jesse: cohen continued to knock down an anti-trump conspiracy theory. >> do you have any evidence of the president arranging procedures pore women. >> you know of any ties to alleged mobsters president trump may have. jesse: he never paid for an abortion or had a love child or had mob ties. thanks, michael. it's pretty clear this is a revenge plot. see the guy behind cohen? lanny davis. the clinton fixer is representing trump's old fictioner. the fix is in. lanny is probably still getting paid by the clintons or some fat cat clinton donor.
8:05 pm
lanny has been leaking to the media like crazy. the democrats started this hit job with the dossier, then the wiretaps, then the witch hunt. cohen is being used. and the millions of people who voted for donald trump are being accused. -- abused. here with reaction, mike huckabee and ceo of the new voice, herman cain. i will begin with you today. what did you think of my watters words? >> you could be an attorney, but stick with your day job. you are much better with your day job. jesse: thank you, i would agree. >> lack of credibility, pure and simple. every time the democrats think they got a gotcha point on president trump, there is no there there. what's even sadder, jesse is they continue to spew the same narrative no matter what. they are trying to drive the perception of this president
8:06 pm
which is totally different from the results he's generating, and that's just another example. the democrats want to try and embarrass this president at all costs. why else would they hold this hearing at the same time president trump is trying to denuclearize the peninsula of korea and bring world peace? they don't care about any results. they only care about trying to bring down trump. jesse: they don't want protection from kim, they want protection from a second trump term, governor huckabee. is it a coincidence the hearing was on the same day as the summit? >> total coincidence. they had no idea it would end up like that. the democrats have run out of cheese for this rat to come and eat. the sad thing is, every time he answered a question, he answered a question that did more to help donald trump than hurt him.
8:07 pm
one of the first rules a good attorney knows you never ask a question in open court you don't already know the answer to. these were guys committing the most of egregious errors asking questions they thought would be incriminating. it turns out it was quite the opposite. jesse: the look on their faces, wait. wait. no love child? no mob ties? can you say that again? it was fun to watch. i want to take us to toda d to a harris. she is the i point inned one. she is probably going to get the nomination. listen to what she says about prostitution. roll it. >> do you think sex work ought to be decriminalized? >> i think so. i do. when you are talking about consenting adults? yes. we should consider that we can't

8:11 pm
pedal and blur the issue. any time she or anyone else calls the president a racist, they are trying to feed what i call the perception of this president without looking at the reality. let me sum it up this way. i know president trump. if he is a racist, then i'm white and governor huckabee is black. you try to rationalize that. that's how much i feel he is not a racist. governor huckabee is still white and i am still black. just because it's a racist, we don't switch colors. jesse: the governor has a great andgreat -- a tan. but that doesn't make him racist. >> when did donald trump become a racist. he was the toast of the town much new york city. when did he become a racist. most of people don't suddenly change their entire lifelong

jesse: she got photographed eating a hamburger somewhere. and she was embarrassed about it because according to the green new deal, you have got to get rid of the cows. you have got to go green. >> give me a bacon wrapped shrimp any day overred the hamburger. jesse: on a serious note. earlier this week they had a vote in the senate on banning partial birth abortions. some people call it -- infanticide. no coverage at all. look at tuesday's coverage on the networks. they totally spiked this thing. zero minutes from abc, cbs and nbc. this was a vote the democrats
8:15 pm
were against, and they are all on record as supporting now partial birth abortion. and the mainstream media ran a protection ring around them. governor, what do you think? >> this is worse than infant in- infanticide. this is the murder of a child who has already been delivered. one senator said it offends a woman's preproductive health -- her reproductive health. instead of the doctor doing what he can to save this attempts abortion of a baby. he actively kills the baby after it's been born alive. when democrats can't vote for something that would protect a crying baby, they ought to be
8:16 pm
turned away it's disgusting. jesse: it looks like a couple abstained. but it's a sad day in america. >> i agree with governor huckabee. it's murder. if you ever wonder that the media outlets that you named were not in the tank with democrats, there is no clearer evidence than them not reporting on the murder of babies. it's pure and clear and clear as crystal. jesse: thanks for joining. are in homes that remain intact, not to venture outside until daylight to keep things safe. it also explains why this death toll has been steadily rising and taking rescuers so long to get into these areas they are having to use chainsaws and heavy equipment to access these hard to get areas so that explains why you see the death toll rising from 14 earlier in the day until 22 now and potentially even higher once the search for recovery efforts resumes in the morning. >> thank you, jonathan. stay safe. thank you for telling us and i want to bring up the street that the president tweeted out earlier this evening. he writes --
