we really want to make sure our younger population has been screened and detected. but there are some things that you can ask you do two lower your risk. you can do anything about that. but you can eat helpfully, maintain a normal weight. being overweight, obesity fatty foods as well as alcohol is directly related to an increased risk of breast cancer. also some lifestyle modifications can help to reduce risks. we do that with our screening programs. for your average woman without significant family history or any personal history of radiation are known genetic mutations we start at age 40 and we do it every year as long as you are in good health. the age 40 to 49 is a crucial time to make sure you are being screened.

>> you're you are the quarterback of your healthcare team. it is smaller and easier to treat it. it doesn't necessarily mean that i will it will never come back however it's easily treatable. and all the have a better chance of survival. it is not your grandma's mammogram. are there new advancements in this. instead of the 2d or flat black and white image. we now had 3d screening and helps us to find more cancers earlier. what is it seen differently than the other ones were. >> when you have dense breast tissue. a lot of cancers tend to hide behind that tissue. we are finding the smaller cancers that have been masked or hit it before. all of these other things.
