month or two ago. what do i mean that that he is the barack obama of asia? he wants to pursue a deal to get the north koreans to denuclearize where they don't ever denuclearize. what i mean by that is as i said, anytime there is peace talks, we welcome these talks, no one wants war but what donald trump did successfully when he was pursuing the maximum pressure campaign to bring everyone to the table, moon has a different vision for asia. one of the reasons it is so important for us, for us troops to be in south korea is as a counter to japan, to china. we are in japan, in south korea because of the south china sea, the chinese military expansion we have seen throughout the

individuals contemporaneously, the medical records. i would add to this keith ellison but their accusations against jared brown with domestic abuse. todd: his accuser got a restraining order. >> accusation in a court of law. two examples democrats are ignoring. todd: i cannot let that go because this is an issue that came up time and time again, going back to his divorce records in the 1980s and his ex-wife has come out saying a lot of unfortunate things have been said. his current wife along with his former wife, a united front on this. bad things were set in the 1980s in the midst of a messy divorce but i don't think these things should be conflated. that situation has been entirely litigated politically and otherwise in ohio.

todd: let's go to what is in the news this week, brett kavanaugh, days away, what could be, we will see if we hear from both of them next week but how will this impact the midterms if it will at all? >> it will impact the midterms and it will not benefit democrats for a number of reasons. red state democrats like claire mccaskill are in trouble if they vote against brett cavanagh. fox news polling said more than double persuadable voters in missouri are likely to come out and oppose her if she is to oppose brett cavanagh, someone numbers in indiana. we say democrats are the party of obstructive resist, all the proof you need, they had 30 hours of public testimony to ask about this, 1200 follow-up questions, 65 meetings, they
