another democrat, a congresswoman from california, no less, forwards a july letter to you containing a completely unsubstantiated claim that supreme court nominee brett kavanaugh while in high school tried to force himself on another high school student almost 40, i said 40 years ago. kavanaugh for anyone who even cares has categorically and unequivocally denied the allegation. so why are we just hear being this now? diane, when you get the letter, what do you do to make sure it's real? that the person is even real? given the penchant to buy fake dossiers and make up facts and collude with the media to sabotage even the president of the united states, forgive me if i think it's all hogwash. okay. you say quote the individual

strongly requested confidentialality, declined to come forward or press the matter further. and i honored that decision. diane, you honored that decision. did you even speak to this alleged person? did you meet with her, talk with her, interview her. did you ask her to meet with others? did you ask why she said nothing for almost 40 years. and diane, why would you wait to even send it to the fbi. is it because nothing in you and your pack of demon rats, that's what i said, demon rats, aka, democrats bag of tricks was working against kavanaugh. nothing was working what you were doing, including cory booker and every unhinged lunatic you could find. >> bre brett kavanaugh to serves

issued 1,300 follow-up questions, now, you want to character assassinate this man who has undergone six fbi full field investigations where no such allegation reaccept belg this anonymous man sense has ever surfaced? diane, as a ranging member of the committee interviewing kavanaugh how could you let a moment pass without addressing the issue when kavanaugh was in front of you and had the opportunity to respond. why would you let it go? let me tell you why you let it go. even you didn't believe it. what other reason could there be. i know about women who have been sexually assaulted and the kind of pain they go from. it's different from other crimes. it lingers and rears its head throughout their lives. i prosecuted on their behalf for

11th hour says i got this anonymous letter 40 years ago and he sexually abused somebody, and we didn't bring it up until just now. what took them so long? >> you make a great point. she waited until after the hearing. but this wasn't the only hearing this judge has gone through. he has gone through all the background checks. he has been appointed a judge so he had to go through there as well. it never came up. remember senator feinstein, her own body person, her driver, we found out worked for the chinese government, and we didn't find that out until a couple years later. this is politics. this is how far this country has split apart. the "new york times" would print an anonymous letter without a name. now they are going forward with this. this is the wrong thing to do by the wrong person. if you watch that entire

hearing. we have one senator who thinks he's spartacus because he's releasing information that's already released. they embarrass themselves. this is not where we are going. we have three separate branches of government. judge kavanaugh has been through every scrutiny there possibly has been. the way he handled himself with all the uprising. all the people that would try to break it up and get arrested. he had a mind, i think i want somebody like that. he kept his head and answered the questions. judge jeanine: i want to move on to something that is incredibly important and i want to continue to talk about going forward after tonight. and that is the google twitter, facebook and what is going on. you are at the tip of the spear in congress as it relates to

getting going toll come before you and answer some questions. why and how far are you getting? >> understand this, judge. i'm fired with another congressman, patrick mchenry on the innovation initiative. i believe in technology and i come from california. but i don't like bias toward conservatives. this is something we have been working on, we have the ceo of twitter who came before us. he admitted he shadow-banned conservatives. judge jeanine: explain to my viewers what you mean by shadow-ban. >> they went through a conservative on twitter, puts some information out. long before they went even know it's not going to all the followers. people don't see it. people aren't seeing it on the twitter feed.

what they did to prager university. they banned when they talk about baseball or israel. but the real concern i have today was google. your viewers have to understand, 90% of all searches go through google. when you go through that second page of the information, 95% drop off. they control the information we are seeing on the internet. when you see the video that came forward -- >> i want to show it right now. it's a -- go ahead, guys. can we put the sound on what was going on at google? >> most of people here are pretty upset and pretty sad for -- because of the election. >> in the first moment i really felt like we were going to lose, there was a massive kick in the gut that we were going to lose. and it was really painful. >> we'll be strong and vocal.

and not just from a press standpoint or p.r. standing point. but actually working hard behind the sanes. judge jeanine: that's the day after donald trump was elected. there is prove positive they hate conservatives and hate donald trump. can conservatives feel safe on facebook and twitter and should they get information from google? >> that's what we are working forward on stopping the bias. they have a silent donation where they work to get certain people to the polls to vote for hillary. but what is disturbing as an american. google stopped working with the u.s. military. but they work with russia and china. in china they created a search engine so the chinese government can spy on people searching.

and they pat each other on the back when they get negative stories about the president or carter page. tell us what the latest is. >> they talk about the media leak strategy. and there is news reports out this weekend saying that the leak of the dossier which they are talking about over unclassified systems, the disasterrier was classified according to the fbi and doj. they say the leak of the dossier at the beginning of the trump administration to cnn and buzzfeed, they said maybe we can use this as a pretext to interview people. this leak strategy that they know was happening. it was coming out of their sister agencies, the fbi is acknowledged to be involved in stories. they knew christopher steele and fusion gps was leaking information. they didn't tell the fisa courts

that. they were spying on trump, they were taking up the information from the trump campaign phone records. they were targeting carter page with an illegal fisa warrant. , through this page warrant. and all part of that strategy was the leak of all that classified activity to make trump look bad. i was laughing because this google video, you could have had the same video videotaped of the fbi. that was the reaction of the fbi to the trump victory. judge jeanine: the whole thing is sick. we have carter page coming up as the next guest. but way find so incredible is that when this stuff is leaked, they actually come out, peter strzok, just like he did at the hearings. his lawyer says they were investigating leaks and they wanted to stop them.

but we now know that there are text messages to each other about congratulating each other. they are getting articles written and the strategy is work is consistent with the articles coming out. what is coming next? how much worse is it going to get, tom? >> these are text messages they found that supposedly had been deleted. so there are emails no one has seen. they are slow walking the release of emails to judicial watch separately. there is the rest of the fisa application that the president by all accounts is prepare topped declassify. it's a matter of when, not if. my view is the president needs to stop it through executive authority on his own or seek court action to stop this mueller investigation. if all the comes in an investigation before you were doing this corruption, what

me too? >> certainly they would definitely try. congressman nunes -- congressman schiff is constantly throwing out words about me, testifying incorrectly in front of congress, et cetera. it's so preposterous. judge jeanine: now, you know, paul manafort is put in solitary confinement 23 hours a day in an effort to break him. and right now, we realize that, you know, they will do anything to break someone in order to get at this president. but the strong and page texts now make it very clear that they were leaking information about a fisa warrant involving you that no one in this country has ever seen in a newspaper before. should these guys go to jail?

>> judge jeanine. it's funny. devlin barrett in the "washington post" had a report about me having interviews with the fbi. the following month they kept having the various leaks you are referring to. i told them similar to what in manafort's attorney said yesterday. he had security threats. he's concerned about his safety. that's exactly what i told the fbi that month as well. it's a terrible shame instead of thinking about safety of americans, they are concerned about political agendas. judge jeanine: i see your tweet from today. you say with you, too, have suffered death threats, carter. >> absolutely. i alerted to the fbi to this in march. and sure enough, you know, as

controversial experience with twitter. executive director mark mccrory. tell us what happened. >> we tried to promote some tweets. this is a paid ad. some were accepted some did not. the ones that were rejected had the word criminal alien and illegal immigrant in them. they told us they were rejected for hateful content. only when we started to make a fuss and fox news and others called up twitter, then they backed off and said it was a mistake. we didn't mean to do any of it. i don't believe it. judge jeanine: so many people are having content banned or not included or things -- i talked to someone today who said she had something up on google two years ago and now it's down.

they are changing our lexicon, the dictionary. if hate speech, the word illegal alien is hate speech, why does title 8 of the u.s.c. include criminal alien and illegal alien in our statute. i'm telling you, mark, this is the beginning of their attempt to not only control our first amendment free speech, but to stop us from speaking. this is where europe is. what can we do about this, mark? >> all we can do is push back all the time. this happened to us a few months ago with a couple of these tweets. we kind of let it slide. that was a mistake. everybody needs to push back every time it happens and make a fuss by the. when you turn the lights on, the cockroaches scatter.

when you focus attention on their attempt to manipulate language. judge jeanine: this week the dalai lama, something he said caught my attention. i was blown away. he talked about europe being for the europeans and refugees should go home and rebuild. ways your reaction as many perceive as a controversial statement and a statement but for the dalai lama i guarantee would have been expunged as hate content. >> the whole point to refugees is you protect them while a war is going on so they can go home and rebuild. of course, that's what they should be doing. a lot of the syrians want to go home. lebanon wants to accepted them home. judge jeanine: the refugees are
