought and paid for dirty russian dossier. it was compromised. it turned out to be lies. russian lines funded by the clintom campaign and the dnc. they funneled the money through a law firm. hiring fusion gps who fired christopher steele an ex-foreign spy with seedy russian connections who was working for fusion gps and was on the fbi payroll. he was working with bruce ohr's wife, the ohrs were profiting off their relationship with christopher steele. ohr said today he disclosed that to the fbi. really? the fbi was okay with that?
6:06 pm
now this is where we are. we know for a fact that in 4 separate fisa court applications, fisa court judges were repeatedly lied to. knowingly lied to. the american people, you were all lied to. all in an effort by high ranking government bureaucrats to rob an election and at all costs stop donald trump from winning and then to destroy his presidency. communications between ohr and christopher steele, 60 pages of it. it shows that steele was concerned about being exposed for this and for good reason. this level of corruption and abuse should make every single american citizen sick. a blatant example of what i been telling you. a 2 tiered justice system. hillary clinton gets a free pass and trump is targeted by the government with her phoney
6:07 pm
campaign research put together by a foreign national using russian sources for lies. we have a brand new article tonight from greg jarrett. he details how james comey took control of the clinton investigation and took it out of the hands of the field offices and twisted the facts and exonerated clinton and rigged her investigation from the beginning. there never really was an investigation. clinton was never going to be found guilty. she was the favorite candidate. the fib and the department of justice worked hand and hand with christopher steele to use his phoney lies to open an investigation into trump and russian collusion. they gained fisa warrants illegally and leaked that information to the general public to sway opinion with lies. this is the stuff that happened in the former soviet union. all of this despite everybody
6:08 pm
knowing including ohr admitting today that steele's shady past and his work for the clinton campaign and bias against trump and leaks to the press, that he was let go by the fbi. it's no wonder president trump talks about a witch hunt. mr. sessions, where are you tonight? why are you standing by and doing nothing to fix what is clearly a horrific inequality in our justice system? tonight senator lindsey graham summed it up best. >> a lot of people are trying to convict president trump. don't be so fast. i have seen no evidence of collusion after 2 years. mueller is looking at it. not one democrat seems to care. imagine the republican party hired a foreign agent to go to

6:12 pm
son. >> sean: more cnn fake news. according to buzz feed one of the unnamed sources was the cohen attorney lane davis who is back tracking on his claims to fake news cnn. he said his client doesn't have information of that trump tower meeting. he said that we were wrong and michael cohen testified under oath. this is all coming out. that he had no knowledge of trump's involvement in that meeting. a new wrinkle. when cnn published that report they said davis declined to comment. that's fake news at its worst. tonight cnn is standing by that flawed story. a spokesperson said they are confident in their phoney reporting. it seems like a perfect story for some media reporters at cnn
6:13 pm
but they are too busy watching this show every night because they can't watch their fake news network and only terrible reporting from them every day. the debacle about davis is a long line of fake reporting. in 2017, 3 cnn reporters resigned after a fake report about scaramucci. and fake news reporting from cnn about president trump. with the japanese prime minister and they were feeding the fish. cnn blinded by their hatred. while the network ramps up this faulty reporting to destroy the president, the country is improving by leaps and bounds. stock market breaking new records. low levels of unemployment. african-americans and

hispanic-americans and women and youth unemployment. a 52 year low. and consumer confidence closing at an 18-year high. more good news to report on the economic front. joining us now is texas congressman john ratcliffe and john solomon on the hill. congressman, did bruce ohr ever testify before robert mueller? did that come up? >> i have to be careful. your viewers want information. but there is a confidentity agreement. you have good sources. i listened to your monologue and you are on track. >> sean: you are smiling so that's a good guess. john, wouldn't that mean a lot if he didn't testify before mueller? we have 60 pages of notes and all of the meetings and the fact
6:15 pm
he said under testimony today that this steele dossier could never be useed in a court of law but it was used for a fisa warrant to get court approval to spy on americans? >> yes. >> go ahead. >> i didn't know what john you were talking to. >> sean: john solomon first. >> yes. many of the members i talked to said that was one of the most important revelations. ohr said he has never heard nor has his wife heard from special counsel mueller. if mueller wanted to get to the bottom of this. the question congresses raised whether the fisa warrant a legitimate, he would want to talk to bruce ohr and find out why was he playing the intermediary role. bruce ohr was never interviewed. what is bob mueller really up to?
6:16 pm
>> sean: we have 63 pages of text, emails and handwritten notes between ohr and steele. steele was already fired for lying and leaking. paid by clinton through fusion gps but also was on the record for hating donald trump saying he was desperate that trump not get elected. did he comment on any of that today? >> he did. i can summarize it the best way like this, sean: when the department of justice walks into the foreign intelligence surveillance court and says we want a warrant to spy on an american citizen and the central piece of evidence is a dossier, there is an obligation to say, by the way, the number 4 person in our organization and his wife had major prominent operational roles with respect to how that dossier was put together, how the fbi received it and they
6:17 pm
were paid by 3rd parties for that. those are material facts. the material facts have to be disexplosed. in this case they were not. >> sean: he said today as i understand it that he told the fbi that his wife put this together and they still used him as a back channel. they never told the fisa court that piece of evidence. they never told the fisa court who paid for the dossier. the only conclusion is we know it's irrefutable that the fisa court was repeatedly lied too on 4 separate fisa applications. is that a true statement? >> here's what i can tell you about his testimony today: my real question walking in what did the fbi and the department of justice know about bruce ohr and his wife? his testimony today was he gave
6:18 pm
us a list of half a dozen fbi and department of justice officials that told about his involvement and his wife's involvement and with symbols and the payment. these would be names familiar to you. you said them on your program before. as someone who refused the fisa applications -- i can't talk about what is in there. i can tell you what is not in there. what is not in there is any information about nellie and bruce ohr. >> sean: back to my question. the fisa -- fraud was committed multiple times on the fisa court. they with held information to the court relating to the fbi knew steele put this together. he never verified it. they never told the court hillary paid for it.
6:19 pm
isn't that a fraud committed on the court? lying to a court? >> if bruce ohr's testimony today was truthful and accurate, then what you are saying about the information that was not submitted to the fisa court and should have been, that's a big problem. >> sean: a big problem or against the law to lie to a court? >> well, as a former officers of the court you have to have a full and complete disclosure of the facts. >> sean: if i lied to the court do you think you could get me out of prison? >> if i were one of those folks that were identified today -- and in at least one case, one name he identified for us today signed one of those fisa applications. i would retain a really good lawyer. >> sean: i think his name is jc.
6:20 pm
i am just going. -- guessing. thanks for being with us. john solomon, you tie it all together as it relates to this russian oligarch and bruce ohr and steele and the department of justice. give a summary of the report. >> the fbi had a 10 year relationship with a russian oligarch. he tried to rescue a former agent. ohr asked him questions about organized crime. in 2016 an event occurred. the fbi showed up september 2016, one month before the fisa application and said we think paul manafort is colluding with russia to help trump win the election. they got that information from christopher steele. that's in his dossier. and a trusted guy tells him,
6:21 pm
it's preposterous. you got it wrong. >> sean: you wrote that russian collusion occurred. steele and the fbi and the doj. tie it all together so everybody understands. >> we talk about any contact with russia must be terrible. the fbi had a lot of contact with russians and got help locating a former information. here's the real problem with collusion, it goes into the fisa warrant. when he tells him you are wrong about manafort, they had an obligation to go to the court steele told us this, but this russian guy is telling us something different. there is no evidence that occurred. >> sean: this is not just any oligarch. this is a friend of putin's. >> if you look at video clips you will see him in many of the clips with putin. very prominent in russia.
6:22 pm
>> sean: all of these others players, ohr and others, they are meeting with this oligarch who is friends with putin. this is supposed to be about putin and we are talking about taxi medallions and bank loan applications. >> democrats with collude with the russians and buy it. but when republicans have a meeting with a russian it sounds criminal. that's what frustrated people so much about the unfairness and telling of this story. >> sean: congressman, the last word on this tonight. >> as a former federal prosecutor, what i heard today in bruce ohr's testimony was shocking, alarming and disappointing. these times of things did not happen in the justice department where i worked. >> sean: you are a former prosecutor. i have a lot of respect for
6:23 pm
prosecutors. it's a hard job especially for people that believe in equal justice under the law. is there anybody that could do what happened here that is watching this show tonight that could omit key information in an application to get a warrant to spy on in this case an opposition party, campaign associate leading up to an election and not be arrested and put in jail? those people who put their name on those fisa warrant applications not they swearing to the truthfulness of those applications? if they withhold information, aren't they -- isn't this pre-meditated fraud on a court? everybody that signed them? did they commit fraud on a court? >> my opinion on this, sean, there is a guy named john huber who is the u.s. attorney for utah who was tasked by jeff

sessions to investigate. my recommendation to mr. huber would be for him to contact my office and ask for a copy of the transcript of bruce ohr. i will make his job a lot easier. >> sean: could i have a copy of it? >> [laughing]. not yet. >> sean: thank you, congressman. we will stay on this. first we have a fox news alert. another race to call. tonight on this busy night. big night in florida for the president. two for two down there. ron desantis and governor rick scott both won their primaries. ed henry, what have you got? >> this is a huge upset. fox projecting right now an upset win in florida's gubernatorial primary. based on the latest vote return fox projects that andrew gillum

won the democratic nomination. he is backed by socialist bernie sanders. he beat graham the daughter of bob graham. this is a sign the democratic party is being pulled further left even in a swing state like florida. it pits this bernie sanders backed candidate gillum and ron desantis backed by president trump. this should be an epic clash in the mid-terms. sanders versus trump when you have desantis who was given no chance of winning just a few months ago. a dramatic victory today against adam putnam. the president tweeted just a few moments ago: such a fantastic win for ron desantis. the people of the great state of florida, ron will be a fantastic governor. on to november!
