i will have the witch do it to me for real. be sure to follow me on instagram, facebook and twitter. "justice with judge jeanine" is next. and remember, i'm watters and this is my world. [♪] judge jeanine: hello and welcome to justice. i'm puerto rico. -- i'm jeanine pirro. thank you for keeping "liars, leakers and liberals" on the "new york times" best sellers list. on deck, an exclusive tour of liberty university with the
12:01 am
president of the groundbreaking college, jerry falwell, jr. a tour you won't want to miss. but first my opening statement. the military needs to be deployed our southern border immediately to stop the caravan of thousands of illegals pouring into our nation. right now is a very dangerous time for americans. border control is essential to your safety and the safety of your family. the military, the national guard, i.c.e., border patrol and dhs needs to block this caravan from entering our nation. i'm not saying they are all criminals. what i aming a is, who are they? what i am saying is i want to vet them, screen them. i want to find out hop among them is a criminal, who among them is a gang member like the
12:02 am
notorious ms-13 gang members who arrogantly rode into our country during the obama years and they are in new york brutally and savage lip murdering innocent american citizens. i want to know who is a pedophile, who is a sex offender. who thinks they are entitled to beat hair wives. who -- beat their wives. who likes a drive drunk and who has no problem hauling dwrugs for the cartel. if you can prove you are not a criminal, i want to know what you have to offer us. what do you bring to this great nation. what are you going contribute. why should we be proud to count as an america other than adding to the democrats voting bloc and continuing the mob mentality that you already exhibited you are proficient at. if you are not a criminal. i want you to get to the back of
12:03 am
the line behind everyone else who waited for a visa, came here legally, hired a lawyer, learned american history and sworn allegiance to this great nation. tomorrow then am i interested in even talking to you about entering. i for one am sick and tired of the sense of entitlement that illegals have to enter this country then immediately claim their constitutional rights as they carry the flags not of america, but the flags of their country. god forbid if we try to deported them to the flag of the country they so proudly wave. they break our laws to come here. they are not entitled to come here. this is not a left or right issue. this is a security issue. a safety issue. we simply cannot have people
12:04 am
about whom we know nothing living next door to us, working next to us or driving next to us. crossers claim they are running from violence in their own countries. i spent my career helping victims of crimes. criminals who should have been stopped long before the crime. you are telling me because they are being victim ietds that every one of them is a victim and entitled to come here as opposed to anywhere else on the planet? go to the u.n., stay in mexico. now, they say their poverty is justification for illegal entry. i have got news for you. millions are suffering from poverty all over the world. haiti, uganda, zimbabwe, the
12:05 am
congo, third world countries. why is it just central americans and mexicans are the poverty stricken ones pouring into this country by the millions? why? because they can. because no one has told them they can't. because no one has stopped them. they come because there is a big prize at the end. education, medication, housing, food stamps, all the things you pay for. so you want open borders. look at what it's done to europe. if the left, the mob, and the demon rats have their way, there would be rogue cities and rogue zones all over the u.s. just like europe with crime-ridden zones where law abiding citizens and law enforcement are afraid to enter, and for good reason. the left then, the democrats in
12:06 am
this country add an additional layer of protection so illegal criminals can not arrested in sanctuary cities and states where american citizens are put at risk. these people don't want a border wall. if you ever asked yourself why? do you think they have a philosophical or ideological objection to the concept of a wall or protection? of course not. all these bozos are protected by doors and fences and security. but they want our borders open, they want illegals to cross as a mob and act like a mob and you night around a state they have no right to be in and register and vote democrat. many brit poison drugs that take the lives of hundreds of thousands of americans. 90% of heroin use in this
12:07 am
country comes through the on bored and mexico thumbs its noles at us and says your people ask for it. i have got an idea. it's time to play hardball. the foreign aid to those countries, $464 million in foreign aid from us to guatemala, honduras and el salvador. end it. if they need it so badly use to it take care of the poverty and victimization in their country. i'm sick and tired of people telling to us have a heart. we have a heart. we are the most of generous country in the world. in 1986 ronald reagan gave all illegals amnesty. but amnesty does nothing but create an incentive for additional crossing by illegals so here we are again. for all of you who want to trash
12:08 am
president trump, i have got even more news for you. presidents bush and obama sent the military to the border to the tune of $1.3 billion. and it's time to do it again. let me be clear. when you cross the border into these united states illegally, expect to be arrested. you do not have the right to be here. we did not invite you here. you cannot stay here. john way out, you can tell the democrat george soros and the angry mob coming here, you either come the right way like everyone else or be ready to face the military and a one-way ticket back to where you came from. that's my open. don't forget my book, "liars, leakers and liberals." it's on the "new york times" best sellers list for three
12:09 am
months and counting. it's got to be killing them at the "new york times." president trump tackled the issue of immigration and the caravan in guatemala while taking on the democrats at a raucous rally in nevada today. >> the democrat party and its openly inviting millions of illegal aliens to break our laws, violate our borders and overwhelm our nation. the democrats want care vans. they like the care vans. a lot of people say i wonder who started that caravan? i want to thank mexico. mexico has been so incredible. thank you, mexico and the leaders of mexico. thank you. you know why? because now mexico respected the leadership of the united states. they now respect our leaders. thank you, mexico.
12:10 am
great. we appreciate it. we do. but what they want -- by the way, so we started the wall, it's moving along. i want to build it rapidly, i can do it in a year, we did $1.6 billion, we have -- it sounds like a lot of money. but the wall -- i want to do it in one year. i want them to approve the wall. judge jeanine: joining me with more on this developing story and other topics making news, kellyanne conway. the president just suggested there might be more behind this and this sudden caravan right before the mid terms. i must tell you, it seems to have happened all of a sudden. i haven't heard about a caravan
12:11 am
since obama invited them in 2014 and 2015. what do you think is the genesis of this sudden movement toward the southern border? >> whatever the genesis. it's great that cameras and the lights are on. i'm a fan of showing america what is happening. not just what is being carried through some of the reports. but just shine the light. bring the cameras. now people can see what it really means. before they saw what they called the kid in cages which it turned out to be president trump's kids in cages. but let's see what's happening and juxtapose that with a president saying in light of the modernized revolutionary trade deal, the usmca. we have better relationship with mexico now and they are helping now. judge jeanine: if they respect
12:12 am
this president and commander-in-chief, and i believe you, i should be comfortable believing mexico is going to stop them before they come to the united states. >> they ought to do that. if you look statistically, until very recently, the predominant trafficker, the predominant person coming over the border was a single male coming in from mexico. now 45% or so are family units coming in unaccompanied minors or people who say they are a family coming in from central america. we are encouraging people to smuggle children over and pretend they are a family unit. by the way, i talked to a number of cabinet secretaries and senior officials. our brave men and women at the border are doing the best they can. and they risk their lives every
12:13 am
day to be there and ask legitimate questions. if you want to stand in line at one of the 26 ports of entry and stand in line you can do that. we are talking about the sexual assaults are up. the child smuggling is up. the drug smuggling is up. we are a sovereign nation without physical borders. judge jeanine: i want to talk about the heroin crossing the border. the poison killing hundreds of thousands of americans. a thousand a week. minimum. >> there is no doubt. this president has had as a major focus stopping the drug supply and drug demand crisis. 72,000 americans dead last year. 90% of heroin in this country comes through the southern
12:14 am
border. the fentanyl which is nferred labs in china we are told is also coming through the southern border because everybody knows it's an easy way to get in. this is very problematic. he's constantly talking about the poison coming over the southern border coming to your community. this opioid and drug crisis is no longer somebody else's coworker, kid or community. it's touching every community in this country. judge jeanine: the president seems to have indicated that khashoggi, he believes the explanation for khashoggi's death given by the saudis, but there seems to be evidence of him being tortured and chokehold. it wasn't just a fight, it was a planned execution with bone saws. >> i have know information to
12:15 am
verify any of that. i will stand by the comments the secretary of state mike pompeo and the president has made. the investigations are ongoing. the president made clear that it seems by the information that the man is dead. it's upsetting to see a major network run a false report that our president said is incorrect. somebody read a transcript from an audiotape. it's that kind of reporting that hurts investigations but i'm not going to get ahead of that. jean require many that kind of false reporting that americans believe is going on. >> that's right. and that's also why the media has a 20% approval rating. the president said if this happened, then there could be
12:16 am
severe consequences. judge jeanine: thanks so much for being with us tonight. katrina pierson making a surprise appearance on justice to take on chris hahn. that's ahead. you don't want to miss it. hillary clinton's name comes up in federal court as new details emerge in a myriad of scandals, dating back to her time as secretary of state. here to talk about that as well as whether the mueller investigation will be mercifully brought to an end. justice rolls hey guys. today we're here to talk about trucks. i love trucks. what the heck is that?! whoa! what truck brand comes from the family of the most dependable, longest-lasting full-size pickups on the road? i think it's the chevy. ford. is it ford? nope, it's not ford. i think it's ram. is it ram? not ram. that's a chevy! it's chevy! that's right. from the family of the most dependable, longest-lasting full-size pickups on the road.

12:20 am
through internet essentials, comcast has connected more than six-million low-income people to low-cost, high-speed internet at home. i'm trying to do some homework here. so they're ready for anything. judge jeanine: welcome back. new details out of federal court about the scandals still dogging hillary clinton. the president of judicial watch, tom fitton. good evening, tom. it's interesting to read about this federal judge. he was pretty outraged that the not just how they granted immunity to the hillary people in that email investigation, but for providing false statements on the clinton email case.
12:21 am
several -- two years ago i said all of these state department lawyers should be brought up on contempt tore fraud before the court. what do you think should happen? >> they -- stop obstructing our request for more information. the federal judge grants our application because he felt he had been gamed in the freedom of information access lawsuit about benghazi, no less. the court came in not too long agene said i had false statements given to me. i don't know about these false affidavits, i am interested in knowing what the justice department knew what and when. i'm surprised cheryl mills was given immunity when i found she committed perjury and i couldn't
12:22 am
believe her in another case about which judicial watch pursued. the stated department is fighting us on this, which is most of troubling. judge jeanine: the state department as well as the department of justice said hillary clinton was a private citizen and her records shouldn't be rea available to -- shouldn't be available to the public. doesn't a judge have the right to hold these lawyers in contempt? >> you see, that's potentially the relief that may be granted add we get some of the questions we still have pending with the state department. we are asking for this judge to allow us to oppose hillary clinton directly. and he's considering it still. cheryl mills also. i think it's a significant
12:23 am
likelihood it will happen. we questioned her under oath with written questions. we are fighting to get more questions answered. discovery from hillary clinton is a real possibility. judge jeanine: you said it's time to bring mueller in to testify before congress. are you talking about oversight, in their oversight capacity or the judiciary? who? >> the oversight committee, the judiciary committees of the senate and the house. question him about the administration of his investigation. the circumstances of his hiring. we have rosenstein. judge jeanine: have you spoken to any congress people about this? >> they don't want to do this. judge jeanine: why? >> i have been struck by the fact that mueller has been exempted from oversight. the only government official in the trump administration they
12:24 am
don't want to talk to. look at all the folks they want to bring in as witnesses, mccabe, strzok, rosenstein. but they don't want to talk to the guy who seems to be running the investigations, bob mueller. it's outrageous. >> it's well represented in congress. there is a deep state caucus there, believe me. judge jeanine: tonight i take you on an exclusive to liberty university in virginia for a tour given by none other than ever which fall well, jr. -- than jerry falwell, jr.

12:30 am
judge jeanine: kay toss at the mexico-go- -- guatemala border. chris hahn making a special appearance on "justice" tonight. and katrina pierson. you are familiar with the mob of illegal immigrants, illegal aliens pushing through from guatemala to mexico against police enforcement. and what we saw in those few seconds were virtually all men. tell me, chris, why these people should be allowed to enter in a mob of thousands into the united states. >> look, i'm for controlled
12:31 am
borders as are most of people on the left in this country. the president had an opportunity last year when schumer and pelosi offered him daca for the wall. and he was talked out of it by mcconnell and ryan. they are more concerned about the election than solving the problem. judge jeanine: your answer to these illegals violently crossing, resisting law enforcement, all men, that they are concerned about the trump humaner mitch mcconnell fight? >> no, no, no. i am saying -- of course not. unless they are seeking asylum legitimately and there is a reason for them to come here, they need to come here legally. and there needs to be a process. there was goodwill by the
12:32 am
president, schumer and mcconnell. judge jeanine: i don't want to talk politics. i want to talk about this mob. >> it was president trump who nearly doubled the recipients he was willing to accept over obama. but that's neither here nor there. this isn't just a mob. this is a column on the march carrying their own flag. this is an invasion. let's not pretend this is organic. we are talk about thousands of men, only scattered with women and children for protection. this a leftist funded operation fully flagged with several innocent victims. photo ready outrage designed to pull on the heart strings of americans only to distract from the rational analysis behind this. this is no more organic than where ford coming out on the
12:33 am
11th hour to get rid of due process. >> if you want to go down to the conspiracy theory hole. there is no way democrats would have organized this in the mid-term election. this perfectly pitched for the republican base. this is exactly what you needed at this time. >> you are going to tell me, chris, people who are in poverty, they are in poverty, it costs $7,000 per head to bring these people. it costs $7,000 per head. that is $35 million. how can impoverished people do this? >> you are talking about a conspiracy from basically what you said democrats organized this in guatemala. judge jeanine: somebody organized it.
12:34 am
>> american democrat leftists. judge jeanine: should they be stopped by the military at the border and turned around? and the mob thing seems to be a favorite of the left. shouldn't they be turned around immediately? look at them. they are all men. all men. they just decide at some point they want to come to the united states all of a sudden as opposed to last month and mott before and the month before? >> i think all americans believe in a secure border. and i think there needs to be order at that border. and i think the president was offered order at the bordered and he rejected it. judge jeanine: he offered 1.8 dreamers citizenship. >> all americans clearly are not support of secure borders. we have a democrat party in the
12:35 am
united states that supports sanctuary cities. you can't have a secure bored and sanctuary cities. we have to resolve the issue. >> noise such things as sanctuary cities. what there is is different times when people ask for .documentation. judge jeanine: are you out of your mind, chris? don't you dare say there is no such thing as sanctuary cities. you are not going to come here and spin lies. there are sanctuary cities and sanctuary states are illegal cripple flals provide moard protection than american citizens. don't you come on this show and say that's not the case. >> any american that runs into the law is asked for identification. they are not. namghts sanctuary -- that's sanctuary, chris. today is the day you're going to get motivated...

judge jeanine: you know him as the host of tucker karl on. anita: . i sat down with g "tucker carlson tonight." congratulations on the book. i would buy it if only for the cover. you have republicans and democrats, some people who should be in jail, some people head for jail. do you expect any of these people in "ship of fools" to come on your show? >> one of them already refused. i know most of of those people. i have been in d.c. all my life. it's not a personal attack.
12:41 am
i'm attacking their decisions. the whole interior of the book is an ex blah nation. i now it's fashionable to attack people's behavior in high school. but i don't believe in that. i think you should assess adult decisions. not that it remember any of it. i have no calendar. i have made a million mistakes. i worked at msnbc. so i made mistakes. the question is do you admit and do you learn from it. trump got he electricked because people made a series of mistakes about our culture and never learned and never admitted it. judge jeanine: way want to talk about is you say we are headed towards at least the brink of a retch leweis. judge jeanine: i agree. i think the liberals are proud
12:42 am
and they consider it a badge of honor, when they obstruct, get in our faces, harass. >> what's driving all this volatility in everybody wants to make everything a race question. i don't believe that. the core problems are economic problems. the middle class was the majority, now it's the minority. people are getting poorer outside the big cities and people don't care. people know their kids will have less opportunity than they did. the people i write about are the answer to the question you just asked, a small group of people is way richer. and i live among them. i'm richer than i was 10 years ago after the financial crash. but the rest of the country is not. if you are running the country, it's major institutions, big
12:43 am
companies bib amazon and cultural institutions like msnbc. you need to care about the people you are leading, and they don't. judge jeanine: in the end, which is the party that will help get us through this attempted socialism. you know they are winning around the country. bernie sanders was an avowed socialist and he almost ran for president but for the rigged dnc. >> he might have won. a lot of people who voted for bernie in the primaries voted for trump. they are talking about core economic things, what are wages doing? our immigration policy hurts working class people and there is nobody talking about that. it's all about race. judge jeanine: i watch your opening statements. what do you call it?
12:44 am
>> just the script. you talk about mary jo kopechne. you say dierves sus expect she survived in an air pocket. and you said it doesn't matter. >> if ted kennedy said i did that, i was coward think, i was drunk, i made a horrible decision. i don't believe in this no forgiveness thing. he never apologized. he lied about it. judge jeanine: he got away with a homicide. >> he was a hero to the feminists. a man who killed woman and lied about it, what does that tell you. women are not priorities. why would you make a guy who killed a woman your hero.
12:45 am
if you are a feminist, what does it mean? judge jeanine: i have to go, it's the end of the segment. thank you for being on "justice." >> it was just. judge jeanine: a look at liberty judge jeanine: a look at liberty university and a guided tou with my bladder leakage, the products i've tried just didn't fit right. they were too loose. it's getting in the way of our camping trips. but with a range of sizes, depend fit-flex is made for me. with a range of sizes for all body types, depend fit-flex underwear is guaranteed to be your best fit. there are so many toothpastes out there which one should i use? choose one that takes care of your gums and enamel. crest gum & enamel repair cleans below the gum line and helps repair weakened enamel. gum & enamel repair, from crest.
12:49 am
judge jeanine: liberty university in lynch burke, virginia is a non-profit christian university where students and faculty practice what they preach. i had a chance to visit and got a first-hand tour from its president, jerry falwell, jr. how is it this university in particular is able to get so many students who were so christian oriented, constitution oriented, who believe in this country and are so energized by what's going on? >> i call liberty the fox news network. the chronicle said the success of liberty university is rooted in the fact that liberty doesn't try to be like every other
12:50 am
university. we try to emphasize freedom of expression. we try to keep education affordable and accessible. the tower is the school of difficult vinity. it's 270 feet high. there is a classroom on every floor. under the law there are three basketball courts where the basketball team practices. those are the newer dorms up on the hill. a lot of new construction going on still. judge jeanine: let's talk about the students here. they are so different from their cohorts in universities. >> visitors to campus are always telling me how they go out of their way to ask them if they need directions. a lot of universities, you go on campus and the student won't make eye contact with you. judge jeanine: what's the role
12:51 am
of the evangelical christian, having seen everything we saw with the kavanaugh hearing. what role do they play and can they turn elections in this country? >> when president trump said to african-americans, what the hell do you have to lose? we took that as talking to evangelicals as well. establishment republicans. judge jeanine: do you think the kavanaugh hearings will bring out h evangelicals? >> i think they are angry and i think it will backifier on the democrats -- it will backfire on the democrats. this is the on grandbaby we
12:52 am
have. judge jeanine: she'll be a student here? >> it will be up to her. judge jeanine: with the mid terms coming up, do you think those on the left are not just out of control, but they are just in to something different than the students here? >> i think the country has never been more polarized. when i was in law school in the 80s i would travel with my far it and students would boo and hiss because he was a conservative. liberals would say i may not agree with you, but i agree with your right to say it. but now they don't want you to say it. they have become fascists in my opinion. i think it' years and years of schools controlled by the teachers' unions. all the professors believe the
12:53 am
12:57 am
>> you have heard from the president of the school, no hear from the students. i have campus of liberty university for street justice. >> here i am at the campus of liberty university. as you can see, many of the students are so bright because they are holding up my book, buyers leakers and liberals. i'm going to ask them how much it affects their politics and how much they love liberty university? >> what a shock. here i am, i just found someone who has my book. let's talk about politics and religion. where does politics, how is politics affected by your religion? >> my politics are reflected by may religion because god drives everything i do. i'm actually prelaw major. you have inspired me within my field sue make you and be a prosecutor? >> yes, i would.
12:58 am
>> mr. six. five you want to play basketball? >> funny thing is maybe a broadcaster. >> if you're going to be a broadcaster you have to get in front of the cameraman. >> yes ma'am. >> how does religion affect your politics? >> i always put jesus at my foot. >> more conservative? does that mean conservatives are more religious than the liberals? >> do you think the people on the right fight the way they should? >> in other words, our people on the right to wimpey? >> i don't think so. donald trump, look at him, he's tweeting up the storm. >> your smart guy. >> religion affects my politics
12:59 am
for sure but it affects everything else. i'm a registered democrat. it's a lot different for me where everybody else is a lot more conservative. >> your democrat friends, are they as tolerant as you are? >> no, they are not. >> what is that tell you? why are you still a democrat? >> with a show of hands, how many of you will vote republican in the midterms? okay, now put them down. how many of you are going to vote democrats in the midterms? >> are you not voting at all? i'm watching you. how many of you love the school is much as i do? >> you know what folks? that says a lot. thank you, god bless you all. >> finally, tonight it's been three months and counting and my book is still sitting pretty on the new york times bestsellers list. you better go and get your copy
1:00 am
