the las vegas police department has not found a motive for that shooting. hundreds of passengers are forced to evacuate after this was imagine being on the plane, fire broke out in the wheels of this plane, they were taking off from the delta flight at jfk airport in new york as crews sprayed down the plane. delta says the plane was already heading back to the gate when the fire started due to the brakes overheating. no one was injured and they were able to get out safely. preparing for flooding. some areas especially in arizona dealing with flash flooding. tropical storm rosa expected to make landfall in mexico this morning before pushing toward the us. the storm threatening 10 million people throughout the southwest, many of those people just returning after evacuating from wildfires.

industry segments were very nervous about the dissolution of nafta which involves incredibly important supply chains. it is our biggest trade agreement, biggest trade partners so incredibly important. everyone agrees nafta needs to be rewritten but obviously the reluctance of canada to join until the last minute suggests we exacted some compromises from canada such as allowing greater dairy imports which is a contentious issue so this is a big win for our farmers. not just dairy but poultry farmers. it is important for manufacturers because their supply chains were in jeopardy. now as the administration is holding some manufacturers come back to our shores, now that this trade pact is in existence, and has 16 years to run so we can be revised after six years but has good longevity and clarity which is important.

heather: the regardless of all the noise we hear in terms of allegations they made in terms of the supreme court, the economy remains the number one issue for people. how do you think this will impact the midterms? >> that is exactly right. it is the economy, stupid. one of the big clouds over this booming economy or one that has been put out there particularly by the left-wing media that doesn't want to see a booming economy has been the possibility that these trade battles with china, with the eu, could slow our growth. there is almost no evidence that that has happened so far but this is really important in my view, getting this thing done because now the world knows the trump is not just a political wrecking ball, he has a strategy and they went trade deals. we have seen this with south korea, we have nafta in place, the eu agreement will start

moving along and canada so what this is designed to do his level the playing field for companies certainly but also begin to push china towards better behavior. if we can agree to better terms with all these major players china will be very isolated. heather: the when you talk about leveling the playing field, something going on that we mentioned yesterday that outraged me a little bit talking about leveling the playing field for women, they are trying to say they have to have at least one woman on the board by 2019, this requirement requiring a slap in the face, earning it? >> quotas are insulting, suggest women can't get there on their own. we can send governors and legislators in europe, not

heather: 20 the cartoon was by chris britt and it depicts brett kavanaugh's daughter saying dear god, please forgive my angry, lying, alcoholic father for sexually assaulting doctor ford while praying before bed. obviously a take on that moment, that brought tears to my eyes through all the testimony we heard. what is your take on this? >> this cartoon is not funny, not witty, it goes wholesale with uncorroborated accusations and seeks to think not just brett kavanaugh but his 10-year-old daughter. it sickly twists this idea that the kavanaugh family could extend religious goodwill to christine ford, but this cartoonist gets away with it without a lot of criticism because the media will not hold anybody on the left accountable. heather: before we get to the
