the organization should not receive public funding, louisiana and coniferous -- kansas, the group selling fetal tissue for medical research. many in the pro-life community disappointed in brett kavanaugh's decision but senior judicial and was judge andrew napolitano says he was doing what was right for the court, not based on his own personal beliefs. judge napolitano: a right to life community is all about we thought brett kavanaugh was one of us and the right to life community, brett cavanagh may be one of you but on the court he is going to make a decision based on the law. i wish he had voted yes. i would have been with the state of louisiana. i don't think the state should have to spend tax dollars on planned parenthood but aside from ideology there are a lot of reasons why justices will vote not to take the case, this is not the right case to take. we have other cases that are more important and more timely right now.

joining us is author of the deep state and former utah congressman jason chaffetz. thanks for coming on. bring the cameras in for this one. >> get used to this. i don't think anyone is excited about it. chuck schumer tried to shut down the government last time and it didn't go well. if you spend $1 million a day every day it would take three thousand years to get to 1 trillion. our federal government spends $1 trillion every 90 days. to find $5 billion for border wall, it is there. you can do it and president obama liked to say elections have consequences. the president is insisting to get this walden, trying to protect the security of the nation. he should get the border wall funding. the democrats, they like the issue. i don't think they want to solve the problem. jillian: some people argue republicans haven't been working to get it done.

agents, border patrol agents, they know we need this wall to make their jobs easier and protect the homeland. jillian: do you see this as an hour and everything for the border wall? >> it is the first step of $25 billion but when you are spending trillions of dollars every year north of $4 trillion the money is there. the president has to take a hard-line on this one. rob: harris poll from earlier this year which is not a conservative poll, 80% of americans prefer of the secure border to an open border. the president thinks this is a total winner for him. >> nancy pelosi calls the wall in moral. what she is advocating is an open border. she wants to tear down the existing wall, to add to the existing wall. we know it works, we know it protects the homeland. the difference between a wall and 1000 troops arresting

concerns people have about democratic issues and stories being prioritized in search engines there is enough to go around when it comes to questions. jillian: china in this search engine, they are in the process of developing, what is your thought on that? >> i'm extremely concerned and you find bipartisan support of concern on this, some google employees voiced their concern. what is the search engine for what we know at this point? tracking where users go, that would be reported to the chinese government. when you think about google they are censoring different things going on whether it is religious in nature, christian in nature, american in nature, their algorithm says these things on the line of the constitution is inappropriate but working with the chinese government to censor people and report that back to the government and this is not a

government that is really to christianity. they have a lot of questions on why they choose that, it is it all about the money or is there something else at play? jillian: here's what we expecting from google's ceo, part of the prepared testimony, quote, i leave this company without political bias and work to ensure our products continue to operate that way. to do otherwise would go against core principles and business interests. it was a short time back there were leaked emails from employees that discuss altering search engines to undermine conservative ideas and policies, google did go ahead and say none of the proposals in these emails were implemented but the fact you had this conversation going on is disarming to a lot of people. >> reporter: two things going on, when is when you have large companies in more urban areas you have people that lean liberal and you have people who don't realize what they already have.

it is something inherent, not realizing it but at the same time google does have the right to do what it wants. a company that can do what it wants. the government has to be careful about thinking the answer is government regulation. conservatives are against bureaucrats determining what to do with the internet when it came to net neutrality. it was good that we rolled back net neutrality. what this comes down to is making sure there isn't anything illegal going on when it comes to user data. that should remain private, policies they have should be clear to users. that is important, the situation with china, getting us information about what is going on. as users we need to determine how to protect ourselves and another search engine can take its place in the future. heather: we will certainly be watching. it is 37 minutes after the hour. the leading contenders for time
