and that he fought failed to disclose any of this. meanwhile according to a breaking report from judicial watch it appears that fbi agent peter strzok author of the first draft of the fbi's letter to congress about the clinton emails found on anthony weiner's laptop which proves his critical role. and yes, hillary's exoneration without investigation. we will have some good news into the investigation of fisa butte. new report, sara carter and president trump make declassify 20 plus pages of fisa documents that people have been begging to be released. these documents should shine a very important light on how the dossier was used to lie and commit fraud on a fisa court, which we have been breaking. and by the way, who knew what, when? clinton paid a fusion gps with money and funneled through the law firm.

10:19 pm
himself actually told this. in an interview yesterday, he said that they are seriously considering the classifying the 20 places of a foreign intelligence surveillance act warrants that have been redacted by the doj. i called these at rosenstein's bicep. why? because he signed off on the last fisa, and that is critical. these are 20 pages of the carter page fisa that they do not want to come out. why? because there is information i? they are that there has been a fraud perpetrated on the secret court. >> sean: the fraud would be the fisa court was it, that was all they had? now if that is in fact true, the next question would be, did they ever make an effort to verify or corroborate? i think the answer would be at best limited and no, which means that they purposely committed a fraud on for fisa court judges.ns
10:20 pm
that they politicize the department of justice and the fbi. where do we go from there, joe? >> here's the problem. it's fairly obvious that fraud was committed on the court andl all of this evidence was there. there isn't any doubt about it. so the question is, whyde isn't huber conducting a grand jury on this? he was supposed to be looking at this in uranium one. in uranium one, he didn't even interview doug campbell, who is victoria's client. the bottom line is, we cannot trust the departmentnt under rosenstein who by the way no longer -- he has a big problem with fisa. personally. >> sean: he signed the last one. >> but it's worse than that. he is now under investigation and can't do investigations anymore. the bottom line isio this. rosenstein is under investigation for things that involve the fisa warrant.ns and here's the key thing.
10:21 pm
sessions is out of all of this. he can't do anything. so where are we in the department? we have a mass of such proportions that there is nothing that can be done. i do not trust at this point that the inspector general who has no subpoena authority is going to be able to get to the bottom of this. he is, in fact, right now investigating rod rosenstein's role in the fisa warrantst proc process. so rosenstein can't have anything to do with the fisa process. >> sean: i have not confirmed that myself, sara, have you? >> i have not confirmed that what i have heard that. >> sean: joe? >> bottom line is we have all talk to people and that's what i know and i'm happy to say, it's a tragedy for where theav department is.op the department is in very bad shape right now. it is in free fall and sessions is completely disengaged from that.
10:22 pm
it's a travesty of immense proportions and here's what we have to do. congressman meadows' request is very important, he deserves all kinds of metals for pursuing this. what we need to do is, if the members of congress from both the house and the senate need to demand that there be a federal grand jury investigation to all of the fisa processes, and everything that was done around it before the election and everything that was done in it after the election which involved lying to the fisa court. this is now so dangerous to the contrary, that this could be going on and with that editorial in "the new york times," that subversion. what you are reading in "the new york times" editorial is subversion. believes they can thwart an election. >> the president must declassify these four sets of
