tv The Ingraham Angle FOX News October 22, 2018 11:00pm-12:00am PDT
11:00 pm
don't matter. they just want to burn it all down. that's not good for our country >> sean: senator it's great to be at your town hall. thanks for having us. >> thanks for coming. >> sean: the mob, dual justice system and open borders, sanctuary states, a lot at stake? 15 days, let not your heart be troubled. laura ingraham how are you? >>. >> laura: nice job in texas, did you have your boots on when you were down there? >> sean: of course i had my texas boots on. i got a pair of boots made for me in houston that has the american flag and the flag of texas, no state income tax. we are did you mean. we're paying a fortune. can we just move fox to texas or florida? wait a minute. let's wait until after the election. >> laura: that texas sounds good for me, hannity, i'm ready if you are. >> sean: i want a baby ranch and a couple of animals and take
11:01 pm
care of them. >> laura: yeah, okay. so you will be moving into a lifestyle that i would pay to see. that was a great show tonight hannity, awesome. >> sean: people would be happy. >> laura: have a great night. i'm laura ingraham, this is the "ingraham angle" from ush washington on a very busy news night. the might grant caravan growing in size by the hour. one mexican newspaper puts the number at a whopping 14 thousand tonight. we'll get reaction from the people that defend our border. president trump just wrapped a lively raucous rally in support of ted cruz. we the sent raymond down to talk to the attend dees, you do not want to miss what they say about the traveling band of asylum speaking and senator corey booker facing this strange sexual assault allegation that comes from an anonymous twitter
11:02 pm
user who writes this long letter. we examine how believe everyone could seriously backfire on the democrats. but first, mobile mobs highlight democrats tone deafness. as trump, the closer, elect try identifies on the stump. that's the focus of tonight's angle. just as in 201 there is no politician in america today who has a better reed on what the voters want than donald trump. >> what does the president understand that other politicians don't? >> he understands the people. we are begun owners, i think he gets that. he helps out the small people, we are small business owners. >> he said what he was going to do. that's why his panics, we need to support him. >> laura: tonight in houston at a rally for ted cruz president trump had a massive crowd. local reports say 18,000 packed the venue with thousands more
11:03 pm
stuck outside. we're not just talking about excited rally attendees. the new data from nb c news out today might show.blue wave may be receding. republican voters are outpacing democrats in 7 key states, arizona, florida, georgia, indiana, month month, tennessee and texas. democrats are leading in that area only in nevada. and this is where the president's poll numbers are. his overall approval rating is as high as it's ever been. today's show should have been named in mourning joe. >> think about that, nearly half of the people in this country approve of the job this man is doing even after charlottesville, porn stars, humiliation in hell zinke, bowing to kim jong-un, dee
11:04 pm
trying america's critical alliances, bankrupting our country and we can go on. >> laura: lines and tigers and bears oh my. she ran out of breath there. the facial expressions and demeanor looked a lot like, i don't know, election night. >> i would submit the acceptance of a deeply, deeply, deeply dishonest american president is the single most important issue of our day. >> laura: once again from the curb she confines of their manhattan studios, they don't understand the obvious. people across the country vote their pocketbook and they may just choose results over resistance. republicans are trouncing democrats by 15 points in the margin for handling the economy. >> the top issue is the economy. 38% of voters said that's their top issue and republicans in this poll are winning on that
11:05 pm
issue by the largest margin in the history of the nbc wall street journal poll, republicans win on the yell of who is going to bring about change? >> laura: as raymond arroyo will plane later the big issue on the minds of the people in texas was the so-called caravan, here is the mirror yim webster definition of the caravan. it's a none, a company of travelers on a journey through a desert or hostile region. also a train of pack animals, a group of vehicles traveling together as in a file. a covered wagon or motor vehicle equipped as traveling living quarters. well that will doesn't really work, does it for what we're seeing here? the world connotes something kind of fun, festive, desirable.
11:06 pm
other descriptions come to mind among americans and legal immigrants watching this play out. >> i'm a disabled veteran, i have to live in after at this and these people can walk across our border and they're well, come with hope arms and they're taken care of. it's just a shame. >> i'm a legal immigrant and i support our president. i'm against illegal immigration. liberals want the illegals to come here for votes. >> i'm an african american voter, we're super against illegal immigrants, these jobs are taken over by illegal immigrants. and the we love president trump. >> laura: that's a pretty diverse group there. sometimes reporters actually let the truth slip out. >> hundreds of mexican federal police bearing shields and armor p but just as the my grants approached, the officers pulled back, setting up again three miles down the road and again
11:07 pm
retreating for the second time. >> mexican immigration officials pleading with them to register for a soil lump but most kept walking. >> laura: it's called wanton law breaking. true refugees fleeing oppression will en camp wherever they can away from their place of origin, nee in other words they would stay in mexico. next most burst past the barricades in violation of the law. mexican police were also badly injured. legitimate seekers of asylum they must live in credible fear of government oppression. home country violence and government corruption as terrible as they are and whether it's central america or anywhere else are not sufficient bases for a soil lump. or is the desire to get a better job or live a better life.
11:08 pm
left we in the united states be willing to welcome in hundreds of millions of people from across the globe all on the us taxpayer. so who are these my grants? well according to a mexican newspaper it's 14,000 in number, up from the initial 1600 just last week. they're mostly working age males. a far smaller number of women and children, you usually see them out in front. many have friends and/or family already in the united states, many of those illegal. of course they're impoverished with little to no english speaking skills at all, from honduras, guatemala and many from mexico. others we don't know where they're from. it's undetermined how many have documents at all, how many have health problems or even criminal records. the president today told reporters to do some digging instead of just the gauzing, easy sob story reporting something >> you know what you should do john? go do the middle felt care van,
11:09 pm
take your cameras and search, okay? take your camera -- john take your camera, go into the middle and search steve cishek. you're going to find ms13, middle east earns, everything, and guess what? we're not allowing them in our country. >> laura: one thing is clear. they know that there is protection in numbers. that if they flood the zone, they'll be able to overwhelm border patrol officials as they did in guatemala and in mexico. >> the my grants on the bank cheered as she is lowered to the raft. [ speaking foreign language ] yes, we can. . >> laura: does that sound familiar? [ speaking foreign language ] ? if it does it's because back in 2008 obama the candidate actually stole that slogan from amnesty activists i think here in the united states. it's no wonder the mobile mob feels 'em bold end, after vowing
11:10 pm
not to allow them through mexico, mexico, its police force is actually now providing an escort to the might grant caravan, if you can believe that. now does this sound like or look like something that most americans think is a good idea? it doesn't matter where people come from, whether central america, europe, any part of the world, if they come illegally, guess what? most americans think it's not fair. and donald trump knows this. now when he says he wants to stop this mobile mob, a lot of people calling it invasion, most americans see it as not just an economic burden, and it is one, but a flalts grant flouting of the rule of law, as well. national security issues, health issues, and like kavanaugh it does come down to a basic sense of fairness. not only would allowing this crush of people into our country be an insult to the millions of americans who went through the legal process, how is it fair to
11:11 pm
those americans who need assistance today, and are not getting it? like the 40,000 homeless veterans on the street on any given night? trump knows that the answer is the following: america first! and that's the angle. joining us to discuss is a border patrol agent and president of the border patrol union in tucson and the executive director of the central american resource center. in a perfect world what do you think america should do with the 14,000 people approaching our border. >> how are you? >> we'll go to you first. >> i do think currently we have existing laws that can address the issue at the border. this immigrants right now are in mexico, not at the southern border. we already have a legal structure that can deal with and vet them and make sure those that have valid cases can be seen ask those that don't will be returned back. we've the currently do that and
11:12 pm
i think we should allow our system, rule of law to continue. >> laura: of course i am near and dear to my heart you are because you're from el salvador, i have a lot of friends their. the problem is we have 700,000 cases pending now, people who have applied for a soil lump are supposed to appear before immigration judges, we have 40,000 homeless veterans on our streets right now every night on our streets. what will do you say to the american people who have given enormous amount of money, welcomed people into the united states, what do you say to people who say it's an economic burden for our country, we cannot help the entire world because we have corrupt governments elsewhere >> what immigrants have brought to the table to this nation is to make it strong. i think there's a historical context that we need to remember. this nation has had a lot to do
11:13 pm
with the current conditions in those countries of origin, the fact that there are corrupt governments in shorts measure has been done by this government, they are supporting the current governments of the region. >> laura: i didn't have anything to do with it, neither did president trump nor the people in public schools today who are dealing with over crowded classrooms, where teachers are trying to deal with kids who speak 12, 13, 14 different language wages in northern virginia, with all it due respect we have to deal with the limited resources. art, cnn is calling this fear among goring. this is not a problem, you heard what abel said, we have the system to process these people. many of them have legitimate reasons for a soil lump, how would you respond? >> laura thank you for having me on. these individuals are not immigrants, they're people that are invading our country. my ancestors are immigrants,
11:14 pm
these people are trying to go enter the united states by force. you've seen the pictures and video. when uric canning down gates to get into a country, when you are entering illegally, trying to avoid inspection, and also when you are waving the flag of the country that supposedly has you so -- pressed, how is that something that's beneficial for the united states? it isn't. these individuals, i've said it before many times. there is a hue among gous difference between knocking on my front door and/or kicking my front door and forcing entry into my home. when you see the amount of individuals that are doing it this time, it's nothing else but an invasion by individuals into our country and it needs to stop and we need to do the right measures to go out there and stop it. when you talk about the immigration issues and laws, what happens is these individuals will step on us soil, check their records, and once we see there's nothing of a bad record within the united
11:15 pm
states, keep in mind we can't check their record in the country they're coming from. what happens is they're given an immigration date, which they don't plan on showing up to, because statistics show less than 2% actually show up, they're free to be in the united states with no checks whatsoever. this is a hue among gous problem. these are individuals that are invading our country and something needs to be done about it. >> laura: there's mostly able-bodied men, adult aged working men in this group. there are women and children but the lion's share are adult working age men. >> we can agree to disagree. >> laura: i'm looking at the crowd. you can eyeball it just as easily as i can. how would you respond to people that would say fight for your counsel dry? you are waving the honduran flag. you saw the flags as i did. they will had them on the bridges when they were walking.
11:16 pm
fight for oyour own country. you're an able-bodied man. that's what we did for our country against all odds if the united states, we came out on top, and cast off oppression in our young republic. why won't the young able-bodied men do the same? >> first i think we have to put another thing in context. the number of people that are coming historically is at an all time low at the border. this is not a new influx. >> laura: that's not true. >> it is. >> that's not true. >> laura: we have a 38% increase of family units increasing from mexico, the numbers, central america is emptying out into this country, emptying out, salvador, honduras are emptying out, the idea that this is a migration of refugees, all the ones everybody is oppressed?
11:17 pm
there is a guy who is has been arrested within the my the grant group helping to get this going. >> from the month of august and september of this last year our numbers have risen more than they've risen in the last eight years, i believe. so no the numbers have not been historically low. they're going back up and a lot of the reasons they're going back up is because catch and release is still going on. >> laura: we're back. >> the car tells know it, it never stopped. the cartels know what's going on. >> laura: we have to get going. you almost can't blame the people doing it, except for the ones that are injuring police officers, i blame them a lot. they're smashing them in the face and violating the immigration laws of guatemala and honduras and our laws. there are a lot of desperate people out there all around the world. there are hundreds and hundreds of millions of them. we don't have the ability to take them all n i love having
11:18 pm
you on. we're going to talk more about this with craig shirley. if you haven't noticed the mainstream media are acting more like a pr firm for this care van of more than actual reporteders. have we ever seen a moment like this in our country's history where something like this would not just be accepted but endorsed? joining us is craig shirley. craig what in the world would our founding fathers think of what they're seeing today? young republic, different world, different time. this is wild. >> it's a great question laura. when they were crafting the bill of rights, they came up with the first amendment. it's all basically personal rights, right of speech, assembly, worship and oddly jammed in there was the right of the free press. but the framers and the founders saw the broad shoots -- by the way they hated them at the time, they hated the broad sheets,
11:19 pm
jefferson and frankly and washington all wrote about how they hated the newspapers, the broad sheets, but they saw them as a valid ally of the people against the government. it worked for basically 200 years. lincoln impress sonned newspaper editors who criticized him during the civil war, roosevelt complained about them. john kennedy banned them. they were basically full filling their constitutional obligation which was to be against the government. now they're aligned in a far different manner. and they're basically arguing against the rule of law and against whatever you want to call it, but they're not behaving the way they were constitutionally mandated to do so. >> laura: craig they're actually taking it up the cause of individuals. >> yes. >> laura: who just suddenly went
11:20 pm
from 16 hun to 14,000. because again everyone was oppressed at the same time! yeah. >> laura: it's just the most ludicrous thing and it's being run out of this group, and other groups that are encouraging this and are working with other elements in the honduran government, opposition, excuse me. and it's all being stoked for a reason. part of it politics and part of it they know they can overwhelm the system. donald trump can try to do what he can. but i think these people are going to be coming in, saying i have a claim for a soil lump, then what do you do? >> these are basically the french revolution now in the 21st version, they are the storm troopers of the dee construction ifrts who want to trample over the rule of law , do they want the rule of law? we already have that, do they want justice is? we already have that.
11:21 pm
11:24 pm
and it's strengthened by xfi pods, which plug in to extend the wifi even farther, past anything that stands in its way. ...well almost anything. leave no room behind with xfi pods. simple. easy. awesome. click or visit a retail store today. . >> laura: tell me what is the top issue for you as you go to the polling places? >> border security >> why? >> because we would not be a sovereign nation if we could not secure our borders, period. >>laura: it looks cold in texas. when you hear voters like that you wonder if the democrats are miss calculating the view of the people. it's coming from honduras, up
11:25 pm
through the southern border. we're joined by dave boss i, along with former aid to chuck schumer. what is the incentive for democrats to kind of fake these migrant numbers to the public until. >> i don't think there's any incentive. i think the current wave of immigration plays perfectly into the republicans hands coming at the closing days of the midterms. i think it should be taken very seriously and could alter. i've advised my house number down from 45 to 37 in the last two weeks and part of that is democrats have a democratic pick up because of this. it weakens our chance of taking the senate. it ten never jiezs the trump base. this couldn't have been scripted better for republicans as if
11:26 pm
they flande it or something. this is something democrats should be very concerned about. that said i think the democratic base is motivated to get out and vote. when they come out democrats win because they're a bigger base than the republican base. >> laura: i keep going back to this group, [ speaking foreign language ] he was arrested inside the migrant movable mob. okay? he was arrested because he was central to organizing the previous things i'm not calling care advance f. i can stop myself. he was instrumental in organizing those care advance, my question is that guy is the guy who is i guess somehow working for trump? none of this makes any sense. i agree though with what chris hahn said, this is a loser for democrats. i'm telling you, my radio show has been flooded, african american callers, hispanic, people in the middle, they don't like this.
11:27 pm
>> that's the key to this. chris hit it right on the head. it is the middle. it's not the republican base or the democrat base. both of those are highly lil energized for this midterm election. it is going to be the soft middle voter who doesn't want chaos, they don't want the mob rule. and that's what they saw in the streets with the kavanaugh hearing. >> laura: same mentality as the supreme court >> exact same mentality. they're repullsed by it. i believe that donald trump talking about common sense issues and common sense solutions, really have an edge here. and i do think this is a dog fight for the house. right down to the last seat. and i think we pick up several in the senate now, whereas it was going to be one or two pick ups, now i think it's three or four net pick ups in the senate. >> laura: the president's approvals are at the highest. >> and disapproval at the lowest, 49. >> laura: chris the faces on
11:28 pm
msnbc, i was joking they should name it in mourning joe. i almost felt sorry for them, but then i slapped myself. they looked -- prematurely more rose about what they're seeing, because trump's numbers are doing well and enthusiasm among republican votesers is higher. it doesn't mean republicans will win the house but the bleeding might be stanched. >> one of the things i love about this poll is there's only two ways to run, unopposed or scared. democrats weren't scared until this week. they're scared now. they're going to run a lot harder in 15 days, 15 days is a lifetime until a political cycle. ronald ray began had a 61% approval rating and lost 8 seats in the united states senate f relation did he know shall approval is sometimes important and i think it helps republicans. >> laura: come on, six months
11:29 pm
ago. i get it. >> i disagree, i think we're going to have a status quo senate, at most the democrats will lose one seat and the democrats will pick up 35 seats in the house. >> chris you and i are making abet. >> laura: no, no, i'm not going to predict. i have no idea what's going on. i do know this, you can sense, there's a feel, i got a feel before the election. >> president trump what he's doing across this country, barn storming across this country what he's going to be doing the next two weeks, talking about the great economy, and the national security, we are more secure at home and abroad. >> laura: more women working across the country. >> unemployment numbers down, gdp up, manufacturing jobs are up. this president has a record to run on. >> i'm looking at the swing house seats, seeing nothing but good news. i'm looking at the state of florida seeing andrew gill em.
11:30 pm
>> scott and desantis wins. you are correct, there are a lot of seats that are very interesting, we're trying to figure those out same as you. but on election dale we're going to come out of this in good shape. it is going to be five seats one way or the other. >> laura: guys. guys. >> nothing i love more than a close contested election, that's what we live for in this business >> laura: that's what we heard on election night. we will kind of knew, by like 11:00. >> we'll do the wrap up after the election. >> laura: guys here is what i will say. i think bosse touched on it, the people clawing at the supreme court doors, my favorite video of all time, you kind of have that sense with the knocking down the barricades in mexico and pushing past the police and to heck with you, we're going to go take what we think we deserve and we want, and we're going to take it. i don't think that sits well with people. >> the soccer mom. >> laura: we don't want to spend the money on it. it. >> you sound like me in 2010,
11:31 pm
watching the tea party. >> laura: nope. nope. >> i was completely wrong then and i think you're wrong now. i think the democrats are taking the house. >> laura: nope. the tea party. >> it's not even close. >> laura: the tea party, let me just say the tea party people were out there talking about the marginal interest rates and doing the things with tax rates and obama care, these people are like smoking their mary marico marijuan marijuanna, wearing tie die. >> this is pretty route i crowds with the tea support. >> laura: what do voters think about the mobile mob barrelling toward the us? raymond arroyo is in houston at the trump rally and he is interviewing people, he'll join us sgls our country is being infiltrated, with the security we're losing and the lack of protection for our people. our c
11:32 pm
11:35 pm
. >> laura: tonight's rally in houston texas brought out tens of thousands to see president trump speak in support of the senator ted cruz. with the border cries else intense identifying ahead of the midterms we thought it important to send raymond arroyo to speak with some of the folks in the crowd tonight. here is some of what he found. >> what is the most important issue to you as you go to vote? probably the border. >> why. because our country is being infiltrated keeping the house and senate so he can move ahead with his agenda. >> i would sale the economy. at the end of the day everyone needs a job. who has the better he can knowledge tick policies in place? >> as an immigrant, i came here, stood in line, waited for my turn. >> me it too. >> finally got here, and that was a privilege. >> they make a mockery out of what my parents had to do in panama. >> my parents and husband are from mexico.
11:36 pm
when they came over here, they did everything legally. we went through all the steps, paid everything we had to pay. we have don't think it's fair for these people to come in and automatically think they're able to get citizenship or the things that we have are supposed to have here as citizens. >> what do you think of this caravan we see? what should the president and the congress do? >> send the marines, send the military to the border to secure the border. i'm sure a lot of those people are good people but we can't risk the bad people coming in with the good. >> mexico should have stopped them, you know. >> they didn't they should have stopped them but they didn't. so now we've got to stop them. >> build the wall, make our country great again. i think we have to be careful. i really fell for those families, but they have to come in the right way. >> would you leave your doors unlocked and just let anybody walk into your home? i don't think so. >> laura: raymond arroyo, best
11:37 pm
selling author joins us now to tell us what else he covered. raymond, good there were a lot of people at that rally. where were some of them from? were they all texans? >> no, laura, you know everything is bigger in texas, including rallies, there were people from new york. i met people from the upper east side of manhattan, people from mary land, florida, they really came from all over the united states. think of that, to get on a many plane to come in for the day just to hear the president, tells us something about the excitement out there and the energy. let me tell you, what the president started talking about these border issues, the chances of build the wall went up and they were deafening. it was amazing to be in that room, i have to tell you. >> i noticed you spoke to a lot of hispanic americans today and some from central america, some from mexico. what were you most surprised about, about what they said was the most important issue to them until. >> laura i was blown away.
11:38 pm
to a person they mentioned immigration and the crisis at the border. most of them had person until that lies did this. you heard it at the top. they said wait a minute, i came in legally, i waited. we had sponsors, we had to get people to sponsor us. we needed jobs and a place it to live, we went through hearings, we can't just have people crashing the border for them it's extremely if personal. it breaks against the narrative, cuts against the narrative we hear in the media that latinos want open borders or relaxation in the border policies, quite the opposite i found here. again these latinos were from all over the southwest and the south. they felt weren't just texans. that was the big take away for me. they want unity, they want the country to come back together. that was fascinating. >> laura: dan patrick lieutenant governor was recognized as was pretty much every republican
11:39 pm
governor. >> and louie gohmert. >> laura: i loved that. dan patrick has said consistently is not only is he tough, and greg abbott the governor on immigration and the border, but they get a disproportionate percentage of hispanic voters because they are growing the economy, no the low taxes and texas, tough on crime, and he said laura this issue works. we can he can expand the base of the republican party. i think dan patrick is exactly right and the trump has said that. the question is who is after trump? >> well that is the big question. when you see a turn out like this, in the midterm election, think of this. this isn't a president at the scene myth of his power or a president on the stump just out of the gate. this is a guy people have been looking at and listening to for years. >> laura: the media have been trashing i am. >> there were tens of thousands of people outside that couldn't get in.
11:40 pm
some went home. some stood out there and watched on the jumbo tron and almost 20 thousand people in the how will. it was quite an event. the reaction was almost like being at the republican national convention where we were. it was that level, and you heard the president riding the tide. >> laura: fantastic job. seal you back in ush washington. we'll have more on the looming cris crisis. next, corey booker said we should believe all victims, whether anonymous or identified during the kavanaugh fight. does he really want to live by that standard? the new accusations facing the senator, next.
11:43 pm
11:44 pm
>> laura: that was corey booker on the unfounded accusation against justice brett kavanaugh. well our question tonight, does booker still think everyone should be believed until we asked that tonight because a bombshell allegation from an anonymous twitter user accused booker himself of sexual assault. we don't raise this issue because we automatically assume it has credibility. i don't like anonymous allegations, we actually think everyone should wait for the details to come in before we say something like this, right? >> is this the right person to sit on the highest court in the land for a lifetime appointment? when their credibility has been challenged. not whether he's innocent or guilty. this is not a trial. but ultimately has enough questions be raised that we should not move on to another candidate? >> laura: joining us now with reaction, monica crowley and leo tir rel. leo we don't lend much if any
11:45 pm
credence to anonymous allegations, if you're going to make an allegation like this, you have to put your name to it. but can you see the danger of the believe everyone mantra that was created on the left during the kavanaugh saga? especially as espoused by booker himself. >> sean: >> >> i don't see the similarities between this anonymous person p i am willing to give this person legal representation. if he comes out. i want to take him to the police department and i'll represent him so he can give a complete confession. >> laura: confession? >> he's accusing corey booker, let's not compare this person with professor ford who came out, who spoke. >> laura: it's not ale confession. >> accusation, he's accusing. i'll give him free representation because i don't believe t it's a smear campaign. >> laura: monica. >> well if this accuser wants to become public, and i believe we
11:46 pm
should respect an accuser's wishes on this, unlike what the democrats did to christine ford, but if this accuser chooses to become known and put his name to this allegation, then laura ingle there ought to be an fbi investigation. we're talking about a sitting senator who just a couple weeks ago in the kavanaugh context talked about how all accusers should be heard and should be believed. well, in this case, it should be relatively easy to investigate, right? the accuser is saying this alleged incident happened just a couple years ago, not 40 years ago like with kavanaugh, and there should be witnesses, whether or not they can place the two gentlemen together in the same place. we should either be able to verify this or not pretty easily. but by corey booker's own standards this, must be investigated. . >> laura: yeah, i mean. >> i just want to make sure, are we equating this anonymous person with professor ford who
11:47 pm
came before the senate? >> laura: leo. >> showed us, are we making it equivalent? >> laura: let oh let me refresh your memory. nbc actually ran with the anonymous accusations. remember they were saying accuser number four, accuser number five. i felt like they were selling knives, got so ridiculous. i'll throw in a set of upper wear. it was the most ridiculous thing. our the point is, i don't like it when people do this kind of stuff. i believe it is a smear. i mean if you're going to make an accusation and this is a supposedly a man making an accusation of something that happened in a bathroom, if you're going to make that kind of accusation, you better put your name to it. >> i agree. >> laura: our point is a simple one. we have major media outlets during kavanaugh, rolling with this anonymous stuff. and you had people like corey booker out there tarring brett kavanaugh because of the mountain of evidence, which
11:48 pm
