6:00 pm
is like this. >> tucker: you would think that liberals would be on your side because supposedly they were against it, too. thank you very much for coming on. it was great to see you. we are done for the night and we will be back tomorrow. the show that is the sworn enemy of lying, pomposity, smugness and groupthink. good night from washington, sean hannity from new york city right now. >> sean: tucker, thank you. welcome to "hannity." so lies, smears, slander, no due process or presumption of innocence. disbursement besmirch meant as e again, and we will show you how democrats, and their friends on the left are demonizing all political differences and how they have no vision for the country, fanning flames of violent protesting and lying to you, the american people, purposely. alec baldwin wants to overthrow the u.s. government and robert de niro calling the
6:01 pm
president the devil. bernie sanders refusing to condemn violent protesters. meanwhile in massachusetts, once identified as a minority or native american professor, she released the result of her dna test and she is not. and a brand-new undercover video from project veritas exposing missouri senator claire mccaskill that we will show you exclusively, and far left of use from everything from the second amendment to impeaching the president and how she's trying to hide it all. also hillary clinton busy defending her husband from allegations of sexual misconduct. all of this plus news breaking from saudi arabia and a major setback for stormy daniels and michael avenatti. it's time for tonight's jam-packed opening news breaking monologue. at this hour, we have booked breaking news on multiple front fronts. it has been thrown out and she has been ordered by a california judge to pay donald trump's
6:02 pm
legal fees. by the way, expect crickets from the stormy stormy stormy network. this is just the latest in a long series of harassment. and meanwhile, michael brunson, the former american pastor who was detained in turkey for years, thankful he is back home in the united states. he met with the president at the this weekend and will join us tomorrow. also our last piece of breaking news surrounding saudi arabia, the mysterious disappearance of a journalist last seen walking into the saudi consulate in istanbul in turkey. saudi arabia was knowingly responsible for this man's death and that means that president trump was lied to and that means strong punitive action is coming against the kingdom. now as we speak, the secretary of state mike pompeo is headed to saudi arabia in search of those answers. we have more on those important stories throughout the show.
6:03 pm
we start tonight, 22 days, three weeks from tomorrow until the midterm elections. we have to cover what has now become, and we've been warning people, an extraordinarily dangerous political comments all across america. earlier today, the nypd tweeted out this picture of the suspects who were wanted for vandalizing and starting a fight in a new york city republican club, breaking windows and painting anarchist symbols on the front. let me be clear. violent mob rule, it has to be unacceptable in the united states of america. those responsible, i don't care what your reviews, need to be sent to jail regardless of political affiliation. over the weekend we saw several brutal classes, near riots between groups in cities like new york city and portland, oregon. look at this on your screen. this stuff has to stop, somebody's going to get hurt and somebody's going to end up getting killed. at the end of the day we all
6:04 pm
need to be safe. this is what rand paul was warning about. everyone was entitled to their opinions, and we don't have the right to throw punches. in portland they are blocking traffic and assaulting pedestrians, intimidating commuters. settle your political disputes, you have your shot in 22 days from now. whether this type of violence occurs on the left or the right, we know it should be the duty of elected officials and leaders to strongly confirm these actions. sadly we can also report tonight, instead of calling out, these mobs were what they are doing in this violence, they are being spurred on by demonizing political differences, vilifying people who have different points of view. it's happening from the left. this sounds like a call to arms or marching orders on behalf of some people, and it's extraordinarily dangerous. take a look. >> you cannot be civil with a
6:05 pm
political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about. that's why i believe if we are fortunate enough to win back the house and/or the senate, that's when civility can start again. >> if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. and you push back on them. and you tell them, they are not welcome. anymore, anywhere. >> please don't just come here today and then go home, go to the hill today. get up and get up in the space of some congresspeople. >> michelle says, when they go low, we go high. no. when they go low, we kick them. [laughter] >> sean: get up in their faces, get a crowd and confront
6:06 pm
them and follow them into grocery stores, department stores and gas stations. kick them if they are down, is that how we handle disagreement? you can't be civil? only if we win political elections? bernie sanders, the so-called socialist refused to even call out this kind of broad mob ruld violence that we've been showing you weeks and at night after night. take a look. >> should people who are republican officials be disrupted when they are eating a meal at a restaurant? it is appropriate for protesters to be banging on the doors of the supreme court? that's really what the debate is about. >> well, i am very strongly in favor of mobilizing the american people come to stand up and fight for economic justice and social justice and racial and environmental justice. i think we have to mobilize people. i am not a great fan of being rude or disrupting activities. >> sean: so bernie refuses to take a stand.
6:07 pm
the so-called peace-loving people of hollywood are ramping up their rhetoric and even more. alec baldwin called for an overthrow of president trump. is this really true? is alec baldwin and anna crist now? >> the way we implement change in america is through elections. we change governments here at home in an orderly and formal way. in that orderly and formal way and a lawful way, we need to overthrow the government of the united states. >> overthrow the government, great words. naturally the mainstream media awarded that professional truck heater, they gave him a brand-new talk show on abc broadcasting. well, unsurprisingly, baldwin's new gig is a spectacular failure. it set a record. his show garnered the single lowest ratings of any sunday night network show.
6:08 pm
even the cw beat him. cable tv beat him. and while appearing on that extremely unsuccessful new show, trump hating actor robert de niro compared trump and his allies to the devil. i guess with the irredeemable, bible hugging, and loving, playing into god, guns and religion people. now the devil. take a look. >> if there's a point that many of these people that are now with trump are going to be tainted for the rest of their lives. they are not going to be -- people are not going to be -- want to be around. they are paying such a price. making a deal with the devil, it's scary. >> sean: another peaceful liberal, same guy that put compares a president to hitler, wanting to punch the president of the united states in the face and launching into a vulgar tirade at the tony awards, and that rhetoric from michael moore, that's not much better.
6:09 pm
and guess what, to the disappointment of many detached coastal hollywood elites. meanwhile when they are not ramping up, and lying to you, nowhere is this more obvious than with massachusetts senator, pocahontas as a president calls her, and for long periods of time has identified themselves as a minority, teaching at the university of pennsylvania. she actually changed her ethnicity from white to native american. at harvard law school, she was once described as the first woman of color. she published her own cookbook entitled, powwow child. today she published the results of the dna study and it turns out she's roughly 1/64-1/1024
6:10 pm
native american. even the cherokee nation slammed the test results and said they were useless. take a look. >> senator warren release some or her dna results showing that there is a strong likelihood that she has native american. >> how much, 1/1000? she owes the country an apology. what is her percentage? >> i don't have the exact number. >> what about the money that you told her you would -- >> you mean if she gets the nomination in the debate? i will only do that if i can test her personally and that will not be something that i would enjoy doing. >> sean: at the president's right, this is not a good look for warren.
6:11 pm
senator warren is not the only prominent democrat by the way at embarrassing herself tonight. hillary clinton once again forcing her way back into the national spotlight, this time with the defense of her husband's sexual misconduct with a 22-year-old. she was old enough, apparently. take a look. >> in retrospect do you think bill should have resigned in the wake of the monica lewinsky sent mike a scandal? >> absolutely not. >> is it not an abuse of power? >> no. >> there are people that look at the abuse in the 90s and say the president of the united states cannot have a consensual relationship with an intern. the power imbalance is too great. >> where is roy is juanita broderick? what we saw from clinton and what we are seeing from elizabeth warren, what we are seeing from the radical left is typical of the democrats strategy. the double standard is so transparent, and democrats are literally now being instructed
6:12 pm
by party leaders. don't talk about immigration. open borders, eliminating ice. don't talk about what we really want to do. don't ever mention impeachment, even though by the way those are the pillars to the democratic agenda, should you give them power back in 22 days. open borders, no more i.c.e., they want to take the crumbs back and illuminate the tax cut cuts. the list is 30 items deep at this point. no more deep state investigations, no more judicial appointments and of course they want to preserve obamacare. mccaskill is trying to build herself as a moderate, which he is not. and project veritas is exposing the sensor is anything but. either way we got this tape exclusively and as always we report and you decide to, and it
6:13 pm
features mccaskill and some of her campaign staffers talking about the centrist policies on guns and impeachment and more. that's not exactly what she's campaigning on. take a look. >> if we have the kind of year i think we might have, i think we might be in the position that we can get votes on this stuff. and we get 60, and she knows that. then it goes to the house and it's awkward with all those house number, the members. >> so you would be on board? >> of course. >> >> she doesn't go out and openly support, and like her ability to get elected. >> and guess what, they are not
6:14 pm
responding. that's more of a doubt one mccaskill's "moderate image. the people of missouri really knew where claire mccaskill stands and, she is basically a boat for chuck schumer. take a look. >> claire mccaskill, caught on tape. >> and if we do our job in st. louis county, i could give up at the a few votes in the b. >> claire mccaskill. she's given up on you. >> i'm at josh hawley and i approve this message. >> sean: and give up a few votes, okay. and more shocking news out of arizona, we first showed you kristen cinema, once called the people of her estate and her
6:15 pm
state the meth lab of democracy. in 2011 she's in texas and speaking and calling her federal arizonans that she wants to vote for her, calling them crazy. she also promoted an event and it arizona state university including a lawyer who represented a blind shake, convicted of the 1995 bombing, mastermind of terrorist pots. and, you can check that out yourself, to which it is. to reclaimed the tradition of feminist witchcraft against the iraq war. her opponent, martha mcsally, was defending her country and despite her unusual and frankly cd past, and martha mcsally has now jumped out to a thin lead to. claire mccaskill, you just saw
quote quote
6:16 pm
him pretrade in the project veritas video, it's important to remember, mccaskill voted against cavanaugh, against due process, against the presumption of innocence. and now republican dean heller has opened up a significant lead to. that was an important race getting him reelected in nevada. we are also focusing on more critical house races. we start in georgia tonight, there is six districts with republican incumbent karen handel is being challenged by lucy mcbeth and, robert woodall is in a dead heat with democrat carolyn bardo. in illinois, there are six g.o.p. incumbent, peter ross cap. he has a razor-thin edge over democrat. mike bost has a slim lead over
6:17 pm
democrat brendan kelly. and in illinois 13th g.o.p. district, incumbent rodney davis has a significant edge over democrat betsy laundry again. in illinois 14, we have a republican randy whole-grain who is locked in a close race with lauren underwood. and donald trump oneness, republican incumbent bruce colic wins, his seat is now being threatened by democrat jared golden. and republican tim wahlberg squares off against democrat gretchen driscoll. g.o.p. incumbent mike bishop with a tight race, and michigan 11, pro trunk g.o.p. nominee lena epstein is in an uphill against democrat haley stevens. we are 22 days away from the biggest midterm election in our lifetime. these races are extraordinarily tight, everything is at stake and anyone who tells you that they know what's going to happen is lying to you. now if you choose to stay home,
6:18 pm
that's essentially casting at least a half a vote for nancy pelosi and chuck schumer. and if you vote for the democrat, you are voting for nancy pelosi because in most cases, it 99%, they will vote with her. joe donnelly, bill nelson in florida, claire mccaskill, kyrsten sinema and arizona -- you don't vote for dean heller, you basically voted for schumer. it would come to a halt and endless witch hunts against the president will pop up every day. impeachment would be pursued, and they are salivating over that they are not telling you. but if you like the booming economy, if you are in love with our constitution and presumption of innocence, inalienable rights, the choice is clear. in 22 days, ask yourself if you are better off than you were two years ago.
6:19 pm
is your paycheck bigger? are your taxes lower? is the country safer and as the world safer? according to a memo written by "the new york times," that is john podesta's group and, democrats have been advised to come and spend no time at all talking about immigration, you are out of touch. keep it quiet, like up and saying all along. it's a party of lies. they are hiding what they will do in the hopes they can trick you into voting for them in 20 due days. you get the power and have the power to stop the world again. joining us now, fox news contributor sara carter and annie mccarthy is with us. what's particularly disturbing about kyrsten sinema, she thinks her state is the meth capital of the world and now we see this new tape that is inviting witches. the more important issue is the lawyer that she invited to
6:20 pm
arizona state university, you prosecuted the blind shake. who is lynn stewart? >> sean, lynn stewart was my chief adversary in that case. she was the defense lawyer for the blind shake. after she was convicted of a conspiracy involving a jihadist organization that he basically was the formative figure of a new york, which violates -- which bombed the world trade center in 1993, which plotted to bomb the new york city landmarks right after that, after he was convicted, after all of his process was run through and he was no longer accused, lynn stewart continue to function not only as his lawyer but as his confederate for purposes of getting messages out of him, his confinement, he was sentenced to life in prison for terrorism convictions.
6:21 pm
and -- >> sean: why would -- >> for the same reason that kyrsten sinema said she would have no problem with people joining the tele- band. let's remember that at the time she was saying that sort of stuff, the taliban was a organization that gave safe haven to al qaeda without which there would not have been 9/11 attacks. >> sean: let me go to sarah. when you look at the center for american progress or even maxine waters saying, they keep telling me not to say it, but we are going to do it, impeach 45. so to win democrats have to hide who they are and lied to the american people, to win an election. that's the big story, and we can't be civil, take them when they are down, confronting pam bondi, secretary nelson, sarah
6:22 pm
sanders and ted cruz. what's going on with this party? >> i think we are seeing a desperation and this party, that this party wants to ensure that, when they think that by writing this very low road, as when i call it, especially when we think of eric holder, we will kick them when they are low, we will go after them. we are seeing all this craziness, this witches curse. >> sean: put that up on the screen as you are speaking. you think it's connected to these people that are saying, go confront them? >> absolutely. they are antagonizing the public with this rancor. we see this, they use the media to construct a narrative that is extraordinarily dangerous to our country. that is why we have to stick to the facts. the american people are not don done. dumb. the american people are far to the left so no matter what facts you bring out to them they will
6:23 pm
automatically agree with that side. the american people understand what's going on here and if they are smart they will go to the voting polls and vote. otherwise we will lose a very significant investigation. >> that's all truth two. thank you both. we will have more on these riots over the weekend, and much more breaking news. john spicer, dan bongino and a big announcement, straight ahea ahead. i think we can do better. change is hard. try to keep an open mind. come on, dad. this is for me, son? principal. we can help you plan for that.
6:24 pm
6:25 pm

6:26 pm
6:27 pm
>> sean: more reaction to tonight's monologue, and america's first action senior advisor, sean spicer, and the author of a brand-new best seller, spygate, former secret service agent. sean, i know you went through a
6:28 pm
lot when the press secretary, and words are one thing, but when you have leaders -- the former candidate for the democratic party saying, we can't be civil with them. we have the former attorney general of the usa saying, kick them? if they go low, we kick them? then we have maxine waters saying, you see these cabinet people and you get a crowd and you follow them into gas stations and grocery stores. you saw that from pam bondi, secretary nielsen and ted cruz, somebody is going to get killed here. but they don't seem to care. >> you are absolutely right. and he shot up by a of house republican members. i think the concern, it all seems to be working in one direction. instead of denouncing it, you know the media would be out
6:29 pm
there asking the right to do that, and then you see it doubling down. these people are doubling down and inciting it, and if this was the right doing it to the left, if these were donald trump supporters, they would be outraged on every one of those left-wing cable shows that we see time and time again. it's outraged -- >> sean: go ahead and finish. >> i was going to say, i've never seen such a double standard. they justify the actions on the left, he is all the commentators hosts on cnn saying please don't call it a mob, which it clearly is. >> sean: how dare we say it's a mob. >> yes. >> sean: "the new york post" actually said, these are the people that are wanted. not only portland last weekend and this weekend but new york
6:30 pm
this weekend and a bunch of anarchists which go to the new york g.o.p. club, republican club or whatever it happens to be. they are meeting vandalism and anarchists, signs that they are putting up et cetera and then there's a confrontation on the street there. i'm kind of pit stop that i even believe for a second what they wrote. this is coming from the radical left, but look at alec baldwin, the lowest ratings in the history basically of any network television. it's never been that low. or michael moore's movie. does this translate to the ballot box in 22 days? >> we are already seeing some of the results of that. we are seeing a raise closing in michigan. john james, an insurgent candidate. >> sean: i think he's a rock star.
6:31 pm
i love him. >> is great, is videos are terrific. two quick points. the left's religion and state power, that's their religion. when they lose state power, they have nothing to fall back on. they are socialists and their religion, they genuflect at the altar state power. >> you know how they lied and they disseminated false information. all the phony documents leaked before the election, and then it was used to set up the whole mueller investigation. maxine waters says to me, don't say it. we will do it but don't say it. now the center for american progress, john podesta's group, they are now out there saying don't talk about immigration. don't tell people what you really want to do. so for them to win they have to lie and hide who they really are which is a pretty revealing instance. and then we have the tape of
6:32 pm
phil bred a sin. >> if you look at a candidate, it's called the people of arizona crazy. all of these tapes start unraveling about her talking about it being okay to join the taliban. >> sean: let's go back. >> there is a double standard with how they cover the right and how they cover the left. all they want to do is talk about the style and substance with donald trump. they can't talk about the candidates or the results because if there is either economic policy or foreign policy. the president is getting things done and they know they can't be what he's getting done. >> sean: i see things moving in the right direction with the senate, sean spicer, but in the house it's too hard to tell. >> it's getting close.
6:33 pm
>> it's closer, but are you confident that the house? >> a whole lot of them will be -- they stop the agenda dead in their tracks. you need to get out and vote. >> anybody that votes for -- you are voting for your lives and a hidden agenda. when we come back, kristin fisher in washington and the latest on the missing saudi journalist. and elizabeth warren's big dna tests. later, we have a big announcement, a great announcement. you will love it, that straight ahead.

6:37 pm
6:38 pm
>> sean: at the very latest on the growing backlash on senator warren's so-called dna test along with the continued of elements along with the disappearance of the journalist journalists, fox news washington correspondence. kristin fisher is watching both of these stories and this is getting very strange. i wonder if the president was lied to by the saudis, and in fact this journalist was -- khashoggi was in fact killed, and nobody knew at the top. it's hard to believe. >> there are so many questions about it and that's one of the reasons that mike pompeo is on his way to saudi arabia to try to figure out what first-hand exactly happened. that's one story we are watching tonight. the other one is, senator elizabeth warren who is receiving a lot of pushback from releasing those dna test results, at least to see some of those anywhere from 1/64-1/1004
6:39 pm
percentage native american. she is being accused of dishonoring tribal governments and their citizens while obama's 2012 campaign manager says "argue substance all you want but why 22 days before a critical election where we must win the house and senate to save america? why can't the democrats ever stay focused? this pretty much erases any doubt that senator warren has her eye on 2,020. then the other stories that we were monitoring what we were talking about where these reports that saudi arabia is preparing to admit that they accidentally killed a saudi journalist jamaal khashoggi and it was an unauthorized interrogation gone wrong. the president has been briefed about him, the secretary of state mike pompeo is now on his way to saudi arabia to meet the king and hopefully find out firsthand what happened.
6:40 pm
lots of moving parts on both stories tonight. >> very scary. and joining us now with reaction's national security and global affairs analysis, morgan ortagus. also with us as jessica tarlov, fox news contributor. morgan, you lived almost two years yourself and saudi arabia and you know it very well. they had denied it vigorously, but in fact, khashoggi never came out of the consulate when he went in. it didn't make sense, and it's hard to believe the stories that are emerging. again, not confirmed by fox, but it could have been interrogation gone bad, i'm not buying that. i'm not buying that saudi leadership in the crown prince didn't know either. >> sean, i think you hit the nail on the head here and that is that the saudis have been lying to the president and his team for the past two weeks.
6:41 pm
and, they called jared kushner and others in the administration to deny any sort of saudi involvement. so the big thing tomorrow, when he flew at a moment's notice, to deal with the story, i knew that it met the president with the business and he wanted to get down to the facts. there are many fronts in which the saudis are very good partners of the united states. i worked with him very closely well i was in saudi arabia to curb the illicit flows of funding to al qaeda and other terrorist organizations. so there are ways in which as it relates to terrorism and countering our own, the relationship is important book. but i think there needs to be a lot of answers here specifically why they chose to lie to the president publicly for the past two weeks. >> mike pompeo is the guy, i think one of the best
6:42 pm
appointments that the president has made, and amazing secretary of state. strong and tough and firm and getting lots of good things done. so she literally purposely changes. then, the first female minority at harvard, that was printed for like ten years. 1/164. one out of 1,024 -- that's a lie. she allowed a lie to go forward for a long period of time, and somehow she is acting as if she has been vindicated in all of this. and as the cherokee nation leaders said, we are not buying it either. >> she never said she was part of the cherokee nation and there are a number of law professors that she's worked with and others that she hasn't all over the country vouching for her.
6:43 pm
>> she actually didn't like. i think it was a mistake. she's done this for years. she portrayed herself as a native american, and she's not. that's the bottom line here. >> i was about to say, it's less than the average american. i think it's unfortunate, and we have 22 days to go. >> sean: it's less than unfortunate, she's been letting the slide. >> having a conversation about the racism that has come out of donald trump's mouth and other members of the g.o.p. when they call her pocahontas, she does have that as part of her lineag lineage. >> sean: if you were in saudi arabia, we know how oppressive life has been under

sharia law. until recently, they can't vote and they can't drive and we know the and are either beaten or killed. we know you cannot practice christianity or judaism in the entire country. what was it like for you -- when you left the consulate, i assume you had to dress and cover and all of that. what was it like? >> i wasn't wearing the snakeskin dress when i left saudi arabia for sure. my relationship with the saudi arabia government was incredible. we got a lot of work done. there was a lot of things that i was proud of, but we did have to wear and did have to dress. can i say one thing about elizabeth warren? i'm just as much the little mermaid as she is an american eat indian. >> thanks for getting that in there morgan, i appreciate that as a final thought. >> we will cook up some powwow
6:45 pm
chow when the segment is over. >> jessie, do you want to respond? >> i said senator warren should not have done this today. >> sean: and she shouldn't have lied for years. why don't you just pick on the issue? >> because she didn't lie. >> sean: by the way if jesse were here -- >> jesse is hiding from me. he's not feeling well, feel better jesse. >> sean: we have breaking news about fusion gps cofounder, and catherine herridge has a report. also carter page responding to breaking news and what he will do to clear his name, straight ahead. want a performance car that actually fits your life? introducing the new 2019 ford edge st. capability meets power. in the first suv from the ford performance team.

6:50 pm
lot of them tonight. fox news to correspondent catherine herridge tonight. lots happening for first with rod rosenstein and glenn simpson and we are still waiting for subpoena documents. >> good evening. a short time ago that fox news can the statement confirming they will not comply with the house subpoena and appear on capitol hill tomorrow but he won't answer questions about the anti-trump dossier and he still plans to take the fifth. the statement reads in part "compelling glenn simpson to appear for a confidential if the position after he has been stated to invoke his constitutional rights not to testify reinforces that this is a political exercise, not a serious inquiry." lawmakers want answers from him but the dnc clinton campaign funded antitrust dossier that was used like verified intelligence by the fbi and justice oriented ended 2016 to secure a surveillance warrant for trump campaign, a.k.a.
6:51 pm
carter page. depositions are also scheduled now with the fbi top lawyer james a baker. he revealed earlier this month that the fbi got russia information from the lawyer whose firm handled the trunk dossier. a deposition is also on deck for russia researcher at nellie ohr who also worked for simpson. in addition, documents show her husband, justice department official bruce ohr became the unofficial back channel for the dossier to the fbi. significantly, sean, his earlier testimony conflicts with ohr's emails about the contact. meanwhile the house committee's republican term and is considering a subpoena for the deputy attorney general rod rosenstein to secure his testimony under oath about whether he's seriously discussed with the president and removed him from office. also late today at carter page who was the subject of the surveillance warrant was the target of that effort to file a lawsuit against the dnc as well as a law firm, and that law firm
6:52 pm
