brian: we are back with a fox news alert. get this: three of the muslim extremists accused of training children to shoot up at the new mexico compound are now free. ainsley: their charges have been dropped and the judge is blaming the prosecutors. ed: "fox & friends" co-host rob schmitt joins us live from the newsroom with the latest developments and they are shocking. rob: how this happened is going to anger people. simple mistake by prosecutors leads to the release of three of the five suspects arrested at that extremist compound in new mexico. lucas morthe three have been see after the three were dismissed. the three failed to follow state rules requiring an evidentiary hearing within 10 days of the suspect's being charged and jailed. that's how it happened. the other two suspects remain in jail on separate child abuse charges
