once she is heard, the confirmation vote if it is a he said she said situation how to change anything? >> that is a tough one and that will be up to senate republicans and the rest of the senate to decide that. i hate that this is politicized but monday was an arbitrary day they set so as long as her other requests are met it is important we do hear from her. she is a working mother and has had death threats and she is concerned about her security detail. if we can accommodate that, that is a reasonable request. it is not unusual to say monday doesn't work for me, can we do another day? i don't think there's anything wrong with that. pete: members of the committee
