vote in this country is at risk. as americans when we head to the polls on election day we expect our votes to be safeguarded, to be tracked, counted by diligent honest officials in accordance with the law. that did not happen in southern florida. since election nightid nearly 100,000 uncounted votes have just magically turned up in liberal broward and palm beach counties. we have no idea where the votes came from, where they've been, why they weren't counted. so many laws, we will outline thisne tonight, have been broke. our inalienable rights have been spit on and now breaking just moments ago our sources confirming tonight, they are telling us a criminal investigation is in fact now underway. coming up we will show you why this crisis in florida should deeply concern alln americans, not just floridians, and tonight we havet warned you for months, the destructive democratic agenda that they were hiding
10:02 pm
will wreak chaos across the country. now they are telling us endless investigations, subpoenas, a quest for impeachment. not a single planan to improve e lives of the american people. it is now the top order of business -- destroyed trump, the pelosi destroyed trump house. we will show you how pelosi, waters, schiff, nadler and company are hitting the ground running. everything they purposely did not tell you before the midterms that they have been planning all along. sit tight, buckle up, a lot to cover. it will take the full hour. we start with our breaking news opening monologue. ♪ >> sean: less than a month ago a massive category for train hurricane made landfall on the gulf coast of florida in the panhandle. 35 counties were under a state of emergency. 155-mile-per-hour winds reaching stomach wreaking havoc about the panhandle. the destruction as you can see as we saw was horrific.
10:03 pm
entire blocks were literally wiped away. the area sustained billions upon billions of dollars in damage but on november 6th floridians in the panhandle, they went to the polls and their votes were counted. every single one of them on time in accordance with florida law and florida's constitution. sadly the same cannot in palm beach, broward county, laws have been broken. none of this was caused by a hurricane, but rather by local officials by the incompetent, corrupt, and obviously feel they are above the law that 65 other florida counties, 65 of 67 adhered to. in palm beach county 15,000 new ballots were unearthed and counted after election night. and in broward county magically
10:04 pm
turning up day after day after day. tens of thousands of lost ballots appeared out of thin air, the vast majority cast by democrats. this should not, let me repeat, this should not be republican, democrat, conservative, liberal. this shouldn't be about politics. whatever your political affiliation. what you are witnessing is a horrific miscarriage of america's fundamental rights. the law is clear, it is ambiguous. florida law let's put it on the screen. the canvassing board shall report all early voting all tabulating vote by mail results to the department of state within 30 minutes after the polls close. the law continues quote the canvassing board shall report
10:05 pm
through the department at least every 45 minutes results are completely reported. 65 of florida's 67 counties they come complied with the law, including every county in the panhandle that was absolutely ravaged by hurricane michael 27 days prior to the election. broward and palm beach county broke the law. literally tens of thousands of votes in violation of state law. it appears yet again we have justice for democrats and another for the rest of us. now the supervisor of the election in broward county. a woman could not tell the state officials where the votes are coming from, where the votes
10:06 pm
are, and how they have been left. there was no updating of votes every 45 minutes, again violating the law. this morning multiple boxes full of sample and provisional ballots left behind were actually discovered by an avis employee at fort lauderdale airport. this is insanity. we send election service to other country. we need them here. on friday florida congressman literally blocked from observing the location where ballots were being loaded into a truck. look for yourself. >> we can't you we can't watch what's in and out of the truck. until then. tell me why we can't know what's going in and out. what's the name of your supervisor? do you know her name? what's her name?
10:07 pm
do you know their name? what is it? will you tell it to me? >> what we're seeing is broward county violated any real chance of the integrity of the vote in florida. we don't have any real chance to know what the accurate vote tallies were in the state of florida. that's has been ruled and it is off of the table. all we know is the newly counted ballot tightened the new election triggering the statewide recount. all because of the gross and competent corruption at the broward county supervisor, brenda snipes. last week they had a rule she
10:08 pm
violated state election law. this is not new for ms. snipes. her track record is literally atrocious. how she's been allowed to continue in the powerful position is beyond comprehension. last week we learned that snipes beyond accidentally mixed in and rejected provisional ballots with several hundred ballot votes. that means the entire volt count has been corrupted. just this past august a judge ruled that snipes systemically mishandled mail-in absentee ballots. in 2016 some broward county election results were posted online before the polls had closed. absentee ballots was discovered before the election. this 2004 snipes lost track of
10:09 pm
the 6,000 ab absentee ballots. this is the woman that can determine the outcome of the important races for the senate and the government's race in florida. many floridians are calling for consequences. former governor treat tweet tweeting out there's no question that brenda snipes failed to comply florida law underlining the floridian confidence in the electoral process. she should be removed from her office following the recount. maybe now. i don't think we should wait. senator marco rubio very confident in the process. the issue in florida has been repeated violations of the election law by the incompetent
10:10 pm
and transparency. now snipes could be facing criminal charges. courses have confirmed to us a criminal investigation into election mid conduct in south florida is now ongoing. just a short time ago florida attorney general released a letter stating they will work with the attorney general bundy on any criminal investigation and subsequent prosecution of brenda snipes and anyone else that may have committed voter fraud. rick scott is now sounding the alarm. you don't just magically find 93,000 votes laying around, unless you need smoke or cover. that's why this is problem problematic. >> he's a sore loser. he can't stand the fact he won't
10:11 pm
be elected for the first time in decades. he's here to steal the election. his lawyer said i'm here to win the election i'm not here to get a free and fair election. he wants to win the election. that's his only purpose. >> make no mistake, rick scott will take his place as senator. on friday lawyers from the gillman-nelson campaign they actually objected to a judge to non-citizen votes being denied they want votes from non-citizens to now count. where is their integrity in all of this this stuff. that means they only care about power. nothing else. rule of law means nothing to them. it gets even worse. nelson just hired an attorney. mark elliot. he's the left-wing hack at at the attempt to rig the 2016
10:12 pm
election with the phony dossier. it paid millions to elliot and his term. yeah, that firm to dig up the russian dirt and hiring a foreign national, christopher steele, an ex-foreign supply subsequently put together a dirty dossier of russian lies. that campaign opposition research. remember it was distributed across all of obama's doj as credible, nonpartisan information, the content leaked to the press before the 2016 election. he reported that quote a veteran supply has given information alleging the russian operative to cultivate donald trump. yahoo! reports september of
10:13 pm
2016. democrats are trying to rig the election with the help of hillary bought and paid for foreign nationals using russian lies. remember none of it it was ever confirmed most of it has been debunked. as you can see, elliot is an experienced democratic operativ. he has been involved in recounts. in 2013 he said those that have seen past recounts in virginia know they do not tend to change the result. by the way it was only 167-vote advantage for the guy he represented. the next year he said quote recounts only really happen when you are talking about dozens or a few hundred votes separating candidates. i wonder why the change of heart. gun for hire. say anything? make the rules up as you go along?
10:14 pm
the democrats wrote the book on election rigging in the 2016 election. i feel like the only one that pointed this out. we know the democratic primaries were fixed for hillary clinton. remember former interim chair used the word rig. she admits she used it. >> what i said in the book was in exchange for the party, clinton would give aspects of the dnc that made it difficult if not impossible. it was unethical. i stand by that. >> you used the word rigged. >> of course. i promised bernie i would go department by department to find out what happened. >> sean: she uses the term
10:15 pm
rigged herself. hanging up the phone saying she had to tell bernie sanders the truth. we have one system of justice and elections for democrats. just like we have one system of justice for the clintons and another one for anyone who o iowas them. that is not equal justice under the law or equal application under the law. tonight we're going to bring you updates from florida as they become available. a criminal investigation, credit me people, is ongoing as we speak. whatever happens in florida, that's one thing. i know the democrats are all excited. they got control of the house of representatives. by the way, the president in retrospect went out and fought for the demand candidates, and turned the blue wave into a blue trickle. now democrats are doing exactly what i told you they would do. they are coming clean. the things they weren't saying on the campaign trail about what
10:16 pm
their real plan is to wage a never-ending, full-scale investigation into anything and everything donald trump to destroy this president. according to new reports, pelosi and company, get this, they are planning to launch a subpoena-cannon at the trump white house firing on cylinders with a political hit list of 100 targets and investigations. tax returns, stormy daniels, james comey, impeachment of james kavanagh, and cnn, "washington post," amazon, democrats are stopping at nothing to pursue the unhinged campaign to halt president trump and his progress. that means our progress. that means america's progress. this is a plan of endless investigation.
10:17 pm
very few tacts. nancy pelosi saying democrats don't need an indictment to move forward. she and other democrats fuel more baseless hysteria about the russian robe. the house committee has been working overdrive to sneer the acting attorney general, matt whisker -- whitaker, which was the president's lawful choice, period. don't forget rod rosenstein is conflicted. he's been running it it. if he doesn't refuse himself and if he has any involvement whatsoever, we are going to find out whether he made commitments and whether he is the back channel to the president or the lawyers, whether he's doing anything to interfere with the probe, he needs to understand he will be called to answer and any
10:18 pm
role he plays to be exposed to the public. we don't want there to be any ambiguity about that. >> you don't have confidence in him as a president? >> no, i don't. he should have never have been appointed. it does violence to the constitution and the vision of our calendar to appoint such a person in such a manner to be the chief legal officer in our country. and that's bipartisan. >> i'll go further. his appointment is simply part of an attack on the investigation by robert mueller as a special council. it is part of the pattern of interference by the president and attending to obstruct that investigation. >> sean: the only problem is no one is talking about meddling with the mueller probe. the president has said twice in the last week, to. ask yourself is there a single
10:19 pm
agenda item they are advocating to make it better. any one that's going to create more job, make the country safer for the kids and grand kids. we know the answer tonight is no. it is all part of what i've been telling you. they've been hiding what their agenda is all about. they flip out and tell everybody stop. which is mobilizing the political hit list. they didn't like the results of the 2016 election. they didn't like the results of the last election. they want to shield their corruption and put the country's future at risk. what they ought to be focused on is our kids and grand kids and law and order and equal justice under the law and equal the application of the laws and something called the constitution. yeah, the documents from which all laws originate from. the founding constitution. all right. we have a lot to get to
10:20 pm
tonight. we'll talk about georgia and more about the agenda of the democrats as it is revealed. we're going to start with the legal side of all of this. we will talk with mccarthy on what happened in florida as we continue the breaking new edition of " "hannity." touch shows how we really feel. but does psoriasis ever get in the way? embrace the chance of 100% clear skin with taltz, the first and only treatment of its kind offering people with moderate to severe psoriasis a chance at 100% clear skin. with taltz, up to 90% of people quickly saw a significant improvement of their psoriasis plaques. don't use if you're allergic to taltz. before starting, you should be checked for tuberculosis. taltz may increase risk of infections
10:21 pm
and lower your ability to fight them. tell your doctor if you have an infection, symptoms, or received a vaccine or plan to. inflammatory bowel disease can happen with taltz, including worsening of symptoms. serious allergic reactions can occur. ready for a chance at 100% clear skin? ask your doctor about taltz.

i am a techie dad.n. i believe the best technology should feel effortless. like magic. at comcast, it's my job to develop, apps and tools that simplify your experience.
10:24 pm
my name is mike, i'm in product development at comcast. we're working to make things simple, easy and awesome. >> my goal is that we follow the law. what we've seen in both counties is they haven't followed the law. we know brenda snipes mixed illegal ballots with legal ballots. they haven't let the parties in. the laws are set up there to prevent fraud.
10:25 pm
for whatever they don't want to do it. >> sean: that was florida governor, rick scott, reacting to the latest developments in the recount. with reaction to get the legal side of all of this, the russian pope framed the legal analyst and the editor andrew mccarthy. we have civil violations of law and now we have the criminal investigation that has begun with law enforcement. what are we looking at legally? >> unfortunately florida law has no teeth. most of the violations committed by brenda snipes are civil violations. the only penalty is which she doesn't pay it comes out of her office. it is true there are felony statutes of fraud. there are about 20 of them this florida. so far three agencies in florida
10:26 pm
say we have no evidence of fraud, but, sean, their investigation is in the premature stage and only cursory so far. so it is good that the attorney general, pam bunty, is vowing an intensive examination. snipes had the audacity to stand in front of cameras and say until now nobody accused her of doing anything wrong. which is a lie. every election she's been presiding over since 2002 has been marred in controversy. the question is: is she capable of corruption? the track record says she is. >> sean: it isn't even that laws were broken. we saw what they said about florida constitution. without rehashing what i said about brenda snipes history, you have to wonder why she is there and more importantly what do you
10:27 pm
see on the legal side? >> sean, i think you hit on the right question right though at the start. why is she there? she really should not have been there presiding over this particular election given what her track record is. you know look? we have a situation where in governor scott's case somebody had a 50,000 lead on election night and it is down to 12,500. there could be good explanation and corrupt explanations for that. the problem is that the public has a right to know what is the explanation for it. and the way they've conducted themselves it makes it very difficult to give credit to this in terms of an election system that has integrity. i think as you said at the end of your monologue, at the end of this what we end up with is senator scott and governor
10:28 pm
desantis. i think their leads are too big to overcome the ramped fraud tissue. >> sean: do we know if they are still throwing in tens of thousands behind her back as we speak? >> this is the thing, if you are behind, your motive is to cause chaos and prevent there being a ceiling of where we know where the votes are and they don't go any higher. if you are in front, you want some certainty. however the votes come out, they come out. we at least need to know how many there are. >> sean: we're never going to get -- number one laws were violated. that's a fact. that's indisputable. then we have the incident of snipes mixing rejected with
10:29 pm
legitimate provisional ballots. we'll never get an accurate count for florida. it is already been tainted. on many levels. 65 of the 67 other counties, including the panhandle -- if it happened in the panhandle, i might understand it. if 65 counties continue to get it right in florida in 2012, 2015, and 2017 -- the same players and the same nonsense and the same games. it is not fair to the rest of florida what goes on here. >> it is not. it tells you something is amiss here. 65 counties can get it right, but just about every election these two can't. she missed every deadline that was set, and everybody else met them. she comingled valid with invalid ballots and astonishing tens of thousands of ballots suddenly
10:30 pm
and magically materialized out of nowhere with no proper accounting and no chain of custody. we have no idea when the ballots were cast and by whom. you know, this has got the nefarious look of corruption written all over it. i'm not saying that fraud was perpetrated, but it does need to be investigated given her track record. >> sean: we have two different recounts going on. two different thresholds. one will be different in the governor's race because the threshold is higher in as much as the vote disparity is greater. that will be the machine recount. then you've got they are going to look at all of the provisional ballots. and there you have -- we already have the attorneys for both mayor gillum and soon to be ex-senator nelson wanting to
10:31 pm
count the vote of illegal immigrants. they stood up and they literally advocated that those votes be counted. what are we supposed to do in that case? >> sean, this is where they are philosophically different. we have two different things going on here. we have the potential for proceed procedural irregularity and then you have the overarching democrat approach to government which is to eviscerate the distinction between citizens and noncitizens. and we shouldn't be -- we shouldn't think for a moment if you can wrap your brain around the procedural irregularity, their over arching agenda goes away. it doesn't. of course they are going to take the position that none of the votes of people who might not properly be voting should not be
10:32 pm
could wanted, because in their minds, those people were just as legitimate to count as americans voting are to count. that's why -- that's a big reason why our electoral system is in the mess that it is in. you know, the fact that people whine over these thousands of people who shouldn't be voting having their votes counted when we have -- that means americans who vote get their votes discounted. that's -- just as big of a problem. this is 18 years after 2000. simple and perforated. let me ask you mark elliot was ahead by 165 votes. he had a client criticize republicans for not conceding saying it doesn't change the vote. 165-vote difference. yet another client said recount
10:33 pm
should only be donees when there are a few hundred votes separating into candidates. it doesn't sound like a man of deep, abiding principles that cares about fairness and equality and justice under the law. >> people should be suspicious when hillary clinton's lawyer who paid for russian information is involved in any election recount. that's mark goliath. >> sean: thank you for your analysis. the legal side is going to be important. coming back we have more examples and bias from the official in charge of the elections in broward county. tammy bruce and also mattgates will join us.
10:34 pm
10:35 pm
10:36 pm
10:37 pm
>> sean: joining us now is
10:38 pm
visitor tammy bruce and former doj official election lawyer. you've been there and following us. let's go back to what you are seeing on the ground, what people need to know, and do you believe it will ultimately impact the final results which is that rick scott will be the next senator and desantis will be the next governor. >> what you are seeing is incompetence. we sued her for incompetence and maintaining the voting rules. she was the witness where she admitted non-citizens are on the voter rolls. they are voting. she doesn't turn them in. she admitted there are felons illegally voting. she doesn't call the police when she finds out about them.
10:39 pm
there were people in the voter roll that was born when cleveland was a president. this is not just her. it is the whole office. >> sean: we see that happening year in and year out. this is nothing new. i go back to the simple point and based on what they are saying why is she there but more importantly the rest of florida is hurt by this. now they are being hurt dramatically by this. and their vote ultimately is in jeopardy in the end. >> right. every false vote and every illegitimate voter rateses -- erases that of an american citizen. that is the mockery of the system. i would say something about incompetence, this is intent. i think it is very important.
10:40 pm
republicans and conservatives intend to expect the best of people. the left, you can't presume they mean well. they do not. this is a matter of -- you know, the ends justifies the means. and it is about -- it is not even about winning. winning, of course, implies that you followed the rules and you've persuaded people. this is about stealing power. that's what we're seeing unfold here. i have to say, you know, the problem with the fbi and the doj? everything that we've seen there with that corruption and the degree they went to invalidate an american presidential election. that kind of a problem didn't just exist as an isolated issue within the federal government. i think it is throughout the system that presumes it is completely in charge and these elections are charades and they are meant to give the impression to the american people that their vote counts. you saw hillary's reaction of
10:41 pm
the shock that something didn't happen in a predetermined way. look, you asked rick scott maybe at the end of last week how and why is she still there? he's been the governor. he really didn't answer you. and that's what concerns me as well. the system allowing a woman like that to continue to operate. because in a way this kind of chaos maybe suits the establishment in general, not just the democrats. >> sean: by the way we're watching the recount as it takes place as we speak. we expect that wednesday they will have the winners. if i'm not wrong, rick scott will be declared the winner in that particular race. let me ask you about how many hours you spent and what you know. >> the trial went on for two
10:42 pm
weeks. they were losing things. we asked for their manuals and procedures, they couldn't find any until the third day of trial where they sprung it on us. just astonishing levels of incompetence and chaos. then they ascribes race. they said they were being sued because of racial issues. palm beach is going to be a problem. they have outdated election. they can't do a paper ballot manual recount. they share a lot of the blame here too. >> sean: whatever when they talk about overvotes and under votes. there's a mark over here and not over here. the intent isn't there for that. and in the one case where they went before the judge and they literally both gillum and nelson's lawyers said we want that to count. it was one vote. one vote shows the lack of integrity. >> look, i think the entire
10:43 pm
dynamic shows what governor and senator races are up against. they've got to clean this up. florida is too important to the safety. it affects the entire nation. for every citizen has to step up and be street smart and working first for the american people. >> sean: now that we know a criminal investigation is underway, i want to see everybody that will have to testify. let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. that's not going to be something -- all right. thank you, both. you are not going to be believe what happened over the weekend. what democrats are planning to do now. matt gaetz and his experience in
10:44 pm
florida ahead.
10:45 pm
10:46 pm
10:47 pm
10:48 pm
sean: the house of >> sean: the house of representatives is poised to become the me local 15 -- pelosi /trump show. >> should the majority look into the issues related to president trump that has come up in the space force? >> yes. >> james comey firing. >> yes. >> travel ban. >> yes. >> hurricane relief in puerto rico. >> yes. it was inadequate. >> white house staff use of personal e-mail. >> for sure. >> the business dealings abroad. >> absolutely. i want to see his tax return.
10:49 pm
>> sean: by the way, we're now identifying everything they kept quiet. about 100 issues they want to investigation. to plan to make your life better. also tonight the florida recount is on. literally stopped from viewing. he was filming it. ballots being transported. they stopped the congressman from doing due diligence. take a look. >> why can't we look and watch what's going on? who told you? who is your supervisor? yeah. i would love to see him. all right. all right. you tell me why we can't know what's going in and out of the truck? what's the name for the supervisor? do you know his or her name? the supervisors' name? >> yeah. >> what's their name? do you know their name? what is it? will you tell it to me? >> sean: all right. congressman matt gaetz along
10:50 pm
with the author brand new book "back in the game: one gunman, countless heros, and the fight for my life." steve scalise is with us. i know you are still recovering. i know it's been very hard. we know how close you came to not surviving that day. we're glad you are here. let's go to the florida recount issue first, matt. you represent the panhandle. 27 days before the election entire neighborhoods were wiped out. but on time following florida law they got the job done. as usual broward and palm beach, you went down on behalf of their constituents, i assume. their votes shouldn't be counterbalanced by something that's corrupt. tell us what happened? >> sean, you are right. i'll be damned if the people in south florida are going to dilute the legal votes of my
10:51 pm
constituents to have a right to a honest and fair representative of the public. in the video you just showed were arms police stopping me from getting an accurate record in the middle of the night. i don't know if it was furniture, i don't know if it was election equipment, ballots, what i know is there's no chain of custody for 80,000 ballots. they were each five pages long. you are look at 404,000 pages of information -- i don't know. i'm still waiting to hear from the supervisor. no. look what are we aparade of? we had the palm beach supervisor say if they didn't have the cameras off she was going to have them arrested. that's the dictatorship. if i was jim acosta, it would be human rights. because i'm a congressman representing my constituents, i would told i couldn't get an
10:52 pm
accurate record. now no chain of custody for ballots. >> sean: unbelievable. how could you have any faith in it coming out days after the election. violating law-awe -- law after law after law. we've been hearing from maxine schiff. at least 100 investigations. how do you stop what is obviously the pelosi destroy trump at all costs subpoena brigade? >> sean, first of all they go down the road on their own peril. president trump has done what he promised to do. it is why the left doesn't like him. which is why every swing district you would see thousands of people showing up for trump rallies. they would go to the place and be not only a packed house, but another 15,000 people waiting
10:53 pm
outside because they love what he's done to get the country and the economy back on track. and you look at the senate seats he was able to flip. the democrat seats that are republican senate seats because of president trump's leadership. if they want to have the agenda, sean, where they want to harass the president, i think it is going to backfire on them like what happened with the kavanagh hearing. >> sean: look at what happened in 2010 with obama. 63 house seats lost. 69 total. in 1994, eight senate seats, 52 house seats. i think matt gaetz was saying good thing donald trump worked hard and pick up the senate seats and we won those races. >> yeah. donald trump is pretty good at winning states. that's what the presidential re-election will be all about. president trump's coalition clearly involving creating massive turnout in areas where
10:54 pm
he's popular. he's embraced the challenge of the midterm unlike any president in modern i felt. now we've got to make sure the strategy of resistance doesn't metastasize from stealing elections. that's why the work we're doing is so important. >> sean: all right. i want to thank you both. steve, i did read your book. "back in the game." i hope people get a copy of it. it describes so many great heros. thank you. when we come back congressman election was on "saturday night live."
10:55 pm

10:57 pm
10:58 pm
>> sean: "saturday night live," pete davidson widely criticized for mocking dan crenshaw. he lost an eye due to an ied
10:59 pm
injury while he was serving this country in afghanistan. this weekend, dan crenshaw appeared on "saturday night live" where he accepted the comedian's apology and had an important message for all of us. >> i mean this from the bottom of my heart. it was a poor choice of words. i just wanted to say for people that don't know, the reason you're wearing an eye patch is you lost your eye to an ied in afghanistan during your third combat tour and i'm sorry. >> thank you, pete. i appreciate you saying that. >> we good? >> apology accepted. there's a lot of lessons to learn here, not just that the left and right can agree on some things but americans can forgive one another. >> sean: really, really class act. anyway, this veterans day i want to take a moment to acknowledge the great, great sacrifices that our military has made every single day.
11:00 pm
they protect our freedom, our liberty, our constitution, our way of life that we often take for granted. we want to thank every man and woman in uniform past and present. thank you. your sacrifice will not be forgotten. let not your heart be troubled. laura ingraham, taking it away. >> laura: hannity, great to see you. by the way -- i think you should wear one of those salmon colored hoodies that davidson wore on "saturday night live." what if you don't just the whole opening -- >> sean: you're breaking up on me. la, la, la, la lar, i can't hea you. hello? >> laura: you always do. that when i get a good joke, you can't hear it. can't hear you, water's running. >> sean: hang on, water's
