boycotts. i got in trouble with poor old lebron james and i was just kidding. it's like you can can't joke bt they can say the most horrific things possible. i think they are worried, are they not?he i mean you have broken through in their own way in politics, just kind of came on the scene with turning point usa. there are other people coming forward saying, the demonization of donald trump and the republican, the economy is doing really well. i mean the market is down today but this kind of stuff happens. stuff is going really well and these people seem really angry all the time and it doesn't compute at some point. >> the anger is masking there in insecurity. if there's any chance that conservatives might come after the cultural war, they went back to the cultural war. they are going to say whatever

they can to smear him to make sure that no other black people wake up and understand it has been the left of that has our community. it's been democrat policies that have rendered our communities in the shape that they are in today when we talk about chicago, philadelphia and all the major cities that have been run down. any people or having a mass awakening and awa kanye west is one reason why. >> laura: so you've met with kanye west and tomorrow you guys are is striking up a friendship, but what is it with he and trum trump? is thatt the path toward criminl justice reform, or other work m they might do to get kids out of gangs, was a collaboration there? >> i don't want to speak for him but i will tell you my assessment after having several conversations. first and foremost, connie is very educated about the democratic party and history of the democrat party. beyond that we just don't want to bend them and go forward.

we want to make sure that everybody isis separate, they le fearmongering but kanye west is not about any of those things. he wants to see a world that was better than the world we ran yesterday, and donald trump sees that our president is courageous. he's willing to state the things he needs to be said. we haven't had that. >>id i think they are terrifiedf kanye west so it's like, he's crazy, he belongs in an insane asylum -- they don't actually want to argue about the same, but candace, give us an update. it and coming up, you won't want to miss this.
