welcome to. "watters' world." maria: it's great to be here in your world. jesse: i think saying isn't $10 million enough? isn't that un-american? >> what's enough? is ocasio-cortez going to be the judge of what's enough? should i check with her on how much i might want to achieve in my life? i thought the last time we talked this was the american dream, that you could come from nothing and work as hard as you can and make money and as much success you could have. jesse: let's look at some celebrities she believes made enough money. george clooney made $239 mill last year. hell of a year, george. after taxes on that first $10 million, he's only taking home

langone's of the world stop giving out free medical education. jesse: i was just at nyu and it was a beautiful place. she went to harvard and harvard has a huge even downment. we sound like people sucking up to billionaires. that's how democrats are going to run. how does the republican party combat that smear that republicans are just the party of the rich? bar require is un-american like you said. you shouldn't crush people's ability to come from nothing, work hard and make what they can make. but one way the republicans need to hit at this, you have to address the underlying problem the left is bringing up. that is, there is income inequality still. the capitalism lifts people out
11:12 pm
of poverty. that's what we have seen seeing. i would say republicans need an education policy. our workers in this country are being attacked. they had a.i. on the right, china on the left. illegals in the middle, and they all want our jobs. and that's just a fact. i think we need to be teaching our students about machine learning, about a.i., about robotics. but then you will face the teachers union. they are not going to like that. but this goes back to education. you know that. jesse: instead of focusing on taking wealth away from the rich people and redistributing it, because that never gets into their hands. it's not like you are taking it from le bron and giving to it a poor person. you are saying americans need to lift each other up with their own skills. maria: so they can get the

skills to work hard and get as much money as they want. jesse: elizabeth warren who is worth close to $10 million or bernie sanders who has three homes. my secret service friends say it's messed up. maria: doesn't nancy pelosi own a vineyard? jesse: do they look like hypocrites saying let's tax the rich when they are sitting pretty. maria: the new talking points is for the people. our promise for the people. i want to know what people want a trillion dollar plus green plan that makes no sense or medicare for all which destroys the insurance industry. jesse: ocasio-cortez was asked about eliminating cow flatulence. >> i'm getting a lot of
11:14 pm
references about cow farts. >> we have to address factory farming. maybe we shouldn't be eating hamburger for breakfast, lunch and dinner. but we have to take a look at everything. what we need to realize is that climate change is about every choice we make in our lives. jesse: don't come after the hamburgers. maria: obviously this green plan has been panned and exposed for what it is. let me quote the "wall street journal" on her plan saying she wants the u.s. to be carbon neutral within 10 years. non-carbon sources provide 11% of energy today. she wants all buildings in new york to be redone. it's pie from the sky dreams. jesse: donald trump, the big mac

i wanted to play some sound of senator harris talking about reparations in her support of them. >> america has a history of 200 years of slavery. we had jim crow, we had legal segregation in america for a very long time. people aren't starting out on the same base. in terms of their ability to succeed. so we have got to recognize that and give people a lift up. >> so you are for some type of reparation? >> yes, i am. jetion * mor -- jesse: more craziness from the democrats. i don't see why she doesn't sponsor a bill and put it up for a vote. >> experts say this could cost americans billions of dollars. even our first african-american
