what is great is we don't know how he would rule on these cases going and because he will not predetermine a case. he's not going to say i am here because i hope to get this results. it will depend on each of them on the arguments being made before them. you might inc. you know what the case is about but when you hear thousands of pages of briefing on both sides you get a much fuller understanding. a lot of people saying how will you vote on this case or the other, he can't do that, it is not ethical and that is the right answer because we want him to have an open mind. rob: susan collins, roe v wade was settled law, do you believe he could have an impact on that or will they leave it be? >> i think he's not the vote to look at, chief justice roberts is the person you would have to look too but most of the
