mandatory evacuations underway for parts of the state and the state of emergency has been declared in 35 counties as the storm barrels toward the coast. people are doing what they can to prepare, filling sandbags and lining up to get gas ahead of time. >> if you are under an evacuation order, leave, don't wait. there are people to help you and no excuse, you got to keep your family safe. >> reporter: is not just rain that is the concern but the threat of tornadoes and 8 to 12 foot storm surge large enough to crest over the roofs of homes. >> hurricane michael is a massive storm that can bring total devastation to our state especially in the panhandle. >> reporter: the storm caused major damage in central america, 13 people died over the weekend after michael formed off the coast of northern honduras. donald trump says his administration is ready to provide whatever support is needed. >> we urge all residents to be prepared and to heed local officials.

venue of the political nature of the event, the group meeting at the bar regardless were violated. >> google plus shutdown after private information of hundreds of thousands of people is exposed. rob: tracy carrasco is here to explain why it took so long to expose this breach. >> reporter: google is shutting down its social network. 500,000 people, their personal information shared through this social network being shutdowns, google found out about this in march. this is exposed personal information to 400 outside developers from 2015 into march 2018 when they discovered it and fixed it but we are just hearing about it. this goes along with the theme of social media companies disclosing information and keeping us in the dark.

we do know google's ceo will schedule to testify in front of the senate judiciary committee in november. this was said before this was never disclosed so he has to face questions about this. rob: i remember when mcdonald's faced a lawsuit for the hot cup of coffee, that woman was really burned and we have another one. >> reporter: she was awarded $3 million which now we have a 14-year-old teenager suing mcdonald's in oregon for $1.56 million after she says an employee allegedly spilled hot water on her and burned her lower body. she says she suffered second-degree burns. it is unclear the extent of those burns but said she was seriously injured, but suing mcdonald's for that. the second time we know of they have been in trouble. rob: with the coffee i remember, doesn't have to be that hot.

rob: evacuation underway as hurricane michael barrels to the florida panhandle. the storm is pounding cuba. jillian: officials warn of life turning storm surge is ice 12 feet with heavy rainfall and flooding. rob: janice, landfall sometime tomorrow morning as had changed? >> tomorrow morning, midday, not sure exactly how quickly the storm will move to the northeast but i will tell you tomorrow morning midday in the afternoon but we will feel the impact of the storm later today. we are running out of time to make your preparations and do your evacuations if you are told to do so. the 5 am advisor, category one, 90 mile-per-hour sustained winds, 96 make a category 2 and we are anticipating rapid intensification to a major hurricane once it makes landfall across the floor to panhandle, the big bend taking the worst of the storm surge, the worst of the right-hand side of the storm. we could see a foot of rainfall, week tornadoes as the storm impacts land.

there is the track, the new track in the next couple hours but the bottom line is we are running out of time. this will make landfall tomorrow. computer models are in good agreement it is going to be a florida panhandle landfall but the impacts being felt along the west coast of florida as well as inland. hurricane warnings posted for parts of georgia and alabama and you can see the sea surface temperatures, the warm waters we look at in terms of how much power the storm could get as it moves northeastward and the upper level winds are very favorable for intensification. there are the hurricane warnings, this will be a quick mover but the storm surge could be catastrophic, 8 to 12 foot for storm surge on the big bend and once it makes impact we will deal with tropical storm conditions across the carolinas, areas that were devastated by hurricane florence. even though it will make

have death threats also against doctor ford. there is too much on both sides. i would also remind you and your viewers that our democracy was set up on speaking truth to power. if we went along to get along we would never be democracy we are. you can always take things too far and both sides of taken things too far at certain times, but your elected officials who paid with my tax dollars exactly what you think they should be doing. rob: this is a reporter talking about paid protesters and how a number of these people were paid to incite this kind of activity. listen. >> we talked to one woman who works for ultraviolet who was paid, she helped steer people in the right ways to confront. there were people who were paid to try to harness that energy in a way that would make the viral moments we ended up with. rob: one of those was the jeff flake confrontation which may have led to that 1-week

investigation by the fbi which cleared his name. we all saw that. what do you think about the fact? >> it doesn't surprise me in some ways because unfortunately for the democratic side, they are so devoid of policy to counter what the gop have been doing through donald trump and the gop majority in congress, people are going back to work by the millions, wages are rising, we are confronting our adversaries around the world, great stuff. you probably do have to pay people to find people to confront folks like jeff flake about the fact they were trying to turn do process into presumption of innocence on its head. rob: one republican got a beheading picture sent to him, rand paul's wife says she has to sleep with a gun by her bed
